Went for the "Non veg Combination Menu" and wasn't disappointed at all. I mean I loved it 🙂
I love sea food and I was glad I went there.
Combination Menu-
1) Tori Salad - 😍 crisp and with lovely chunks of chicken. What a way to start off.
2) Lemon Coriander Soup - Refreshing, light and appetising.
3)Ebi Tempura - lovely crisp and goes really well with the sauce.
4)yaki tori (skewered chicken) - 👌
5) fried Sea bass maki - a variety of sushi but with a fried outer layer. I don't enjoy sushi much but my friend swore it was good.
Main course :
6)Tori yakimeshi (Chicken fried rice) : Theek che 👌
7) Basa Fish : very well cooked and kinda melted in the mouth 😍
8) grilled prawns : if Tempura was a 10, this was a close 9.9 🙌
Desert
9) Chocolate fudge with ice Cream 🙌🙌
Im going back really soon and I wouldn't mind having a bi-weekly mess arrangement with them 😝
If you want to try Japanese, it's the right place to start in. you will fall in love with the cuisine. The simple-sophisticated mixture of Japanese taste well executed. We ordered combination menu in which you can taste all the variety and you will get to know which taste you prefer most. But honestly it was so satisfying, you won't regret ordering one.also food was really fresh and staff were really helpful with item selection.highly recommended.
Teburu was the perfect spot for our lunch get together. Some terrific ambiance along with great service.
The sushi here was just impeccably delicious. We also got the mixed noodles that was customized according to our taste, which was something unique and special.
Food was awesome. Sushi was soft and very tasty. Ambience was very good. Staff were friendly.
For a first timer at a Japanese restaurant, you'll definitely enjoy the meal..
Great place to visit if your up for Japanese food especially. nice food tasty Located in Kalyan Nagar, Teburu promises to be a restaurant that offers authentic sushi, Japanese and pan-asian cuisine.
Excellent sushi! Very courteous staff! Love the place. We have been here twice and absolutely love it. The California roll is awesome too! But you should absolutely try the sushi platters. The sashimi is like butter, it just melts in your mouth.
We also tried their unlimited menu and the starters are just over the top! Everything that comes on a stick is just lip smacking delicious! Definitely worth the visit if you are in the area

A warm fuzzy place with the friendliest staffs welcomed us to this live coming podium facing table and chairs.
The place serves wonderful makis, tempura prawns, and noodles. A must try for Japanese food lovers.
The best sushi I've had in India....I absolutely recommend Teburu if you're looking for authentic fresh sushi with the most mind-blowing flavor. I honestly did not expect to find this quality of sushi in India and was stunned, to say the least. It is almost a spiritual experience with all the flavors creating a sensual feast in your mouth. The ambience could be better, but that's all I could find even slightly negative to say about Teburu.
They serve the best sushi in town!
Nice ambiance and experienced live chefs at the counter.
Humble waiters and great service. Best place to be in kalyannagar for a great dinner.
One of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to in Bangalore. The sushi was amazing (Definitely go for it if you're a sushi lover, but if you're not a fan of the raw taste, the rest of their menu is pretty kickass as well!) The teppanyaki is also a must try. Not just entertaining, but each dish had a distinct flavour. The ambience is also great- classy, yet not too formal. A must-visit place if you're in the area!

Wound up here on a Sunday night and got the chance to try out their sushi platter and a full fledged teppanyaki experience!
The sushi was mind blowing! Everything so fresh and tasty!
Then came the treat. The whole sitting around a live kitchen was kinda anxiety inducing but thanks to our extremely friendly and funny host that night, we found ourselves laughing and instantly having a really good time. Things got even better when the first started was served right off the stove! What even was that sauce?!
How is the fish so soft? Where do you find such good prawns in Bangalore?! When these are the things going through your mind, you know that you've hit the culinary jackpot. This indeed was a good find. We went on to have. Fried rice, noodles , more starters and ended with dessert! Even after all this, I found myself licking my plate clean. That's how good it was!
14/10 would recommend!
I'm not the kind who loves to write reviews unless a particular place excites me or disappoints me in excess . Well Teburu is a place that has constantly made me happy every single time I've visited and I felt that I owe them a review . What you find off the teppanyaki is very tasty and consistent but again you do find a couple of other places in the city that dish out a similar fare . But what excited me was their Sushi . The Sake ( Salmon ) especially was fresh every time ive gone there and trust me very very few places offer that .
The scallops were prepared well , crunchy ,great texture which again many places around the world fail . The service & ambience also adds to the charm . Maybe yes , the desserts need a small tweaking but frankly I don't go there for that and I really don't care .
P.S. : This review is after multiple visits over the last 11 odd months . Wud love to give a 10 for consistency !
Have been meaning to try this place for a while now, finally got to do it. The food is authentic in flavor and texture. We ordered for Spicy Salmon Maki, Namjim Fish, Sake Nigiri and a Yaki Udon Chicken Noodles and the bill was Rs.1395.
