It's a happening place to spend time with friends. It has a dedicated space for family dining on the 4th floor and they serve hookah and alcoholic drinks on the roof top. They also have a dedicated space for private parties and b'day bash. Sufficient parking space is also available. Do reserve the table beforehand in case of weekends as they host Karaoke and DJ very frequently.

Great place to hangout with friends. Ambience is top notch and so is the food. Crazy atmosphere during weekends with DJ and dance floor being the cynosure. Certainly enjoyed my time here. Service is prompt .

We visited the place during Christmas and it was a bit dark the outdoor seating area doesn’t give the vibe anymore. We just had cold coffee which was average and a kit kat shake which was good but I have had way better shakes.

Amazing atmosphere on Sunday evening. Food is very tasty but the drinks and the hookahs are on the costliest side. Service is quick and staffs are very good. Overall good experience. Recommend for night out but not for family.

Oopre Kitchen and Bar🍷: It is a great place to dine and unwind. The ambience is fully western and exudes a cool and vibrant vibe, which sets the tone for a fun and relaxed dining experience. Despite the crowds, the restaurant manages it very well, which is a testament to their excellent service. the food was excellent, particularly the patties in the veg burger and American chicken cheese burger, which were juicy and delicious. Although the pizza could have been better, it was still great. One downside was the Masala cold drink. Nonetheless, this does not detract from the overall quality of my experience at the restaurant. Overall, it is a great place to explore and fun 😊.

This place has its own vibe. The music, ambiance, food, crowd is great. There is good sitting area as its divided into two. You can have fine dining with family as there is a closed space however you can chill with friends in the open area.

One of the best restaurant cum bar at Bhubaneswar with a wide range of delicious delicacy to enjoy. The ambience at the rooftop is just magnificent with dining under the open sky. It has also got an indoor AC dining option for families. The food here is extremely good but slightly costlier if we consider other restaurants out there nearby but it's worth it. I would recommend this place to hang out with your friends or take your family for a dinner party.

This place is such a vibe. Starting from the beautiful ambience to the very tasty peach iced tea. This place is a must visit for every iced tea lovers. Their sandwiches and pizza’s are also tasty.

The food was okay and overpriced. The deserts were good. The Vietnamese iced coffee was horrible, please don't order it. And i think if u are going for food then don't choose this place, if you are going for the place then go for it.

If you have unfortunately convinced yourself to visit Upre and have landed up there I would suggest you leave. If unfortunately you are one of those who live in the heart of the city and have travelled that far then I suggest have a beer and then leave (though they take a life time to even get something as basic as chilled beer).<br/><br/>My problem with their food is its hust not tasty. Whatever dish you pick you will feel some flavour is missing, the spices are not proportionate or it feels too heavy. <br/><br/>However if you still want to give it a shot I suggest you try their miso soup, khow suey, laksa, spinach ricotta ravioli or chicken stroganoff - it won't kill you and on a good day you may even like it.

Scotch eggs are my atmost priority when it come to starter. 😍 Scotch eggs are basically, boiled egg wrapped in lamb meat coated with bread crumbs. This entree dish is served with some french fries and ketchup. One can’t miss this when at @oopreofficial . 💁‍♂️

Situated on the busiest hub of Bhubaneswar UPRE Offers a wide range of tastes.Catering mainly to the youth it includes a bar as well as a rooftop restaurant which shall remind one of the Greek architecture.UPRE also provides buffet on weekdays.We went to UPRE with our family and tasted some yummy Bali Prawns,Butter Garlic prawns,Malai Tikka And Chinese Sizzlers (Prawns).However coming to desserts Pannacotta was average and lacked some taste and also the Vietnamese Coffee which was quite sour.The desserts needs a bit of improvement but however the starters and main course will excite your taste buds.

Ambience is the attraction. Food is nothing too overwhelming so for food I would have given a 3 rating. We had ordered buffalo wings , lasagne brownie shake and a litchi based mocktail. All the items were decent only except the litchi drink. It was too sweet with some spices thrown in and had a strange flavouring agent added to it. Although the drink tried to balance sweet n spicy but failed miserably.

Great rooftop restaurant with a nice vibe, pleasant ambience and good service. Hookah also was served well. Nice spread in the menu and the food was excellent.

