No matter how small your customization request is, it is not considered at all. I've encountered the same lack of flexibility from that specific chef multiple times, and it's frustrating.
They serve north and south food with a great taste. Too much crowder on sunday morning.
I have mentioned earlier the hotel ambience is good and they are serving delicious food, But the food is slightly expensive than the previous due to price hike on the raw materials used for the cooking.
