Bo Tai is a Pan-Asian restaurant located inside JW Marriott. They have an indoor seatings arrangements, as well as an outdoor patio. The interiors are classy and they even have an in house Dj, the music however was not overcoming cause we can still have a conversation. In food they have Thai and Chinese cuisine with a modern twist to it, the plating of the food is amazing, love the presentation of the cocktails and desserts. The must try dish is the preserved raw mango and avocado salad, the Beijing prawns were delicious, crispy lamb toasted in sesame, don't miss the dimsums of course. The Barbeque spare ribs is to die for, the meat was tender, juicy and taste amazing, don't miss to try this. They have a wide range of menu that you can binge on, I however enjoyed the Jasmine rice with Green Thai curry. In desserts, please please try the Coconut creme brulee, this dessert is mind blowing and I can't wait to go back to have it . Otherwise, the classic Tiramisu is always there to relish on. The quality of the food, drinks and the ambience of this place, it's worth to spent your bucks on here. The staff are courteous and kind.

Really unique pan Asian cuisine. The desert spread was great too. Outdoors could be a little windy in June at night, the place has great ambiance. Service is good too.

This place is owned by the same house of restaurants as Farzi Cafe next door, so went in with expectations as high. And it did not disappoint! The food was excellent, perhaps one of the best Thai places in town, and my only complaint would be that it didn’t have the amount of innovativeness I was expecting it to have given its modernist Asian philosophy. And the ambience if the restaurant of course looked too much like a make shift arrangement and perhaps left quite a lot to be desired, especially given where it’s located. Overall a nice place if you’re looking for some really good Thai and Chinese- even the prices are reasonable enough compared to other restaurants located in star properties.

Located on the Lavelle Road, Bo-Tai is a Chinese and Thai bar and grill restaurant which is opened on the ground floor of JW Marriott. It has a beautiful indoor as well as green outdoor seating with two huge bar areas. I visited this place on a Friday afternoon to have lunch with few of my friends. We started with some amazing cocktails which were a blend of some unique mixers and alcohol and I must say they were prepared strong enough. I tried the Naga Fireball which has a base of Chivas 18 years and a mix of chili and coffee, have this only if you like a bitter side in your drinks. Another interesting cocktail that I liked was the Temple Of The Lion with the base of house rum and vermouth, Thai red syrup and lime to go along. Heading to the starters, we tried a mix of veg and non-veg items among which the Corn Cake Sliders were the best, so soft and perfectly spiced. The Crispy Caramelized Thai Prawns and the Braised Escalopes of Lamb were other few must try starters here. For the main course, we had Vegetable Pad Thai, Red Thai Curry with jasmine rice which was again very delicious leaving a great taste on our palettes. Ending our lunch with the desserts, we had the oh-so-yum Belgian Chocolate Tart and the best Coconut Creme Brulee ever. :P

Bo Tai is added to my list of favorite places in Bangalore now. The place is amazingly decor with a mix of indoor and outdoor and lots of greens, the ambiance is 5 star as expected from JWMarriot and the decor adds up to it more..!! Now coming to the main thing that is the food. I just loved the food here. My personal favorites are: **Braised escalopes of lamb, palm sugar, Shallots **Beijing style prawns **Barbecue spare ribs - best in town **Belgian chocolate tart, coffee mousse Honestly speaking all the food I ordered actually tastes great. The best part of this place is along with the 5 star ambiance it cost reasonable like any other fine dine, which makes it best for everyone to go. The drinks were also extremely nice specially the half moon festival..!! The presentation is super amazing and the taste is just so smooth..!! Need to try this for sure.