Went to UPRE this Sunday. Had to book a table the day before. Booking part is easy, you can book through Zomato or directly call them and confirm a table. Once you get there, the rooftop ambience is amazing. A perfect greek style cafe that shines under the sun. However the good part ends almost there. Foods that we tried were 1) Buffalo Chicken Wings, Dahi Kebab for starters, 2) Summer 65 Pizza (Veg), BBQ Chicken Pizza and Spicy Italian Mama (Non Veg) for main course 3) Kiwi Mojito, Choco Chill, Lychee Ginger Ale for beverages. Starters were good, really liked Buffalo Chicken wings. But Pizzas were not up to the mark, specially when you are charging so high. All the pizzas had their crusts completely burnt. Chicken Pizzas had little to no toppings on them at all, just cheese and a few chicken chunks. Veg Pizza was relatively better. Drinks were all right. But the service quality was also pretty poor. Every time a waiter is nearby peeking at our dishes to snatch the plates as soon as someone is finished. One time they even snatched my plate which still had a slice of Pizza in it, I had to stop him from taking it away. 3 stars are all for ambience and starters. In a Greek style cafe you would expect that continental foods specially Pizza should be really good, but it was completely not value for money. Also the service quality needs to be better. Because just looking at the ambience this place deserves to have 5 stars. I hope they will improve themselves.

Ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful but quality of food as per Price taste is below average especially vegetarian food. We ordered paneer Tikka it was not at all soft, mashroom salt & paper had a thick layer of flour and the noodles had a lot of soya sauce in it worst was Dahi ke kabab. The music for the indoor sitting is too loud, should be either switched off or have some soft music . <br/><br/>The peri peri chicken was tasting of mushroom sauce and couldn’t find anything of the peri peri spice in the same. The chef came over and said will send in the sauce. The chicken became cold waiting for the chef and we was un-eatable

The staff is very friendly especially Ismail Captain he is very helpful his suggestions were good I had a mocktail that he suggested orange and kafer lime I would definitely recommend it..

I was not expecting such a great ambience. The interior designs and patterns were awesome. The lights were perfectly set out for a chilled out mood. It has two sets of dining areas - inside and outside. Both are equally awesome. Full marks on this.<br/>The food taste was on bit downside. Having such a great ambience, they should concentrate on this as well to add the perfect flavor to the place. This is by far the best cafe I did visit in a while. As it was already mentioned that the restaurant holds a good fame for cleanliness and hygiene, it was well visible!! No doubt the food was delicious. The ambience has my heart! And even the drinks and hookah are at reasonable rate so it is ideal for hangouts. And this place is a must visit !! 😍

Went after rescheduling too many times. Couldn't sit at the rooftop due to heavy rain, so decided to sit in the 2nd floor. Ambience is pretty good ; the bar counter especially. Food was fantastic. We had Scotch eggs and fish pataudi for Appetizer, Chicken Steak sizzler for the main course and Blueberry Pannacota for dessert. Every dish was yum. No complains whatsoever. Service was also quick. Although Price is on the higher side, you get what you pay for. A must try !!!

Standard of food and service at upre has detoriated. The service girls do not listen to you. You have to call them multiple times only then they will respond. They are busy in their phones. They even don't know how to serve. It's my humble request to the management of upre not to keep such staff just to reduce the cost. And please do keep a check on your food quality.

Great ambiance (Am talking about the roof top). Quick and cordial service. But food could have been tasted much better. We tried Tangdi on Fire, Chicken Satay Butter Chicken Pizza. Tangdi on Fire was just average. Pizza was well below what we expected from a 400rs odd pizza. Chicken Satay was too bitter to our liking. And they don't have most of the beers written on their menu. However, you must give it a try (but only for ambiance).

Everyone orders Khow suey over there. But I want to talk about laksha. Laksha is cheaper than khow suey but so much tastier Khow suey. The rich coconut gravy tastes so authentic and unique.

Ordered paneer tikka which had no salt and very sour in taste ....not upto the mark n when asked we were told we need to get adjust to the taste... like we need to add some salt n sugar to paneer tikka... this was told to us by their manager mr panda ... so before ordering make sure you ask for some sugar salt sauce so that u can get urself adjust to the item provided by you.

The place in my opinion is hyped becoz of its interiors and decoration. Food wise it's very underwhelming . The service was just ok but food doesn't rise to the expectation. For starters we ordered Malaysian chicken sauteed and quesadilla. The chicken was bland and quesadilla was just Indian paratha. The main course improved an otherwise disappointing afternoon. I would advise people to skip this place and rather visit chai break which has more consistency. The one star is because of the costly food which wasn't worth it.

The place is as the hype goes about it. It has an impressive menu and great ambience. We ordered:<br/>Summer 65 pizza (5/5) : it had onion, bell pepper , mushroom, corn and jalapeno toppings and lots of cheese.<br/>Cappuccino (2/5): wasn't that good and very less in quantity. It wasn't worth the money.<br/>Mint lemonade mojito (4/5) : it had a subtle and refreshing taste.<br/>The only thing that bothered me is that people were having hookah in the same closed space and the smoke irritated us. A separate space should be devoted for hookah so that non-smokers can dine in peace.

