A normal CCD like any other. But the other outlets have a much better ambiance. The food is standard to any other CCD. Had the choco lava cake here which was really good. And the coffee was nice too.
They should up their game by making the ambiance much more hospitable and warm.
It is not as spacious as others outlets as in Indiranagar or BTM but still they can make it a cozy little place.
If you are a fan of CCD then do visit as you will not miss out on the food and coffee.

This is the 2nd ccd we visit in and around our usual perimeter of movement. This is a convenient place to meet up friends as its on the main road and friends can just board or alight a bus , auto or now taxis if we meet up in this place. Another particular thing I like about this place is the porch like open sitting arrangement. In the daytime, you might not like this place because if the broad daylight , the number of vehicles on the road - the dirt and smoke. But once it's dark , its fun sitting outside ,sipping your coffee , chatting with friends or simply watching around vacantly (this is my personal favourite).
Otherwise, its just another ccd. All the stock might or might not be there always.
Same as other CCD's, space is small, just in front of road, so you will find some noise.. Service is good. Need to clean the place as well. Some time you will not find all the item available to order.
Well located coffee shop with ample seating and plugpoints to ensure it’s easy to work out of. There are multiple seating options inside, but the seats and tables are all slightly slow so working long hours may be hard to do. The good thing is that this place only gets moderately crowded and hence it is a space where you would find a seat.
The food is decent and the coffees are relatively good. Had the double shot blackbcoffee and the Assam tea. Both were well made. Granted it may not be as strong or flavourful as some of the other newer coffee shops, but nonetheless it works.
All in all a decent experience here.
Surely a great place to visit. Located in a great area and they have outdoor as well as indoor sitting for smokers and non smokers. I enjoyed the ambience it was really peaceful and the taste of food and coffee is also great as expected from CCD. MUST VISIT IF YOU ARE A COFFEE LOVER.
Just like any other coffee day. Service is good. Ambience is fine. Music is played at a low level so people can chat along just fine. Quality of food and drinks is average. Ordered the Belgian hot chocolate from their special menu but it's was very average. Try the regular options.
You can chill for hours together if you manage to get the inside seating
Need people who can talk and understand basic English.
Most coffee days outlets are great. But problem solving and language barrier with staff could be a cause of some mood off . Certainly not a place for high energy crowd . In a way it's better . Staff & management needs to more accommodating for patrons looking for value for money

I love Cafe Coffee Day but in general this place is really good from ambience and service point of view. Also it's located in a prominent position so you won't miss it. From Electronics City Phase I toll, you should take a left (the lane adjacent to Zone by the Park) and go for 250-300 meters.
Well it is just like all other CCD stores you have been to.. but it is not as quick in service as the other CCD outlets i have been to.. it takes way more time than usual. You have to wait more than 5 10 mins to just place your order as the person responsible to handle the counter would be making some coffee or frappe or something and would take your order only after serving the same to the other person. Is there only one person to do everything there.. just wondering... But since it is the nearest CCD outlet. I don't have any other option !!

Would suggest more of frequent dusting activities considering the path work happening beside.