Spicy Salmon Maki was Mildly spiced salmon & chopped scallion rolled with sushi vinegared rice, The Salmon was fresh and melt in your mouth. The preparation was clean and served neatly. Give it a 5 out of 5 (Just a word of caution - the accompanying Wasabi has super kick to it so watch out)
Sake Nigiri (Salmon) was lovely fresh and soft raw Salmon on top of rice was very delicately made and tasted great, Give it a 5 out of 5.
Namjim Fish which were Basa fish with chopped black bean, red chilli, garlic, lemon grass & honey served on the stick. Give it a 4.5 out of 5.
Yaki Udon Chicken Noodles. Well prepared flat noodles with a lot of vegetables like Broccoli, Carrot, Red Peppers, Baby Corn to name a few along with Chicken. Now am not a great fan of so many veggies in my noodles but some may like it that way. The dish was not very oily and had requested for no mushrooms and they did leave it out. Give it a 4.5 out of 5 only because of the veggies.
Overall great place and will order from here again.
Me and my colleagues were looking for some Chinese restaurant and bumped into this restaurant. They have Sushi, Pan Asian and Japanese cuisines. You name it, they have it.
We ordered crispy corn salt n pepper, delightfully amazing. Too crispy and properly cooked, i believe they added curry leaves as well.
We also tried Teppanyaki Sushi veg. First time, i tried this so i had no idea how it tastes. But after having 1 piece, i was amazed.
Ambience was niche and decent, no hifi lightings.
Their chef served few non veg items on the live counters and that too on customers' table. I really liked this place.
Very good, fresh authentic Japanese Cuisine! Take it from me! I'm from Singapore, Singaporeans love Japanese food and we have many Japanese Restaurants.. I know good Japanese food when I have it and TEBURU is good!
Awesome food... Polite service and great negiri, sushi... We had so much
..ohhh tired... Go for unlimited sushi, it's a quite place too, so enjoyed more
Had a wonderful experience in terms of food and service.. If you have been looking for a place with Sushi..this is the right place..The price is reasonable and the food tastes amazing.. and last but the least, the staff there is very welcoming and helpful.
What an amazing experience!!!Beautiful ambience!!Wonderful loving service by the staff with so much of attention to detail and the food was so tasty and beautifully presented. One of the best experiences of my life!!😊😊
What a fantastic ambience coupled with great staff who genuinely takes care of its dinners. It was our first time but surely not last time. The team was very hospitable and the sushi’s & sashimi’s were awesome. Servers were able to hold quality conversations with us and ensured they took great care of us. Highly recommended eat out do try.
Awesome food. They have a live counter where they cook the stuff Infront of you. Food tastes yum and the ambience is good. Sushi is also good here. Tried water chestnuts with black fungus and a noodle dish. Both were tasty. The staff is very polite as well.
The place has a very cool ambience, if u ok with smoking zone do take the outside sitting. The staff is calm and friendly.. the fried Susi was very good. All the dishes which we took we're up to the mark.. but the sause we're pretty spicy so take care of that.. good place..
Located in Kalyan Nagar, Teburu promises to be a restaurant that offers authentic sushi, Japanese and pan-asian cuisine.
The ambience is nice and calm. It's quite nice to be able to see the chefs practice their art in the open, with diners tucking into their fresh, hot food as they watch on. It comes across as a classy yet a casual resto.
Not trying sushi here would be a sin. We had ordered a Saki Nigiri. In English one would call it a "Salmon Sushi". Traditional sushi is always raw. Therefore if you don't like raw taste, sushi isn't recommended. I personally did not love it for it's raw taste. But you could tell it was authentic. And the super-spicy Wasabi accompanied the sushi.
The Lemongrass Chicken comes in a skewer, and its lemongrass taste was front and center, and what was great was the soft, melting feel of the succulent chicken. Thai Chilli prawns were really delicious and what I loved the most was the texture and feel of the prawn. It was cooked to perfection. Other than that, the spices and flavours were deliciously subtle. A lovely, sticky chicken and egg fried rice complimented the prawns.
Coming to the drinks, we had tried the classic yet the understated Piña Colada (with vanilla ice cream). It was served in a tall glass but that could not mask the fact that it was a tad low on quantity... And quality too. But it wasn't bad... yet I've had much better Piña Coladas in the past.
The food came quite fast and the service was good too. There's one thing I have noticed with all the dishes here - it's low on salt. For people who prefer salty foods and love big, bold flavours, you may be a bit put off by the mild, subtle flavours. Some may love that too.
I for one think that Teburu is a nice change to the big, bold pan Asian joints that are out there.

Great place to visit if your up for Japanese food especially when it's not very expensive comparatively to other Japanese places..the food is mouth watering not one dish we ordered disappointed us. The staff is very helpful and quick service the only drawback is the music wish they played Oriental music to suit the vibe.