I finally went to this place with my friends yesterday. Was so excited because this is a very famous place and was in my bucketlist since it opened.<br/>Ordered Buffalo wings, chowder soup, chicken lasagna, and watermelon sangria.<br/>Except the sangria, everything was very tastless.<br/>The chowder soup tasted like knorr cream of mushroom soup with chunks of chicken.<br/>Lasagna was very disappointing.<br/>Buffalo wings were okay-ish but not how they should taste like.<br/>Don't know what's the hype about this place. The quantity even was not right according to the high prices. Even the service wasn't proper. Food was served very poorly.<br/>Never visiting here again.

I love this place. Awesome decor, awesome Ambience with great food. Ordered Mexican Tacos..and the taste was really good. This item is a must try. The theme is great for photography. One of the best place in bhubaneswar to enjoy your day. It has a bar in it and has a rooftop. Its preparation is awesome. Food is great. Service is good. You should try indian over there it taste really good.

I am not a resident of Bhubaneshwar. I am from Kolkata and finishing my higher studies here. After a really long wait I went to Upre Kitchen and Cafe. The ambience and the decor is top notch. The food brilliant. We started with an olive chicken caesar salad, pita and hummus and the yella habibi pizza. Although the pizza was a bit too sweet for my tastebuds but the salad was heavenly. We then moved to laksa and afghani murgh for the main course and both were brilliantly cooked and really tasty. We had all this food in the restaurant on the 2nd floor. The staff here was very friendly and polite. This is why I gave this place 4 stars. Then we decided to go to the top floor or the rooftop restaurant for shisha. Everything was fine until we had to move out(to the patio area) for some air because there was this epic hotbox feeling in that place. It was hot and they didn’t have fans on. Although we sat there knowing this but there was jo service. From extremely loud music to not even serving us water when we asked for it. The experience we had on the 3rd floor was horrific. I didn’t let that affect my rating because I don’t want to pose any bias. It’s a beautiful restaurant with amazing food for epic value for money. Go to the second floor and not the third and have a great experience at Upre✌🏻

Soothing ambience. Roof top to enjoy your dinner like under the stars😊 Staff service was very good.<br/>I had Upre special salad. Perfect if you are on a diet but it's really tasty otherwise too. Chilly Cucumber drink was not so good, again good if you want to detox but on account of taste it was 2/5. Chinese Sizzler was good. I enjoyed it, tasty. Malaysian Chicken Satay was good, a new flavor to be relished but personally I didn't like the peanut chutney they serve with it. Otherwise it was good. And the best part being the price. It's really affordable for the quality of food they serve.

It was really disappointing after we reached. There was only one lift which will take you to top. Not sure why they are branding as roof top as you can only see top i. e. sky. The roof is walled by all side, so don't expect a view. There is also no waiting area. The entrance was overcrowded. There is a shaded indoor area with AC where you can only smoke Hookah not cigarette. Funny. The roof is cluttered with tables with no room for good space. Love love this place. The food is delicious the variety is good. The ambience is nice. It’s has nice pastel walls and cute decor. But the waiter serving us, Alok, was rude. This is not one instance I am taking about. But food wise it’s amazing.

I went there yesterday with one of my friend. Ordered beer,bali prawn and drums of heaven. First about the ambience- it is awesome.Hospitality is also good.Prompt service. But food is disappointing.It was like a normal food we are having from a roadside vendor.

The very famous Upre which has swept the people of bbsr off their feet with such beautiful decor was a must visit when in town.It was my second visit this time and I am in absolute aww of this place for the ambience.<br/>What makes it better is the food here.<br/>The staff is mostly busy as the place is crowded .<br/>What we ordered :<br/>1.Chicken Stroganoff- Not only the look was tempting but also the taste perfect.A perfect mixture of italy and Russia.<br/>The creamy texture of the sauce catalysed the taste of the chicken.<br/>2.Afghani Kebab- The cap of egg froth looked awsome when it arrived.This changed our taste with the Afghani taste.loved it.<br/>3.Chicken Tikka masala and Gralic naan- we loved the chicken but we're not very pleased with the Gralic Naan.<br/>It was tough to tear it apart.Although the staff replaced it instantly with a fresh one .<br/>4. We had also ordered hazlenut hot chocolate.The hazlenut flavour didn't turn up but the hot chocolate surely uplifted our mood.<br/>

Very disappointing with the service,<br/>The restaurant don't have finger bowls or wet tissue paper<br/>Don't have power backup , the mijito was very bad in , ordered apple cooler they have added only mints.<br/>

Food Taste n Presentation of the Food in this place is Very Good... I personally like the staffs behavior..they help you with your order... Nice ambiance... Service is Good... its a Good Experience for me
