The stay was amazing and the staffs are very friendly. Though I gave 4 stars because, the tent could have maintained properly (of course there are limitations in maintaining a tent properly, but they could have given their tent dark color at least ;) ). Interiors are good, clean and nice ambiance,value for money. Food was awesome and all the other thing are perfect
The place is very beautiful and the sunset beach is at a walkable distance, say 200m. The beach itself is extremely beautiful with white sand and a lesser crowd. The price is very reasonable, rather cheaper than most such places and the people are extremely friendly. Great food is also served and the rooms are also very good! Come to goa and stay in this beautiful place and have lots of great memories! Cheers!
Good stay near the beach in betalbatim, but don't expect near crowded market near.

The breakfast on the house is all that you can ask for good simple choices. The beach is at a walking distance and is like your private beach with limited people.
Good restaurants close by as well. The place is homely and good for groups, families as well as couples ample space to do your own thing. Overall the stay was comfortable and hassel free exactly what you want when tour on vacation.
You'll get tired finding this place, but once you find it you'll love it. It's kinda deserted but it's close to sunset beach, close as in just 2mins walk from this place. So the Beach's name says it all, it's worth watching the sunset here. No drama nothing , a very Calm and peaceful beach.
Location wise: excellent location near Sunset/Colva/Majorda beach. Food: tasty, well cooked, value for money. Staff: friendly and always helped me out promptly. Room: spacious hut for single person, well maintained. Cost: economical
It was literally My Kind of Place....... Nice and safe place (even for girly outing), nearby beaches, excellent food and very friendly and co-operative staff.

If you are looking for a peaceful place which is on the beach with awesome food,clean rooms along with good customer service and value for money, you need to visit MKOP for once.
We have been visiting Goa since years now, have stayed at multiple places. However MKOP was such a PLEASANT experience which really made me write a review. We traveled as a couple and really enjoyed every moment of our time spent at MKOP.
The rooms were clean, serviced regularly (towels changed, washroom cleaned, rooms swept, bed sheets changed), AC was perfect, room size was big enough and they had a huge bathroom :)
They have a surrounding garden where you can take a stroll, a garden side eating area, a projector which can play movies or music while you dine. There are many more things which probable i couldn't mention.
The beach is a 5 mins walk from the hotel, surrounded with paddy fields. Clean and as the name goes awesome sunset view from the beach (which we could not enjoy to the fullest due to the cloudy climate).
Anshuman, took real attention to details to ensure our vacation was worth, looking forward to visit MKOP soon.
Loved this place. Great Location ..ie South Goa.Beach is just 5min walking distance. Food was great. Rooms were clean n tidy.