What a wonderful place to dine at on one's birthday. I thoroughly enjoyed. Opted for the veg buffet that cost 699/-. It included 3 starters, 1 soup, you can choose between noodles and rice for the main course then fried veggies along. It also includes interesting desserts. Everything felt light in the tummy. Next I'd like to try the A la carte😊
Excellent experience from the time I called to book us a table till we left the restaurant, post dining. The staff are extremely courteous.
The sushi was excellent as always. And watching the Teppanyaki Chef in action was mesmerizing. He cooked us a really deliciously memorable meal. Thank you to each of you at Teburu.
A peaceful place in mid of Kalyan nagar , I went there to find a new cusine, where they have this set range for veg, including salad, soup, fitters, main course with choice of rice and noodles, and desserts.
It is amazing place to come with family as well. Enjoyed it well.
Fantastic place. Staff are excellent and the food is even better. Will visit next time in India. The food is cooked fresh in front of you and you can tell that care and pride is taken in every aspect.
Teburu is a nice place to explore. They have table setting in their balcony too...so it is good to sit outside and have food.It is also good inside too with flowers and all and the food was also good.
I’ve ordered their chicken yaki udon many times and it’s never been a disappointment till date!
Finally got a chance to visit them and the experience was fun and the food of course amazing 🌸
The live kitchen is something everyone should try at least once if you haven’t before. It’s fun, interactive and who doesn’t like seeing how their food is made? :)
Also! I tried the egg tap. At least I managed to get it flying off the spatula and not onto someone’s plate 😂 it just landed in the far corner 😂😂😂 (totally not gonna practise this at home haha)
Apart from that, we tried the set menus (yes, all of them!) and the food was amazing! Maybe the portions for the rice could have been a wee bit smaller ;-;
And on that note, first time I’ve had scallops that were absolutely marvellous 💕💕
If you’ve been meaning to try something new, but haven’t been sure where, give Teburu and go :)
Word of advice: go in groups of 5 or more to really enjoy the set menu - a set menu can ideally be shared between 2 people :)
We we're searching for a restaurant where we can have sushi and Teburu came up. For first time trying it's the best and filling . They suggest on your requirement😍
Loved this place so much... Awesome service awesome food and awesome ambience... And a lot of options to choose from, buffet, set menu live counters, ala carte... We order lemon coriander soup, California maki rolls and some teburu starters... Except the teburu starters everything was yummy... In main course we ordered mushroom sauce and fried rice.. the mushroom was little pungent can't have it all alone rice was great... Cost for 2 is around 1800 definitely recommend this place to people who like Asian food
Delicious and very unique way of serving food to customer at their table. Must visit place for wonderful dinner experience. Recommended to family, group of friends 😀 thumbs up
a hidden gem in the heart of Kalyan Nagar - which is turning into another of Bangalore's food destinations. Clean and aesthetic interiors, the bamboo theme is very chic and give the restaurant a Pan Asian vibe. The owner was very hospitable, gracious and helped us with our dining experience.
The Teppenyaki experience is great, the food is prepared fresh in front of your eyes and the chef keeps you engaged thru the preparation process.
Great Sushi - carefully executed, nicely presented and an absolute delight.
Definitely a must try - the ambiance, the food and the service - just great !!
Awesome place for romantic people and food loving people. We enjoyed live table with main chef Augastin. Seabas sushi was the main attraction. We also tried dancing the egg on the live counter
With numerous restaurants serving Asian food in Bangalore it gets really hard to serve something different and stand out. Teburu has tried to capture this space by providing the Teppanyaki experience of cooking on the table (yes right on your table) along with providing some lip smacking food. We tried their:
- Teburu delight - delicious Oreo shake loaded with loads of Oreo that can easily satisfy one's dessert craving.
- Crispy chilli mushroom and water chestnut: did absolute justice to its name.
- Veg fried sushi - an absolute mindset changer for someone like me who doesn't like sushi at all. This one was simply delicious.
- Yaki Udon noodles - was cooked right in front of us so the experience was just so wonderful. Noodles were yumm too.
- assorted mushrooms sauteed on the table - unexpectedly flavoursome
Kudos to the management and staff for bringing this concept and providing a great dining experience to the diners.
If Asian cuisine goes in line with your taste buds then surely this place should be one to watch out for. It has a beautiful ambience which is embellished with usage of bamboo. The look and feel is very refreshing and gives you a complete sense of a typical Pan Asian restaurant. One of the USP of this place is Teppanyaki which in itself is an amazing experience. We ordered:
Veg Fried Maki- Yummy, looks tempting and presented nicely
Crispy mushroom and water chestnuts- Too lickworthy to handle
Crispy corn with spinach- Meeting Expectations
Yaki udon noodles- Best part is the cooking in front of u with fun and a visual delight of culinary skills, nice in taste
Teburu delight- Again meeting expectations
Assorted mushroom- again blissful to see it cooked in front of u, very unique n simply delectable
Lastly their service was apt and very close to what we would expect. A must try!!!
