My only complaint is that they don't answer the phone. It's best to use the app because even the online order system wasn't working. Their call center is terrible unless you're placing an order. If you have any type of complications they will transfer you to the store and no one will answer. I sat on the phone for 8 minutes waiting for someone to pick up before I just hung up and walked down there.
I order 30 pizzas for an office party and they made sure that everything was done on time. Ms. Ann and the manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Pizza is not always ready the time I am told the pizza will be ready> I always wait 10-15 minutes after my "ready time".
They definitely load your pizza with lots of toppings and are very friendly at this location. Definitely worth trying them if you are near GSU or Grady.

Great service, fast delivery, fresh ingredients, and served at the perfect temperature. However, the pizza, a stuffed crust, was slightly undercooked. Still has very good flavor!
Friendly staff, pizza was freshly made and my order ready in 15 minutes or less.

Rating for carryout only. Order placed at counter in store took about 15 minutes at 6 pm on a weekday. Pizza prepared as expected and appropriately packaged. Friendly staff following safety protocols and other customers masked in-store in Sept. 2021. Nothing special but no delay or mistakes.
