This is absolutely amazing! 😋 Me and my friend finished this in a jiffy. It tastes so good and fresh, the crunchy part of the waffle with our choice of toppings makes any waffle lover drool! ❤️

You can’t go wrong with loaded waffles! They make their waffles good- fresh and warm. The menu is quite extensive. Ambience is passable.
They've waffles ranging from charcoal, red velvet to chocolate, chocochip, buttery, plain waffles with never-ending addons to go! The fruits are fresh and tasty. Quality of chocolate & icecream is good as well
I love this place for their one waffle...very berry waffle...I loved this waffle...n whenever I go to Orion I make sure I buy this waffle.. It has berry Jam and a layer of berries and on top of it a scoop of vanilla ice cream..
Had nutella vanilla waffle and was worth it, perfectly crunchy and sweet,it tasted really good, the service was good too! I am sure, i will not miss out on Waffle here whenever I am at the orion mall.
I love this place!! This is my go-to stop Everytime I have dessert cravings and I have tried most of the waffles on the menu. The customizations they have during festivities are worth trying. My all time favorite is the brownie waffle with ice cream. 😍😍
After a great shopping..I had a sweet craving..They have a great variety of waffles one can customise the waffle as well.very quick service.The waffles here are really great.
A lonnngg shopping session left us exhausted... and I had a gut feeling that a nice warm waffle could make us feel better.
Tried the regular waffle with maple syrup - brisk service, smiling staff and a decent waffle is how I would want to sum up the experience...

Very good place for people who like Ice Creams and Sundaes.
The place offers a wide varieties of ice creams with Waffles.
Since the Waffle is hot the ice cream starts melting soon and the waffle becomes soft.
It was a very different experience and must try for Ice cream lovers.
I have been bingeing on their nutella waffle. Tasty toppings for the waffle are provided. It would be great if they could consider reducing their prices - I would be happy to be a regular here. Also the staff should wear gloves while handling the waffle, the look of your food being dealt with bare hands is not very appetising.
We really like the nuttela almond waffles and Orio cookie Icecreme waffles here.
They have set up a cute small waffle store with yellow theme as it's their brand's theme color. It's cute and instagrammable.
There are variety of shakes, coffee and smoothies are also as available.
Waffle Stories is founded by us sister-in-laws, Divya and Pranitha in July 2014. They love eating waffles and at that time there were no dedicated waffle places in Bangalore. So, during a trip in December 2013 they formed their business plans. They finished testing the market by March 2014. They received a tremendous response and quickly learnt that people in Bengaluru were yearning for new, quirky dessert options. So, they put their plans into action and within 3 months the brand Waffle Stories was born and with it Bangalore got its first exclusive waffles store in Orion Mall.
The outlet is on the food court of Orion Mall. The waffle is pretty fluffy and good options provided for a top-up.
Service depends on the crowd at the counter.

Overall yummy, wafer tasted crunchy.

The billing system here is the most advanced, just written note no gst, no amount paid confirmation just like thr picture attached

I had taken kit kat waffle 🧇 and waffle with strawberry 🍓 ice cream the taste is very good . A must visit place in the food court.

Their waffle menu is chocolicious. Reasonably priced waffle variants are available here.
Though the staff was good, this is because they don't give just a waffle. Yes, a waffle place that doesn't serve the classic waffle. This was for my kid and I told them, but still policy.
This star is for the staff who were good, but bounded.
I would have given a minus rating if it was possible. Cause the waffle I bought with maple syrup got soggy in a minute and we ended up throwing it.
They have a make your own waffle but you need to add something. They can't give it plain.
I don't usually rate the places for their menu but this is unusual. It is like McDonald without McChiken (classic chicken burger) or Baskin Robbins without Vanilla ice cream.
In the end the waffle story is a disappointed kid and a soggy waffle in the bin.
UPDATE: Changing my rating for the reason that the post was acknowledged and responded. Organizations listening to customers go a long way.