Teburu's Maki rolls are awesome! And I wish I had more. But alas, barely was there space left in my tummy after a sumptuous buffet meal! I did try the fried sea bass Maki sand boy was it awesome!
They also are a very friendly accommodating lot. Well kept and neat. Go for the teppanyaki.
I am however giving a rating of 4 only because the service could've been slightly prompt.
Had the non vegetarian buffet. Everything was great except the dessert which was a bit normal for my liking. I expected it to be unique but it was scoop of strawberry ice cream with a barfi.. The barfi was not too sweet and complementes well, but it wasn't as good as it could have been. Want to try their teppanyaki next time around.
This is the best Japanese I have had in india, the staff is courteous and food delicious, cleanliness is on point and it's not very crowded, go there before people start getting to know about this place. Parking is a little tough for lunch hours as they don't have valet for afternoon.

This place is awesome. Kickass japanese food. I like the Tori Salad and range of maki rolls and dynamite sushi rolls covered with raw salmon. The wasabi paste is fresh and totally gives u that momentary zing in ur head if u do eat it a bit much!
We went for second time and not a drop of morsel has changed in sauce.
Compared with Shizusan in Phoenix Market City, this place is just way way above!
We will be back for more!
Visited for dinner on Sunday night and opted for the outdoor seating. We tried inr the Maki sushi non veg 16 pieces for 1199. Good combination of sushi. All were very delicious. Will definitely recommend.

In the mood for sushi + killer retro music? You should definitely pay Teburu a visit, and try the teppanyaki and unlimited sushi offers. The non-veg option sushi set-meal is a solid bet and we particularly enjoyed the flavourful maki rolls and all of the fresh nigiri. Although the veg maki rolls were bland and lacklustre, the veg nigiri pieces were alright.
We also really enjoyed the combination menu which is great if you want to try different things for a reasonable price, and even includes the teppanyaki. We tried the fish and grilled prawns, and salivated over the lemon garlic butter sauce. The Teppanyaki waiters are also excellently trained, very friendly (big shout out to Chef Nigam) and keep the whole process very interactive and fun. Team BFH tried their hands at some tricks too, but we think we'll leave it to the pros!
This should be featured in hidden gems, because it gives such a wonderful and unique dining experience in Bangalore.
The sushi was mouth smacking good, the starters superb and the live " hibachi" style main course was the big bang for your buck.
I loved loved loved the experience and can't wait to bring friends & family here.
Thank you Austin and the courteous and helpful staff. So many restaurants should learn quality service from you guys.
Excellent food, excellent staff, excellent ambience... made my mine and my families Saturday night a great one. Keep up the great work. I’m surely coming here more than once a month.
Great place, loved the experience, food, ambience and service. Really liked all the sushi varieties I tried, as well as the teppenyaki. They also let you have the chef make your food in front of you, if you like. Will be coming back again soon.
Teburu meaning 'Table' in Japanese, this is one heck of a place. Have been to Teburu once for lunch in the afternoon. The ambiance, food, hospitality of staff is all exceptional. Loved their Teppenyaki, Sushi, starters, mocktails. Wonderful experience to start of with, it should be on the bucket list of foodies and non-foodies alike who want to try Japanese cuisine.
The place was just amazing. Starting from food to decor to the ambience, everything was on point.
Just loved the hibacci concept and the chef was really good. Loved all the dishes that he made. Also the presentation by him was really intriguing.
The sushi s were lip smacking, specially maki. Other food items were very good too. Not to forget the chef special dessert, vanilla ice cream with pumpkin pie was just a cherry on top.
Loved the place and would recommend everyone to try it atleast once.
The staff is really cool, the food is amazing, the ambience is nice, the concept is novel, what more could you ask for? The sushi is definitely worth a try that you won't regret.
This place is so good I'm writing this while I'm still here! The staff is courteous and the food is great. My first live kitchen experience couldn't have been better. You guys have a superstar in Nigam. He made our night fun with his superb cooking, jokes and even a card trick!! if u guys aren't paying him a hefty bonus for his efforts, y'all should! Keep up the good work.
The food of this place took me by surprise since it did not have many reviews listed out. Firstly, they've done complete justice to the food!
Things to eat:
1. Prawn tempura (4 of out 5)
2. Friend seabass maki (4 out of 5, i.e. if you want to eat cooked sushi meat)
3. Prawn and egg fried rice (5 out of 5)
4. Chicken teppanyaki (4.5 out of 5, garlic butter sauce).
Things to improve: Music and ambience can definitely improve a hundred folds. The artificial flowers do give an eerie feeling.
This place definitely deserves a visit!
Good food, nice ambience and good service.Staff were very friendly and professionalIy.I would like to recommend that go for unlimited sushi it's really good for sushi lovers. Over all it's really awesome experience .
I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time was when they were only a month old, however under a different name. I went again this month after a year and they have once again impressed me.
