The manager Mr Prajith is the guy who you can relay on . Always ready to help he will make sure the query is addressed Though Bob did not sanction the needs I praise the manager He is the one who saves the bank and purely customer centric One instance I have noticed in the bank There was a call on the bank phone and the employees ignored it . Manger made sure the call is attended by warning the employees . See, with this step a callers query is addressed . That’s what is expected from a manger like this

Very polite, responsible and passionate staff. I availed home loan from this branch..kind of service they have offered is so great that I found it even better then some very well known private sector banks. I found Mr Srinivas Roa (Bank Manager) and Maheshwari Madam very passionate about their work and they will try their best to get your work done faster. I only visited once to branch and Disbursement is done so quickly on the same day. This is why they are awarded as one of the top performing branch of Bengaluru(I have seen certificates in Manager's cabin).

The Branch Manager Mr Srinivas Rao is very professional, cooperative and helpful. Branch is good and has resolved some of the netbanking issues promptly. Overall a good branch so far in understanding customer's pain in Banking with PSU banks. Much better than any SBI branches that I have encountered so far.
