The place is perfect for a casual hang out with friends. The place is always spic and span, the staff is very polite and professional. The presentation of food is very neat and their packing during home delivery is the best! You must try their burnt garlic maggie and butter chicken paratha combo. The only turn off is the ridiculously high prices (might be to maintain the quality of the crowd)! I mean, 90rs for a plate of poha ? In BHOPAL ? seriously?!
Recently i visited this place and it was too good. Service, food taste, quality and quantity and Ambience. Everything was perfect.
Dish which i had was paneer chilly, steamed momos and paneer tikka sandwich. Except paneer tikka sandwich other two dishes i will recommend you here.
Place is in arera colony bhopal. They have indoor and outdoor seating available here. Loved the way they have decorated the place and amazing place to chill with your friends.
In food i had paneer chilly which i liked here the most. Perfectly tossed paneer and veggies with sauces. I will recommend you to order their biryani. Another thing you can order here is their steamed momos.
Service was quick and food quality was great.
Very nice place with a young vibe to it. Staff is very cheerful and friendly. Feels like that canteen in your college where everyone knows everyone else. Keep it up, guys!
Ambience was good . Perfect place for hangout with friends . Experience was inviting. The service at the counter could have been a tad faster but on the whole it was well maintained and kept friendly . I had fried momos maggie sandwiches and cold coffee . Food was delicious

This place is my 3 years in Bhopal, every evening, me n my friends and cousins, little n big chats and everybody is talking to everybody.. good scope of having new and nice frnds.. the crowd is decent n good.. good place for working as well and for workshops... food is real good.. beverages are amazing.. menu is pocket friendly..

My experience at Chai Kaapi has been quite pleasant. We had our seat inside the cafe. The order came a little bit late than usual, since there was rush, which is considerable since it was a weekend evening. The place is spacious with sitting space both outside and inside, outside is not lit well though but inside is illuminated well. Nit so striking ambiance though, the Indore Chai Kaapi has a better ambiance. The staff is cool and well behaved. The menu is a bit different, it will definitely surprise you. The food is delicious, I particularly like the food styling here.
The only thing irritating was the kitchen noise that irritates you while your seat is near the ordering counter.

Had ordered Mango lassi, cold coffee, Sandwiches and Fries. And the taste was amazing. The chai was amazing! Chai lovers must visit.

Well this place is located near about Rani kamla pati railway station.
They serve veg and non veg meal both.
They have a large variety of snacks food and cold beverages.
There's smoking zone planted at the corner of the area and I think that is not a big issue.
Also they have so many dishes in their main course.
Recommendation- Cold coffee, Grilled sandwich, Chole bhature.
Ambiance is quite good but yes now they have to change their ambiance as per new market trend.
Overall it's a good experience with their service.
Chai Kaapi at Arera Colony is a very good place to visit, and hangout with friends.
You may also consider this place for a date.
