I love food a lot! Like a lotttt!! But i was always missing out on eating a balanced diet because of my night shift routine, inconsistent sleep timing and so mostly also ended up eating packed food. While I was always conscious that i need to eat healthy but it was only getting procrastinated. Someday I would go buy fruits other day the fruit would just go stale being kept on my table. I knew about Gulp through social connects. The fact that their juices are cold pressed and freshly delivered every morning made me wanna try this! And finally I decided that starting September I’m going to begin taking tiny steps in improving my lifestyle. So took their subscription, and one of the best parts- they deliver juices/meals in the morning as early as 6am so I’d end my shift, drink juice and have their salad meal right in the morning as i feel super hungry after working for 9 hours at night and then would go to sleep later. I have started feeling so positive & rejuvenated ever since. Their service is super good and besides obviously being healthy their juices are super tasty too! I have found an easy way to cleanse and detox my body. You must try there cold press juices too. I am consuming there salads from the last 4months and the best part was they are freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. Overall a good meal to start my day.

Loved the Gulp superfoods salads, ingredients so fresh, with a super amazing dressing which complemented the salad. The ingredients were super fresh. Having a sweet tooth I was blown away by them and couldn't believe how healthy as well as delicious a salad could be.
