I have booked a flat in Ahad Excellentia. I was very confused on buying a flat there before because of the committed date and the number of flats and amenities they have to finish with in that time. As Siraj (sales executive) could explain the things in detail and helped me understand about the project and its pace of working happening gave me confidence to go ahead. Now I can say almost 95% of the work is done before the schedule. Waiting for the remaining 5% completion and I hope they will do it asap. I would say Ahad , a builder you can trust. Siraj is a person who don't hesitate to reply/help you anytime even after you buy the flat till you get the flat and more.

Excellent project, thanks to M/s Ahad Builders for coming up with such a great design, construction, amenities, and value for money property on Sarjapur road. The view of the project is really beautiful.
