Wonderful cake experience from the small unit of Chef Bakers for a birthday cake of my dear friend. We took one eggless Pineapple Gateux and it just tasted bliss. Beautifully crafted and light n fluffy iced on the cake made us really happy. On top its was fresh and not very sweet. The pineapple on top with the cherry and the little chunk of real pineapple within the cream on the cake icing were a delight. Very happy we are.. thank you Chef Bakers.