Bo Tai, a modern thai bar & grill concept is a perfect blend of cosmopolitan Italian design with the vibrance of Thai hues. A smart casual vibe clubbed with a serendipitous coziness, Bo Tai is designed for the young and socially smart champagne set. A smart, spunky verbal ‘pun bow-tie’ that represents both the style and flavor of oriental cuisine. It is a concept set against international decor, which is contemporary thai and italian. ‘tai’, is imperfect insinuation of the food philosophy. Bengaluru is Teaming with Thai restaurants, each one has to make itself stand out from the crowd. The New Bo Tai in JW Marriott does this with an expansive space that has a kitchen & bar counter, each with a vibe of it's own. While getting there might be really easy as it is located behind JW Kitchen next to huge 200 years old tree. Curated by experts, the all new menu is a medley of Thai cuisine. Offering a gastronomic voyage, using the finest ingredients from Thailand and China. The bar conceptualized by an international team of superstar bartenders from London, offers a signature cocktail menu which is unlike anything Bangalore has seen before. With a selection of long, refreshing aperitifs to stiffer tipples, their signature drinks are created with traditional Thai ingredients intuitively twisted with modern techniques. Bo Tai is a magnificence of cuisine and design innovation. Thier vision is to offer a culinary treat to the palate through gastronomic innovations. Curated by experts, the menu is a medley of Thai cuisine. The concept is set against stylish international decor. I tasted some of the Signature & Chef's recommended dishes like • Naga Fireball - Fancy & Strong drink combination with Chivas 18 years, Chilli Cacao Bitters, Cold Brew Coffeeginger, Thai Red Syrup & Smoke. Smokey old fashioned style concoction uses single malt, housemade bitters and a hint of Thai Red Syrup. I recommend this drink if you are really looking for some strong & manly. • Cool Heart - Refreshing & Sweet in note drink. This drink had the combination of Beefeater, Pineapple, Seedlip Garden, Jägermeister Thai Green Syrup, Lemon & Tonic. This drink made me relax & refreshing. Serving was very fancy than usual. Cocktail was served in Pineapple shaped metal glass. It was really unique. • Stuffed Mushrooms, Corn & Cheese - Button Mushrooms stuffed with corn & cheese and tossed with Thai herbs. This was tangy & sweet in taste. • Preserved Raw Mango Avocado - Fresh Avocados with raw mango & really good salad. • Corn Cakes Sliders, Thai Chilli Jam & Lotus Stem Chips - Butterfly Pea Flower Buns stuffed with Thai Corn Patties. These were really good in taste. • Corn Curd Pepper Salt - Corn Curd tossed with chilli & spring onions. Savory Custard type cakes. • Asparagus & Corn, Burnt Spring Onion - Asparagus & Corn wrapped in shape of flower. It was good in taste. It had that unique combination of flavours. • Crispy Beancurd, Crushed Black Pepper - Crispy tofu with ginger garlic & crushed black pepper. Tofu was realy so good & it had that Thadka type toppings on it which enhanced the dish. • Crystal Radish Dumplings - Curated radish with butter wrapped in crystal dough served with mee krop. • Veg Thai Green Curry & Jasmine Rice - Authentic Green Curry was so perfect & it tasted really rich & good. It was not too sweet of spicy. Everything was equally balanced. Jasmine Rice was a good combination with Thai Green Curry. • Chocolate Tart - Tart filled with Belgium Chocolate & Jack Daniel's Chocolate was very good. • Coconut Crème Brulee - Combination of Coconut & Jaggery. This dessert was unique served in coconuts. Overall Dining at Bo Tai was a top notch experience. Each and every dish was very unique in taste. Hospitality was really upto the mark.