Situated in the heart of Kalyan Nagar, on the main road, neat interiors, soothing colors, this place looks and feels Pan Asian.
Teburu is a treat for sushi lovers like me. Opt for their unlimited and it won’t disappoint you.
The chef is a charm, cooking right in front of you, keeping you engaged. The prawns, the fish and the chicken fried rice prepared using the teppanyaki style is tasty, pleasing to the eye and dramatic.
The partners, as I was told the last time are 6 friends, surely are in for a long stay if they continue the service, food taste and hospitality.
Awesome Japanese cuisine ! Great staff !!! the music needs to change though , maybe more of a theme to go with the restaurant .... the maki , udon noodles just brilliant !!! Love this place !!! 😆☺️
An excellent place to have tasty food with lots of fun. People are very friendly and accommodating. They wait till you enjoy and finish your meal without hurrying up for any reason. A must to visit place. Great job Teburu 😊👍🏻👍🏻
Excellent food and taste...loved the chefs special fries rice and all sushi items...the teppenyakki was awesome and the ambience is also spot on..hats off to the chef for taking care of us and preparing our food based on our likes....highly recommend this place....keep it up guys...Will be coming for more soon!
It was an amazing experience yesterday! The food was just so yummy, I can’t wait to go back. Chef Animesh is very talented and a fantastic chef. He made the experience personalized for us and it was the best part. I’m coming back soon!
Had visited the place with family and Enjoyed all the dishes we had ordered. Seafood is a must try. Strongly recommend the place. Will be back soon.
From the ambience to the quality of food, we enjoyed our dining experience in Teburu.. the skilled chefs were warm and made dishes to suit our taste. You would need to watch them in action - their knife skills are out of the world. I would definitely recommend this place to a group - corporate or family - the place has options to combine large tables conducive to the viewing experience and group talk.
Wowwww!!!!! Amazing Restaurant. Perfect place to visit with family and friends. Had been there with one of my friend, ordered an unlimited menu (Veg and Non-Veg). i was very impressed with Vegetarian Salad followed by the Soup. Every dish had it's unique taste, no words to describe. My first experience with Teppanyaki style of cooking was simply amazing The staff were simply amazing with their professional and friendly attitude. The ambiance is very soothing as well. Will surely bring my whole family on my next visit. Keep up the great work
I don't know about you guys, but this is my favorite place!!
I come here all the time...yumm food...great vibe...amazing people...good music...what else do you need!
A real gastronomic experience.....Food delicious ,, attentive and helpful staff . Lovely ambience ! Must try for foodies... Seabass uramaki , lemongrass barbeque chicken , chicken in lemon mayo sauce , egg and chicken fried rice and basa in butter garlic sauce. Nothing failed to impress. Looking forward to our next visit
One of the most wonderful teppanyaki experience at teburu.
The food itself is an art to experience.
The cunchyness of prawns and flavours of chicken and sea food is yummilicious wow.
Cost per head is really reasonable for unlimited servings.
We have been to Teburu twice over the past 4 months , and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and a hibachi style dining experience.
Its a little perplexing why it is not more crowded.
The food is quite good compared to other Asian sushi outlets. The unlimited course menu is great value for money too,
I recommend it strongly to anyone looking for good Asian food in Bangalore.
4.5.
Finally visited teburu and I was honestly shocked as we entered as it was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon.
Starting off, the ambience is quite nice, comfortable seating.
We went for the unlimited food menu along with the dynamite roll and the spicy tuna hosomaki.
So starting off, the Tori salad was wonderfully refreshing. The soup was great too.
In the starters, the dish of the day was the prawn tempura, probably the best tempura I've had till date, absolute 5/5 dish, must try!
The chicken wings were spicy but in the best possible way. Then came all BBQ starters, the fish BBQ dishes were brilliant, the most well cooked, tender fish ever. The lemon grass chicken bbq was amazing as well. The main, the chef was excellent, he cooked and served our main course in a very interactive and entertaining manner. Definitely a good experience. The dynamite roll was again brilliant, 5/5. I'd definitely prefer that over the hosomaki. The dessert was a sweet pumpkin dish along with ice cream, a well very rounded experience! Must visit!

Not visible enough from the main road though.
Really really great place.
Authentic feel.
Super Friendly and helpful staff.
We visited this place for my Wife's birthday yesterday and she was initially hesitant to try out Pan Asian Cuisine.... But the Chef, Staff and especially the Food turned us all to loyal fans of this amazing restaurant.... Food was delicious and not one dish let down the other.... The Chef with this theatrics at the Table entertained us all and answered all our questions without fail.... They also gave us complimentary discount for the birthday which was a sweet end.... Definitely worth repeated visits... Thank you and continue to deliver the same - Shashi
Wow the best teppanyaki food in bangalore, have tried almost all Japanese restaurants in blore but no one serves fresh and authentic teppanyaki food like this place . The best sushi I have ever tasted so soft ,juicy and fresh .
