The staff are very cooperative and the service here is quick. No exorbitant charges, as well. Genuine and quiet, the place is easily accessible. There is no separate parking, but since the road isn't very busy during the day, enough space is available.
One demerit is that there is no waiting area. Like, you can give your device for service and if it takes a long time, there's no provision for you to wait comfortably.
But this can be overlooked because the area has a few shopping outlets nearby and you can wander around until your device is repaired.
The biggest plus here is obviously that they charge the accurate rate.
The billing is properly done and if you ask them, they'll tell you what and why the cost is added. The amount I had to pay was same as what I was told when I enquired with the SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE.

I recommend this outlet. Staffs are polite and humble. They are friendly and explains well. They have collection of all latest models.
For mobile repairs and services, You can drop your cell phones, It is a pickup point and they work with samsung authorised service center and get your phone serviced in a day or two. I prefer this store than going to a service center.

If you want complete Samsung ecosystem experience then this is the best place to visit.
I have recently visited and purchased s21 plus. I was amazed with the behavior of the employees... very very friendly and specially store manager Karthik who personally given his precious time and explained all the features to me. Also assisted me to transfer all my data to the new phone. Meanwhile he was very courtious which made me extremly happy and satisfied customer. I will prefer to purchase next phone from this samsung outlet for sure.
Cooperative staff, had been there with a defective Galaxy S20 fearing a hefty charge. It was not a software issue, but they fixed it without any charge. Was surprised as the phone was out of warranty and there were no questions asked.
Great place to buy samsung mobiles. From last week they have started in-house service unit. Which is a great benefit to shop samsung customers if any issue with purchased mobiles.
