Nice............................................................................Food...........................................................................
This place is on the way to my house I always ordered paper chicken fry grilled chicken and the shorma Ambur Biryani was ok pocket friendly and very fast food takeaway
When you get biryani for 70/-, you really can't expect much. This place is in a prime location, accesible to everyone just at the Ejipura Signal Junction. The biryani served is pretty much similar to what you find in a typical Ambur Biryani place. Only difference was that, their biryani is slightly spicy. We ordered Pepper Chicken Dry along with it. As you can see, going by the look you may feel its burnt but when you take a bite, it gives you a different feel. I felt the salt could have been less. A place with almost no special ambience to go by, but then if you are short on your pocket or if its month-end, its a nice place to binge on for some cheap food.

My first time at an ambur biriyani outlet turned out fairly good. We had ordered for delivery for a small dinner together. Amongst the rice items, the chicken fried rice tasted fairly as expected - spicy and hot and not for the faint hearted. The ghee rice is not really worth a try. The khushka is fairly tasty too.
Amongst the chicken sides, the chilli chicken was surprisingly good considering ambur doesn't specialize in chilli chicken! The "kebabs" have bones in them (!!!) but are good to taste. The pepper chicken is really spicy and pungent and is again not for those who like their dinner pleasant.
The prices are quite economic and servings sizeable. A half chicken dish will have about 4-6 pieces and will suffice for one.
Overall, the chicken items will sit quite well with a few beers on a weekend.
Ate here many times.Ambur biryani is not that good.Tandoori chicken, grilled chicken & few chicken snacks are very good at this restaurant
A pocket friendly restaurant
We always visits the place for a biriyani and grilled chicken. The biriyani and okay but not too good. The best thing this place offers is its grilled chicken, its good and cheap. other then this two parathas and chicken curry's are you can try.

There are plethora of Ambur Biryani Restaurants in Bangalore But Shahi Ambur Biryani just before Ejipura Signal on Intermediate Inner RingRoad has a distinct popularity of his own. I have seen it growing from a small joint to a expanded restaurant now. Not so great waiters but a great option for TAKE AWAY. Tandoori Chicken, Grilled Chicken and Shawarmaa Rolls are must try.
Easy on pockets, Lip Smacking grilled chicken and Decent Ambur Biryani.
Keep Eating. Keep Loving.-StaMo
The biryani is tasty, fresh and quantity is enough. Service is quick. If you're not very particular about the hiegine factor then you can go for it...
If u want good food at economical price, dis place is for u. Grilled chicken and chicken punjabi are the best dishes available here. Even kebabs are nice.
