I primarily chose this hotel as it was pet friendly. I stayed here with my family for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. From the reservation to the check in to our actual stay it was a fantastic experience. I must give a special shoutout to all the front office staff, the bell desk and even the door keepers who were so friendly with my pet. The location and ambience were a bonus. Since it’s an apart-hotel, we were self sufficient in terms of the kitchenette etc., I will definitely recommend this property for pet owners in particular who are visiting Bangalore.

I love the gym room in the hotel too it is not big but good enough. I had book 2 room. In the room we got kitchen setup but dont have kitchenware provide. May be in future can prepare some set for long distance traveller. Thank you
The Rooms are good and well maintained. Lot of amenities are provided in the room. There is a scope of changing the policy of the Hotel Rules. Credit Card is required to submit at the time of checking in, as a guarantee of providing In Room Dining Service by signing the Food & Beverage Bill. Otherwise same may be settled instantly by cash. This is not acceptable from a Good Standard Hotel for their in house guest. When the guest informs the time of check out in advance and accepted by the concerned representative of the front office, should not be remind repeatedly to time of check out.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. All the hotel staff including Mr Avinesh were extremely helpful, cordial, professional and well behaved. Food was excellent. Room service was prompt. Overall, truly satisfied. Highly recommended.
The staff took very good care of us, from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary and we greatly enjoyed being able to eat it on the terrace. Other features we enjoyed were the lovely pool and the superb massage.

We have a very good welcoming and service in the hotel by Avinesh and all the personel. Avinesh was very kind and accomodate us with all our demands. He was very kind with us. The check in in the hotel was very rapid and fluid with all the accommodations needed. The service in the restaurant was also very good. All the waiters were nice and provide us with all we vave needed. The menu was delicious and very diverse.
