As the name says, Ice Cream Lab let’s its clients to create a delicious experiment and fulfil their cravings with no guilt.
Unlike the usual frozen ice creams that been stored for months, this parlour makes ice cream using the liquid Nitrogen as a Medium only to quickly freeze the ice cream base and let it get dissolved in the air back. The Vanilla Bean charms it’s way into every heart and this is used as base for all their flavours.

This newly opened place in happening place of Koramangala serves freshly made icecream without any preservation. They are serving healthy icecream and unique flavours. I tried their salt lick crunch, pistachio , yoghurt with fruit, chocolate chips, strawberry with red velvet and lemon icecream. They freshly made those icecream infornt of you, and you can choose your own toppings and you can ask them to make your choice custom icecream as well. A perfect place to satisfy your indulgence and sweet tooth. Overall good and friendly staff. They are planning to keep adding new varieties of flavours in their menu. If you’re looking for fresh and healthy icecream this should be your go to place.

If you are a lover of ice-creams and worried about eating ice-creams with preservatives, here is the place you could avoid it:
Ice-cream Lab makes icecream right infront of you, when you place an order. They custom make your choice of your ice-cream. They have some delicious signature icecreams like the lava mud cake, pistachio, lotus biscoff, roady rodeo and blue velvet.
Each of these flavors are really interesting with their toppings. The lava mud cake was my personal favorite. The lotus biscoff gives a good essence and flavor. The blue velvet is made of a blue muffins.
All the ice-creams are made right infront of you freshly with no preservatives. There is no added sugar, the sweetness is from the vanilla milk. This is so delicious.
The waffers for the ice creams are crisp and nice. The waffles are made with egg, so they are crispy. The blue velvet gives a nice texture on the waffle.

Liquid nitrogen is definitely the in thing since the past few years.
One such place using liquid nitrogen we visited recently in Bangalore was Ice Cream Lab. The place is a heaven for someone like me who loves ice creams as much as waffles. I felt I was in a fantasy world.
Ice Cream Lab is a cool and interesting place serving fresh waffles, milkshakes and ice-creams with the added touch of liquid nitrogen.
Having outlets worldwide in places like UAE, Iraq, Malaysia, Europe among other places, Ice Cream Lab opened up in Koramangala in January 2020 and it is their only outlet in Bangalore. All of the ice-creams are made from scratch live in front of you and fresh here.
We started off with some milkshakes. The first shake we tried here was Lava Mud Chocolate Crunch with the goodness of 100% dark chocolate topped with crunchy lava mud paste. It tasted yum! Next was Rodeo Road with butter biscoff, Nutella and marshmallows. DIVINE is the word for it! We also tried Lotus Experiment which tasted really unique owing to the lotus biscoff and topping of lotus powder. My favourite was definitely Lotus Experiment!
Moving on to Ice-creams, we first tried Yogurt ice cream which had a topping of fresh strawberries and kiwis. Really liked this one with it having a perfect creamy texture. Rodeo Road tasted great as well but what won our heart was Mix Fruit Bosco Strawberry. This one is definitely a must try here! The combination of vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberry puree and Bosco sauce made up of raspberry and wild berries worked wonders!
We tried a number of waffles too- Xtraa Brownie Waffle, Blue Velvet Waffle and Rodeo Road Waffle. All of them tasted great. The best thing here is that everything is made fresh in-house with no preservatives.
Lastly we tried Dragon Breath, a unique colourful dessert which is made with liquid nitrogen. It has liquid nitrogen coated cereal balls which when you eat, smoke comes from your mouth. Do try this as well- a very unique experience.
Overall, we had a great experience and it is definitely a must visit for those of you having a sweet tooth :)
