2. First things first, service is abysmally slow. Be prepared to wait for 15 mins even for Fresh Lime Soda.

4. Pricing is a bit on the higher side given the service and the ambiance.

I guess this place has been around for very long. It is the one spot everyone who enters the market would stop by for some snacks or drinks. Its good to see improvements in the place, the food is quite standard. A quick stopover for some chit-chats is good.

Went to Kwality Restaurant for Punjabi themed cuisine for the Radio Mirchi Food Festival, Bhopal. Well, the ambience was good and the staff courteous.
As soon as we entered the place, we were welcomed with huge glasses of lassi as typically served in Punjab. Various varieties of pani puri and Sugarcane juice as well.
In the maincourse we had RAJMA CHAWAL where the rajma were cooked in thick and tangy tomato gravy with oddles of butter and cream in it. To accompany it there was BAINGAN KA BHARTA as well, which was roasted and then cooked. The smoked flavour was quite amazing when mixed with rice. CHOLA KULCHA the typical punjabi dish was cooked with loads of butter and onion. The chola were a little on the spicier side but went well with the buttery and onion filled kulchas. PUNJABI STYLE TADKA KADHI was again one of the highlights being cooked well with buttermilk, red dried chilly, pakoras, chickpea flour and spices. PANEER PARANTHAS were thick, huge and scrumptious to have with set cold curd. The smoothness of curd went well with the chillies in the paranthas. PYAZ (ONION) KI SABZI was cooked in a paste like gravy made out of cashew, pureed tomato and purred onions. Tiny onions as while were cooked in that gravy with rich masalas and was really tasty. SARSO KA SAAG AND MAKKE DI ROTI was served with jaggery as well the saag had a atrong punch of onions and garlic in it. The proportion of sarso and spinach was perfect and was cooked well enough to not give a bitter taste. All of it was accompanied by freshly made in house raw mango pickle, which is tangy, sour, spicy and juicy all at the same time.
For desserts we had -
I am extremely glad to know that Kwality is the only place in Bhopal which serves you with SCROLL ICE CREAM and NITROGEN ICE CREAM. Made up of Paan flavor this ice-cream is a trip to heaven and also available in various other flavours.
MAALPUA- I personally found it to be too sweet.
MOONG DAAL HALWA- One could taste the ghee it was made up with and the nuts accompanied the daal do well. It was perfect.
KHEER- This was again amazing and perfect in taste as it was served cold, garnished with pistachios and almonds.
All in all, I must say that this food joint has improved a lot and has now given us reasons to visit this place again and give it another chance.

Being from a different City - You can immediately say that Kwality is serving the best quality food at the cheapest prices. They even delivered to the nearest Hotel as well.

We are visited there twice first time experience is good but second time not same. Waiter uncle take our order but we don't know what happened after half an hour we said another waiter for bill of sandwich than the another waiter said that you also ordered something else than waiter remember and after 5 minutes we got our food..... But food quality of kwality is good 😇
Had refreshing fresh juice at Kwality on a busy weekend evening. The price of items on the menu is on the higher side. The service is good and the ambience is even better. We even had a live singer performing some good Bollywood songs.
