Dal roti is good option to try food, no its not dish name its restaurant name where you can order pocket friendly north indian food. Order rajma masala, lassi, roti and gulab jamun. All dish was worth of money.

Food as tasty as homemade. I had been to Dal Roti several times since 2009, one attraction is the combination of curries which makes a Thali esp. Gatte ki sabji. DalBatti Churma is my favorite.

Im going to this hotel since last 10+ years. Now they have changed the interiors and now the ambience is pretty neat and clean. This should be maintained same. When we family want to eat authentic north style we go there. Most of the time we liked and some few dishes we didn't like. The service is pretty ok, it's like not bad nor extraordinary. Guys seem to be very low always. So, pretty decent for the price.
I have been eating here since their inception . Post covid though they are struggling a bit but a very good budget veg restaurant in the JP nagar area. Starting from their thaali to veg curries to lassi and last but not the least gulab jamun. One of the best you can find in the nearby area.

If you want homely food at a reasonable price, this is the best place. I had 115 rs thali and the taste was very nice. If you live nearby they also have daily meals plan for you.
The food takes u back to home and doesn't dig a hole in your pocket, so definately would recommend. It's totally Vegetarian.
Suggestion to owner: please ask before serving the rice in thali, as it leads to wastage. Also, the sitting area could be improved for better ambiance
