Chai, jumbo roll, samosas anything you eat is not less than a treat.
The jumbo roll is a must try.
It's tangy and sweet and what not !! A must must try. Very reasonable rates and great food.
Well, the chicken roll was good enough,
but the lemon tea was too dark.
I guess, a bit of lemon or drops of lemon juice would make all the difference in it's taste.
Very good quality and right price.
Hey Roll lovers..... Try this place. Pani kum chai is best place for quick bite and super milk tea. Must try the double chicken roll (kadi and Keema mixed roll).

A pocket friendly set up.
Yummy rolls. Their Kadi Ghosh roll and chicken Hyderabadi roll is a must try. If you are looking for a quick bite with some quality and quantity then this is the right spot. There is no seating arrangement and the ambience is zero but what else would you expect when it's just a quick bite destination.
No seating here. Crowded and busy. You must try some tea and some chicken keema rolls. They some other fried chicken options which are good. Overall food is good, prices are fair and ambience poor, but that is obvious.
A small place on the corner of a busy street. The chai is rich and yum. But the stuff that got hooked on this place are the chicken dishes. The jumbo roll, khadi chicken and chicken cutlet are a must try. Check this place out if you in the vicinity.
Pani kum chai .. Literally it is wat they say .. the tea is full milk lil thick and added malai to it ... Not the regular tea u get anywhere else but the taste is definitely ull like it ... The sharbath was awesome with the basil seeds ... Haven't tried their other stuffs , hope their snacks items will also be better ..
We make sure to visit this place at least once during our stay in Bangalore. Pani Kum Chai is a must try for every chai lover. Heavenly taste. It will bring you back wanting for more.

Best place to eat rolls, burgers, pizza, pudding, vada pav, chicken cutlets, French fries and their special chai. Now they have started adding Chinese food to their menu!!
chiken roll and chiken burger are the best.they are kinda cheap and tasty(tats wat we want😬).but hav to say tat vada pav is very costly(25rs) which not so tasty too!
My go to place for tea....
Tasty chai (less water Tea) and other snack items available in a decent price from Pani Kum Chai. They have few branches across the city as well.
Try their Chai or its products from there.
Burger is certainly a must try. It's very delicious, not too heavy. Much better than burger king.
Tea/milk is okay. Nothing great considering you'll get a decent tea anywhere in Bangalore.
This is a must explore place for vegetarians and non vegetarians. We ordered a burger and a roll and it was just amazing. The malai chai is great and every other food item here was delicious.

Nice cafe where you get a lot more than Irani Chai (Tea) . The tea was really good 👌. They have a lot more items there, I had Kheema Pav and Irani Chai which I really enjoyed.
The owner there is quite involved with the cafe, which is necessary so the service is quick and the staff is friendly.
The place has no parking space for cars, as it is on a busy congested main road, you could get space to park your 2 wheeler by chance when the space is vacant.
Cafe is small and has no space to sit, so you have to do away with the tall table dining.
It's more bachelor friendly than family friendly, not that the staff is rude, but there is a space crunch and the crowd is mostly youth and bachelors.
Good place, quick service, amazing tea and snacks to go with. try the Malai Chai