Modern Thai Bar and Grill has a name, Bo Tai! Verbal ‘pun bow-tie’ that represents both the style and flavor of oriental cuisine. Menu curated by experts has melange of both Thai and European cuisine. The fresh ingredients sourced from Thailand gives a massive difference in terms of taste and authenticity. They also have some amazing and fine Cocktail menu with lots to select from, using Thai ingredients with modern techniques which gives a different experience all together. Authentic Pan Asian cuisine presented in modern avatar. Decor of this place is kept very casual and beautiful. Comfortable seating which gives a feel good vibe dining experience. Its located right below 200 year old tree which adds to the vibe! I did taste some amazing Cocktails, Bangkok Boulevard, Cocktail with Sparkle of Gold! When you do sip into, it leaves a golden hue on your lips! Very subtle in taste. Full Moon Festival, This cocktail is a must try for those who love Asian flavours. Its nothing less than an explosion in mouth, Beautiful aromatic flavours of herbs and flowers. Preserved Raw Mango Avocado, Fresh Avocado served with some pickled Mangoes. For desserts, Coconut Creme Brûlée, made of Coconut and Jaggery served in a unique way on dried coconuts and did taste great. Chocolate Tart, for those who love Chocolates its a must try. Bo-Tai located in JW Marriott, Lavelle Road is winning hearts for its sophisticated modern Thai and Chinese cuisines served and also for the beautiful ambience. Their Al-fresco seating under the 200-year-old tree is soul-soothing. You don’t feel like you are actually sitting in a 5-star property. The surprising part comes when they present you with the menu which I would call ‘affordable luxury’. Bo-Tai’s bar menu is done by a team from London and the bespoke cocktails served are treat for your senses, both visually and flavor-wise. ‘Full Moon Festival’ – a cocktail inspired by the popular Thai festival Loi Krathong is made of Beefeater, Strawberry and rose syrup, inhouse spiced vermouth, grapefruit, spiced orange syrup, pandan tincture, lime, and edible flowers. Bo-Tai’s food menu is brilliantly done. We started our beautiful afternoon with Preserved Raw mango, Avocado salad which was so refreshing. One of the best Avocado dishes I had recently. The Raw Mango, soft shell Crab is something you shouldn’t miss if you love Crab. Being a Keralite, I love the way they garnished a few dishes with fried coconut pieces. Other interesting appetizers from the menu are – ‘Corn curd pepper salt’, ‘Crystal Radish Dumplings’, ‘Beijing style Prawns with Lantern Chillies’, ‘BBQ Pork Spare ribs’ and ‘Crystal Pork Dumplings’. Each dish served with different fried toppings and this added an extra oomph factor to the delectable dishes. For the main, I tried Stir-fried noodles with Duck Massaman curry and Tofu in Thai Basil sauce. The noodles had such immense flavors, it didn’t really need any side dishes. They served us some piping hot Jasmine rice with ‘Thai Green curry’ and ‘Grilled Snapper with Chilli Jaggery and lime’. The Grilled Snapper was amazing. After a wonderful meal, it was time for desserts and we tried their ‘Coconut Crème Brulee’ and ‘Chocolate Tart’ (They should name this 50 shades of Chocolate :P ). I really enjoyed every tiny bit of the beautifully presented, lusciously rich desserts. Overall I had a great great time at the newly launched Bo-Tai. I will surely visit again for some of my favorite dishes.

Bo Tai - JW Marriott - a fine dining Chinese and Thai cuisine place. The ambience is totally serene and the table set up is so beautifully done. It makes the place so perfect for outings. Was greeted well by the staff with happy face and was assisted to the table. The place is known for its cocktails and food. For food has ordered for two vegetarian dishes – Avocado Salad and Pizza. The avocado salad needs a special mention. The tangy and crunchy taste really caught my buds. The thin crust pizza was perfect along with the cocktails. The Cocktails which were tried were made in a very fashionable way. The ingredients of the drinks were all original and natural. The best cocktail was Full Moon Festival which was made of Beefeater Gin, Strawberry Rose Syrup, Spiced Orange Syrup, Lime and Flowers. It looked beautiful and also was smooth in taste and gives a slight high. The drink named Naga Fireball was made with Chivas 12 years, Cold brew coffee ginger, thai red syrup and smoke. The making was really fascinating and the Chivas tasted really good to the buds. Its goes perfectly with the vibe of the place. This is slightly on hard and will give you a good start for sure. The other cocktail which I tried was Cool Heart which was made of beefeater Gin, Pineapple, Thai Green Syrup, Lemon &Tonic. The drink looked quite appealing and can be enjoyed by people who like fruity taste to their cocktails. Overall my experience was good and I am surely coming back for the ambience and great cocktails. The music played too was rocking.