I love the concept of preparing the food live on the table with so much fun and mind blowing magic shows performed by the chef , playing around with fire ,juggling with knifes I mean everything about this place was just wow .
Came with my family and all had the best dinner ever , In fact I have booked this place for all my corporate events too .
I never give reviews or comment but this place made me write about them.
Cheers to team teberu
Grt place / ambience. I really loved dinning here.
This was my 2nd visit since, they renamed to Teburu.
We went for their set menu, that included the crunchy salad which was really tasty and set the mood for the rest of the meal. The starters prawns tempura, indo prawns and chicken was really good. Then the skills displayed to set the teppanyaki table to prep our food was a treat to the eyes.
I thoroughly enjoyed the grilled fish, grilled prawns and the egg fried rice that was cooked in front of us.
Overall a awesome experience..I LOVEd it!
However, i wonder why no dessert was mentioned nor served at the end, maybe they decided i didn't need it looking at me. Make sure you ask for your share of ice cream or sweet of the day.
A big thank you to Chef Animesh and special thanks to all partners and staff at Teburu for making my dinner with my relatives a memorable one.
Had a delicious lunch here yesterday. We had the tori salad, chicken and prawns teppanyaki, udon noodles and sticky fried rice. Chef Augustine cooked with flair and everything was perfect. Pumpkin dessert was the end note and reminded me of Malaysian 'kueh'. Lovely!
I am a sushi lover and this place satisfied my craving completely !!! Lip smacking food and the staff here is extremely sweet and friendly !!! This is now going to be my ‘go to’ place for comfort food !
Awesome place with brilliant food and ambiance. The buffet is a great deal - lot of variety. Everything is fresh and so delicious. I would also like to emphasize on the customer service. Impeccable service.
Teburu was recommended by a friend of mine and trying Japanese was quite an adventure for me.... but to my surprise I just fell in love with the food and teburu has inturn become the place I recommend to all .
And hence this review .
If u worried like me to try Japanese Don t even think twice ... cause the flavours here are definitely been perfectly curated for the Indian pallete.
We went for the unlimited and what a spread that was ... so many varieties for prawns and fish and chicken .... we were full with just the appetizers but to watch the Masterchefs cook the main course on the teppanaki tables was an art by itself ... entertains not just the kids but captures everyone around the table ...
It was a perfect dinner with friendly chefs cooking right at our tables in such a lovely ambience and lighting ... the water fall fountain surely kept the kids busy while the food kept every one busy .😋
Unlimited sushi !!! That's right .... u read it right ... its unlimited Sushi 😋...
When I heard TEBURU had unlimited sushi I had to go there ... and the place just didn't let me down .... while I watched my family eat all the yummy looking prawns fish n chicken I decided il b back for that... for now it was all about Sushi ...
I was amazed at the quality of sushi given the price .
The fact that the chef incorporates fresh seasonal produce into the sushi adds a lovely touch ... this mango season we had lovely mangoes in our sushi ... the avocados were also amazing ....
You b surprised by the variety of sushi that's been offered here... absolutely delicious and fresh ... I say they have nailed it !!!
If u love sushi or would like to try sushi ... Teburu is the place the unlimited deal is totally affordable.
P.s. so totally lost in the deliciousness of the sushi I forgot to say that the ambiance and staff are also equally lovely .
Thanks Teburu .....Looking forward for more dinner 's with you 🤗
Wonderful ambience and amazing menu... A great experience watching food being cooked live on the table. Very professional cooks. Teburu does justice to its name.

Hands down my most favorite place to dine in North Bangalore.
The chefs, staff, owners clearly know what they’re doing.
I’d recommend this place to visit with family, friends and most of all a first date. Nothing more to break the ice than the amazing show the Teppanyaki Chefs put on.
The best thing is it isn’t too crowded and has Valet Parking too, which you will understand the importance of if you own a big car like me and are always worried about “ Will I find parking?”
I’m a Vegetarian, and I can say they have more than enough amazing options for me to satisfy my hunger.
Their Combo Menus are the best. Eat everything they have to offer, unlimited, cooked exactly how you like it at a nominal price of 999-1299.
Go. You won’t regret it.
Very nice chef
Lively and good food all the options available. Amazing for shishi lovers. Live kitchen and chef was interactive. Underrated but amazing
Superb food, we ate it all up 😛
We absolutely loved this place and here are the reasons why-
1. Food: Everything tastes really great. This is the ideal destination for sushi-lovers, there's an unlimited sushi buffet! Prices are reasonable and the portions are very large. For those who want to try other cuisines, there's a Pan-Asian a la carte menu, as well as barbecue options. The desserts are AMAZING! Please try the water chestnut in coconut milk. It's exquisite
2. Ambience and Staff: good decor, and music. The overall atmosphere is nice. The staff are just wonderful. They are very friendly and took great care of us. They made it one of the best dining experiences we have had in recent times.
