Location: Sadashiv Nagar, Bangalore. Very close to sankey tank. Very scenic.
Menu: Known for its ice creams. Offers Assorted sandwiches, pasta and quick bites and shakes. Its offers take aways as well.
Crowd & Ambience: Ambience is very quiet. It is good all sorts of crowds- school, couples, family. Its a small joint.
Staff : It runs on a skeleton staff. But they are very helpful and prompt to respond.

Ice cream shop located just off Sankey tank, with nice views. Relatively quiet, cozy place with comfortable chairs. Some regulars prefer to be served at their cars, waiters seem more than willing to help out. Took a star off rating because it isn't entirely clear upon entering whether it's a self serve outlet.

-Best option for ice cream and sandwiches when around Sadashivnagar or Sankey tank as it's comparitively cheaper than other hi-fi restaurants around.
-I love that they have maintained consistency in taste and quality unlike a lot of other food chains(as they grow bigger) which take their customers for granted.

They have some really nice ice cream sundaes. I had a banana split and really loved it, especially the scoop that had dry fruits and raisins in it. The place is not outrageously expensive also.

DBC is the all time favorite and Spinach corn sandwich is the best pick from the non desserts options available.
A very small space and cannot accommodate more than 14 people also no washbasin to wash hands before or after eating, which causes inconvenience.

Great place to come to for a bite after a long evening walk at Sankey Tank. If you're in the mood for a sandwich, then go with Chilli Cheese. For ice creams, you will go right most of the time - Seven Wonders is a favorite though.

The Polar bear in sadashivnagar is a extremely cosy place and has a vibrant decor. Having a outlet in a residential colony is a bliss for the residents. The outlet has a very friendly staff and a very fast service.( I broke a glass at the outlet accidentally and they didn't even charged us extra.) I go there every Sunday noon and it didn't disappointed me yet.

It was okay. Not great. A little overpriced.<br/>I had ordered gudbad and hot chocolate fudge like icecream. Gudbads ice cream flavours were very meh and they didn't give hot chocolate separately. Disappointed about that.

This is a one stop place where I get family pack icecreams they have rare flavours like Black Currant , Litchi, and Coconut flavoured home packs . <br/><br/>Even their Sundaes are pretty good I tried CHOCOZILLA and BROWNIE SUNDAE from CHOCOLATE SUNDAES . And from the scoops I tried the COCONUT ICECREAM . They also provide sugar free Icecream scoops too !<br/><br/>Service is absolutely perfect and there’s much space for parking in the opposite lane !

Polar Bear makes a lot of our boring work days bearable. Love the ice creams, the milkshakes, and I have on occasion tried the sandwiches - the tomato cheese is my favourite. It surprises you with a mint chutney in there too! They also have some sugar-free options, which I think are awesome!

Polar bear has lot of outlets.. ice creams r good and tastes iceeely coldy yummilicious!! I like ice creams at Polar bear.. <br/><br/>The place looks sweet, small and cozy, like the interior a lot!!<br/><br/>The only reason I feel bad about the place is because of the management.. The waitstaff are not responsive and lost in thr own world even when the place is filled with customers and they take quite a long time to give the order taken.. <br/><br/>Apart from management.. Overall I feel the place and ice cream is good!! <br/>

A pretty and cute outlet near sankey tank. Very calm and usually doesnt attract much of a crowd, which makes it even better, to sit, relax, chill and may be even read. <br/>I loved the sandwiches and shakes too other than the ice creams which are obviously yummy, and their forte. <br/>Must try ? Cant say that, any other outlet would be just fine, but if you are around and you want something like this, that is a quiet and calm place to sit and talk, this is the place to go. <br/>And yes, i love their cane/bamboo furniture too specially the tables, and the pebbles on them.<br/>Enjoy :)

This outlet is comparatively small, very close by to Sankey Tank. If the door is left open, u can feel the cool breeze blowing from the lake. <br/>Thankfully there's parking space at the main road. Its quieter out here...n feels peaceful!<br/><br/>Well it's the usual stuff here.<br/>I like their Litchi Sundae. That's the only thing I like. <br/>Their gudbud wasn't impressive! Banana split too!<br/>Spinach and Corn sandwich is nice but I rather have that at CCD as that's better in taste.<br/><br/>But this place is good enough to manage a couple of hours of work on ur laptop if u like, while binging onto something.

Death by chocolate was disapointment by chocolate, too much vanilla, no identifiable distinction between chocolate fudge and cake- whatever cholocate cake/fudge there was it was too little....no whipped cream or honey topping either as suggested in the menu. I am a fan of polar bear, so was a little disappointed :( i hope death by chocolate in other polar bear outlets is better!! I almost forgot about the smugness if the staff...who happily informed us that the missing ingredients were out of stock after they had served us and we had started eating the dessert!

I love each and every Polar Bear out there. As a vegan I just usually have a sandwich or two.. But my friends love the ice creams here. And in Sadashivnagar Polar Bear, the atmosphere is splendid. It's peaceful. That's an extra.

Among many others, this branded ice cream shop stands out to an extent with its good quality service and ice cream with plethora of varieties. Have tried the hot chocolate fudge here and loved it. The twist was, instead of vanilla flavor, requested for the butterscotch flavor. It tastes better with hot chocolate and nuts. Will soon experiment with more twists in their menu.<br/><br/>The outlet could've been a little bigger considering it attracts a lot of crowd on a regular basis near the Sankey tank.
