Hospital is great, expensive but great. Doctor Debasish Majumder is extremely polite and a great ENT doctor/surgeon. The OT staff is great. Other services/staff, however, are pathetic. I paid I guess 10k for single room (forgot the exact amount) and yet you have to pay for even the most basic things like water. There’s no respect for the attender. The patient is treated well but someone who is with the patient is completely ignored. I mean the attender will at least require a pillow and bedsheet to lie down. After 4 requests and a complaint a pillow and a bedsheet was provided for the attender. It took them 6 hours to provide a pillow and a bedsheet. The discharge process is the slowest that I have ever come across. To be honest the doctor visited and approved discharge at 10 am and the discharge happened at 4 pm. The staff took 4 hours to send the final bill to the insurance. I called insurance and within 20 minutes they approved the final bill. By 2 o’clock the insurance approval came and after that also 2 more hours I had to stay in the hospital.

the hospital is really good and we are coming here since last 5 years the hospital has shown a drastic growth in patient care and patient overall experience. the doctor are as usual the best in this unit and without a doubt we trust them and come for them. but i would like to point out few thing that are very impressive as and when i come here from the security there is always some to greet and help us then in opd there are people for assistance and cordination and they make sure that the patient is treated with the utmost care in ipd also tge nurses are really good and friendly the hospital is well maintained and clean the housekeeping staff , gda and cafe also improved in terms of talking to patient handling i am really happy overall

We had appointment at 3 around. We went out around 7...when we reached home..we found that we missed one bag..so came and collected my bag from here. Excellent job by staff of manipal hospital varthur.. thank you much for your excellent support..

I recently got a surgery done here. Doctor Praveen CR was excellent at his work. Nursing staff in operation theater and one’s assigned in the room were exceptionally good. Great hospitality and care was taken from doctors to nurses to assistance and cleaning staff. There was a time that I was alone for couple hours post operation, but I was taken good care of. Very neat and good hospitality. I would recommend Dr. Praveen C R who is a general surgeon.

Good hospital. The ward room services are awesome. 5 stars for housekeeping staff, GDA and cafe. Everyone is on time in their respective services. Dr. Praveen is a great surgeon. Very polite and listens to all the problems pre and post surgery patiently. One star deducted for the delay which is done from ward to OT and vice versa. The management needs to think about the time a patient has to wait before and after the surgeries, and try not to make the delays.

This hospital has never disappointed me from day one visit till date. Be it a minor disease or some emergency - the service provided is awesome though the charges are little high compared to any nearby hospitals. However it is satisfactory and up to the mark. I would like to thank the doctors for their proper and timely treatment. A lot of thanks to the linen staff as well for ensuring that hygiene was always maintained as well. They ensured that cleanliness and hygiene were mentioned in the room assigned.

Have been visiting Manipal (earlier Columbia) varthur from last 7 years. Doctors and facilities are good. The only thing that is poor and needs improvement is the management at Nurse stations. Staffs often could not handle large and multiple queues along with call enquiries and others. Because of which you probably have to wait 45 mins for your turn to come during consultations and to avoid conflict with other patients.

All the services are good but I would like to appreciate the physiotherapy team. They have the best people in the department who helps the patient and make them comfortable . We are really happy with overall hospital

The best hospital by so far i saw in Bangalore. we were really made comfortable. Clinical team was highly professional and had lot of knowledge . The support staff be it nursing cleanliness and to transfer everything was very smooth. I recommend it
