Keerthi is amazing. Met her on my second visit too and the hospitality she offers is beyond expectations. That extra mile of efforts truly made my stay as a woman comfortable. And the entire property is peaceful and serene and the staffs both in the reception and buffet as well as the housekeeping staffs are shining stars.
I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful. Food in the cafe was good.
There is a nice pool on the top floor and a gym. The pool is a nice place to sit outdoors and just enjoy the peace and quiet for a bit. Unfortunately there's no other areas to sit outdoors in the hotel
Musis in lobby and cafe on ground level can be a little loud and thumping which is a little weird
Good location. If you like walking, you can walk to Commercial Street or MG road.. Definitely walking distance to Thoms Bakery and Ulsoor Lake is a short walk away to have a jog or walk around the lake
There are eating places etc around the area in walking distance

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and was very impressed with the spacious rooms and quick, friendly service provided by the staff. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from, which was a great way to start my day.
The building itself is quite impressive, boasting 10 floors with a well-maintained gym and swimming pool on the top floor. The pool is a comfortable depth of 4 feet and offers a great way to cool off after a workout or just relax in the sun.
The only issue I encountered during my stay was with the wifi. Although the connection was fast, the hotel only allows up to 4 devices to be connected without additional charges. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience I had at this hotel.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities and friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Good services citrus cafe services are best recommended to stay with the family staff are so friendly Remjhin and srijana.
Very nice experience staying at this hotel. Food portion for room service was huge..
Amenities are standardized between Lemon Tree hotel chains so it was very nice.
The only downside was that they don’t provide slippers.