3. Overall- I would definitely recommend this place! 🙏
Wonderful and courteous staff and excellent food. Love their Teppanyaki style food preparations and not to forget the mouthwatering Sushi's. Highly recommended place for Asian Cuisine food lovers and value for money!
This place is heaven! Food is brilliant! The staff are so friendly and courteous! Pricing is reasonable too! Overall, a must visit place! I'm definitely going to be a regular customer! :)
Went to dine at Teburu last night . Tried the sushi and nothing seemed to be a let down . Ambience was friendly , Food exceptional , the chef and staff seem to know their job perfectly . A must dine restaurant for people who want to try Japanese food .
No better place to have sushi than this one! The staff is the best, chefs are the best and the ambience is nice. The concept of having food prepared in front of you is cool and entertaining as well. If you stay in or near Kammanahlli, then this place is a must. Don't expect idlis or dosa 😂. The sushi platter gives you a taste of a variety of them a must try.
I really like the teburu restart for their delicious food. Even the pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. Their service is polite and friendly 😊😀. The cooks are really friendly with us . Where even I have expressed my though to be a cook .
For all the Foodies
Visited Teburu for the first time . What a simple and a brilliant idea !!! Just loved the food , taste , ambiance and the service. Your kitchen on your table ! Fantastic
Try once ... worth it 👍
I should say this place offers authentic Japanese food. Its very very tasty. The staff is courteous, helping. Ambience is good. Its not too big also, almost homely. We had a pleasant dinner experience. Cost is like 1500 to 2000 for couple. But its very much worthy. They don't offer any of cocktails or mocktails or even lemonade probably because none of them fit in Japanese cuisine. Go for enjoying the food and hospitality.
Enjoyed our experience at Teburu. It was a weekday and there was no rush for the tables. The Valet was absent but as it was a weekday we had no major complaints.
The Sake sashimi, salmon sashimi was quite fresh and the soy, Wasabi and even the pickled ginger reminded me of Japan. We ordered the unlimited option and the starters were good, it was more Asian than Japanese.
The chef was quite knowledgeable and interesting to talk to, thank you Agustine for making our visit pleasurable.
Lovely ambience, friendly sushi chef, great service. Food tastes great, and the tricks displayed by Chef Augustine is a lot of fun! It's a warm and positive place to dine in. :)
Grt place / ambience. I really loved dinning here.
We went for Unlimited Non Veg and took an hour+ to complete our meal.
The crunchy salad was really tasty and set the mood for the rest of the meal. The starters prawns tempura, indo prawns and chicken was really good. Then the skills displayed to set the teppanyaki table to prep our food was a treat to the eyes.
I thoroughly enjoyed the grilled fish, grilled prawns and the fried rice that was cooked in front of me.
Overall a awesome expereince..I LOVEd it!
A big thank you to Chef June and Special Thanks to all (Partners/ Staff) at Kitchen On Table Kammanahalli for making my family lunch a memorable one.
Advertised as Japanese cuisine, this is a live kitchen dining experience. Every table has an electric cooktop. The main course will be cooked right in front of you and served immediately. There are different options to order including A-la-Carte but the one that worked best for us was the combination menu. This consist of a Salad, Soup, Cooked Sushi, Tempura Prawns and Chicken skewers as starters. These are not cooked on the table. They have used sea weed and other Japanese ingredients and made it appropriate for Indian taste buds. The soup was very tasty, the Sushi came with Wasabi and was mouth watering.
The food that was cooked on the table was ordinary except for the prawns. The prawns tasted awesome. There were chicken, prawn and fish cooked in sauce followed by rice and noodles. The quantity of prawns needs to increase for all types i.e. Tempura and live counter dish.
The chef, Augustine, is very talented. You can well understand by looking at the way he manages flambé and handles the food along with the tools.
The behaviour of other staff were also very good. Michael explained every food and helped in every possible way.
Moonlight Love is a lychi flavoured ice cream wrapped in Rambutan, tasted as an usual fruity desert. Thapthim Krop is the one with coconut milk, water chestnut and thai rubies. This desert was extraordinary and requires a special mention. You can come back to this restaurant for this particular desert.
The ambience even though simple was actually five star grade. The pricing is on the higher side. For the price of the combination menu you can get an unlimited buffet in well known restaurants of similar or higher standards.
The signage of the restaurant is not really visible being on the third floor.
This restaurant is only a month old..and yet they have ensured to have foodies like me rush there. Situated in the heart of kalyan nagar, on the main road, the owners of this place know how to attract their customers. With neat interiors, soothing colors, this place looks and feels Pan Asian.
You are in for a treat if you are a sushi lover like me.
The chef is a charm cooking away right in front of you..keeping you engaged.
The prawns, the sushi and the fried rice i had was really tasty and lived up to the restaurant name..kitchen on table.
Make sure to park in the streets nearby...as you will not want to get out of kitchen on table once you are in :-).
