Visited Nandi Toyota Kudlu for fixing the number plate (HSRP) for my car. The process was unnecessarily complicated unlike other dealerships. I was asked to go to service section, and collect the plates from the spares section. The spares section was empty and no one was there initially to direct us. It was only later we found that there is another side where there are people in the sales counter sitting. Picture of empty desk attached. A person then came and collected my car and plates and drove back to the sales section to fix it and gave it back in 10-15 minutes. While the work was done well, this was unnecessary to keep the plates in the service/spares section, but can be rather handled at the sales section. This would make the process easier as other customers who came after me had to wait for around 30 minutes for the work.

Have been visiting this service center for body repair and servicing. As usual, Nandi toyota provided best service experience. Shafee made the claim process seamless. Overall I'm very happy with Nandi Toyota
