I tried Garlic dosa and Idli sambar and both were really good. If you are okay spending some extra bugs for breakfast this can be the best place. Foods are comparably high in price but there's no compromise in the quality too.Foods are served in banana leaf, loved their chutney too. Service was good and this is a must try place in Bangalore.

You have to opt for this place if you are looking for a good authentic South Indian meal without burning a hole in your pocket. The sambhar is not sweet and that in itself can act as motivation to try some South Indian food in Bangalore. The food was served very quickly and tasted great too. The service too was incredible. The ambience may not be up to the mark but that is not really the point of this place.

Oh my god! One of the best Vada I had in my life, crispy but yet so soft on the inside! We absolutely devoured it… they serve their food on banana leaf which I found as super unique and environmentally friendly. The chutney’s that were served was equally delicious to pair along. They also gave a dessert which I still don’t recognise but man oh man! Soo good! Warmed by hungry stomach real quick and gave me a great start to the day! Not very aesthetically pleasing, but the vibes are right for what it is!

1. Authentic South Indian Delights: Shree Krishna Kafe in Koramangala is a charming old family-friendly restaurant that specializes in serving mouthwatering authentic South Indian cuisine. If you're craving traditional flavors, this is the place to be. 2. Must-Try Dishes: The highlight of my visit was the delectable Ghee Masala Dosa, which was perfectly crispy and generously filled with flavorful spiced potatoes. The Vada Sambar was equally delightful, with the vadas being just the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 3. Traditional Presentation: What makes the dining experience at Shree Krishna Kafe even more special is the traditional way they serve their food. The dishes are elegantly presented on banana leaves, adding a touch of nostalgia to the meal. 4. Refreshing Tea: Alongside the scrumptious food, I had the pleasure of sipping on their tea. The tea was a refreshing blend that complemented the flavors of the South Indian dishes. 5. Warm Staff and Excellent Service: The staff at Shree Krishna Kafe truly embodies hospitality. Their warm and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. The service was prompt, and they were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions I had about the menu.

So many restaurants in Bangalore, and it’s so difficult sometimes to pick on something. When we looked out for some South Indian cuisine restaurants, this place popped up in google. It looked like an old place, small place, on the 1st floor. We went inside and saw that the tables were all full, waited for 5mins to get a table. Order was taken fast, and the service was also pretty fast. The dishes were tasty, it was just great as I was hoping it to be. The dosa, idli, vada, chutney was all tasty. Coffee could have been better. It’s a small place, but with great food. I am sure you will enjoy it, make your visit at the earliest. 😀

Before we jump inside the review, there is no UPI Payments accepted here Apart from that the food is noicee and the best part is sambar here it is better than Senthoor cafe and rava dosa was crispy af, and their chennai dosa was top notch and the price was average. Would again go to this place for their spicy tamilnadu style sambar

This place is amazing! A truly authentic South Indian Thali experience. As soon as you enter, you are greeting by smiling staff who show you to a table. We opted for the Regular South Indian Thali (Rs. 200 on a Friday lunch). They spread a banana leaf in front of you and offer some water. Next, you begin with a roti (flatbread), three veggies, some achaar (pickle), and a papad (deep fried flattened lentils). Up next, you get rice with sambar (lentil-vegetable stew), rasam (lentil soup with tamarind), and two other variants of sambar for the second course. In addition, they also bring curd, buttermilk, and some sweet pongal (rice sweetened with jaggery) for dessert. A true gastronomical delight! I’m back home, lying on the bed and rubbing my belly as I type this review. Absolutely stuffed with yummy food. The levels of hygiene are great too. Sure, it’s not a five-star hotel but the staff take basic precautions like wearing gloves, hairnet, etc. A few other things to keep in mind - the place is on the first floor and you need to climb around 25 steps to reach it (burn some of the calories cuz you’re gonna intake 100 times more). There’s no elevator. There is street parking available for both cars and bikes on the street right outside the Kafe. We found a spot to park a car easily on a Friday afternoon. However, you may struggle to find a vacant parking spot during busier hours. To echo the words of another reviewer, “as a hardcore non-vegetarian, this is the only veg restaurant that I frequent.” I’m adding this to my list of Top 5 food joints in Bangalore. Sree Krishna Kafe is one of those hidden gems that are likely to explode in popularity and become super-crowded any day now. Enjoy it while it still has its charm.

A good friend took me here for breakfast. Such a good taste (sambhar, chutney), soft idly, nice vada. Good to have Tamilanadu style sambhar after a long time. Recommended. Narrow stairs go to first floor for the restaurant. Easy to find. Okay parking space. 246₹ for two people, for the food shown in the picture. 2 plates.