The partners...i am told are 6 friends... are surely in for a long stay if they continue the service, food taste and hospitality.
"Please correct the Kammanahalli spelling."
They have Sushi, Pan Asian and Japanese cuisines. You name it, they have it.
We ordered crispy corn salt n pepper, delightfully amazing. Too crispy and properly cooked, i believe they added curry leaves as well. We also tried Teppanyaki Sushi veg.
Staff will provide you the chipsticks to eat your food, but I was trying to eat with chopsticks and failed. Their staff was so humble, one if their senior staff taught me and my friend how to eat eith chopsticks. Really liked it.
Ambience was niche and decent, no hifi lightings.
Their chef serves few non veg items on the live counters and that too on customers' table.
Tried the veg buffet for dinner. The starter with a couple of salads - Both were good. Soup wasn't all that great. The starters consisted of various barbeques - the soya barbeque was the best. The chef prepares the main course at the table - he prepared Japanese vegetable stir fry, noodles n fried rice for vegetarian - noodles was the best, the other 2 were OK. The chef performs some great tricks while preparing the dishes live. The dessert consisted of ice cream n beetroot something - which was a complete disaster. Overall, I'd 4 stars for the food, 3.5 for main course, 1.5 for the dessert, 5 stars for Chef Duke for the entertainment!
Absolutely amazing food. Excellent concept. The food is not very spicy and not very bland . Definitely worth a visit
Really nice Teppenyaki dining experience at a very reasonable price. Great option for an evening out with friends and family. Parking maybe an issue as the restaurant is located on 7th main road and there isn't much of a parking space in front of the building complex.
They do the usual acrobatic cooking on the Hibachi griddle which is a great experience in itself. The food is quite delicious from starters that include sushi rolls and soup to the main course. All in all a great place to try out and I will visit it again soon.
If you're on a high protein diet, or an eating challenge then this should be your destination :)
This restaurant offers theater cooking which is a fairly new concept at least for Bangalore
We are seated around a hot griddle and a chef in the center pulls off stunts with fire effects etc while preparing your food, the chefs also entertain you with their amazing card tricks and humor.
We opted for the nonveg unlimited fare which was 899+tax
And what we got was a soup, watermelon juice, with a never ending supply of starters, like BBQ chicken, prawns, fish, wings also chefs go around to other tables offering their preparations. The starters offered were all non veg, never seen that happen at other buffet places where you'd have paneer or potatoes included, and the fish served was snapper/salmon and not the regular basa
Unfortunately Our stomachs could not accommodate more grub after going through the variety of starters, we raised Our flags and asked for ice creams to finish our meals
Coming to the experience, I would've preferred it if we saw all our food prepared at the table, where we could choose our portions. I guess I had very high expectations😄, but the starters were brought out of a kitchen, and the only dish we saw being prepared was a chicken and prawn main course.
Also ice creams for desserts have become too clichéd, would've been happy to probably see a twist being pulled off on a crepe or something that can be done on the girdle in front of you. Anyways that was my opinion. The quality and quantity of the food took care of the shortcomings I saw.
Pretty decent place for Japanese delicacies. It's our second visit. Sushi platters and Teppanyaki preparations are not to be missed. Great ambience, courteous staff, and slightly long wait.
Best Japanese restaurant in Bangalore East. Very friendly staff and a fantastic seating arrangement. Great Food; Great Ambience; Value for Money
We got into Teburu for a quick bite and it did not disappoint. We started off with the prawns tempura and it was oh-so-good. It was crispy and the batter was just right to bite into the prawns. We followed this with the prawns in black bean sauce which was a burst of flavour after the tempura. The pretty plate setting for both these dishes were eye catching (Sorry we don't have a photo of the tempura). We also tried the wasabi prawns and barbecue lemon grass chicken but were not as good as the first two dishes but was a 4 on 5 experience. The staff were very pleasing and the ambience was comfortable. Its a 4 only because there are no drinks, not even mocktail options - Just the regular soft drinks and water.
The ambience is very nice and cozy.
Service can be a little better as we have to wait a bit for the waiters to explain the concept of the restaurant.
The restaurant does allow to sit separately or on common tables where the main course dishes are prepared on the table. I would suggest to sit on common tables where live food is prepared
Food was very tasty and the food prepared on the table is very attractive and entertaining to watch. The chef does some very nice tricks which entertains us along with preparing good food.
The food was too good! Try the platter. You won't be disappointed of looking for attentive Sushi!
The price, though, may be on the higher side... But you get what you pay for!
If you are a sushi and teppanyaki lover this is the place in bangalore you should visit. Easy on the pocket as compared to all other Japanese restaurants. Great decor, ambiance and most importantly the food.
Tasted sushi for the 2nd time and must say the wasabi didnt hit me the way it did the last time.. the chef is very friendly and does different tricks in front of u. The garlic and chilly prawn tasted good. Over all a good experience.
