Very good rooftop ambience and music. Food is really good.
Scotch eggs are my atmost priority when it come to starter. 😍 Scotch eggs are basically, boiled egg wrapped in lamb meat coated with bread crumbs. This entree dish is served with some french fries and ketchup. One can’t miss this when at @oopreofficial . 💁♂️
Great place . Great ambience. They have open rooftop as well as air-conditioned rooms for dining. Very good staff. Very good food. You can enjoy the rooftop area of this place more if you visit here in the evening.
Situated on the busiest hub of Bhubaneswar UPRE Offers a wide range of tastes.Catering mainly to the youth it includes a bar as well as a rooftop restaurant which shall remind one of the Greek architecture.UPRE also provides buffet on weekdays.We went to UPRE with our family and tasted some yummy Bali Prawns,Butter Garlic prawns,Malai Tikka And Chinese Sizzlers (Prawns).However coming to desserts Pannacotta was average and lacked some taste and also the Vietnamese Coffee which was quite sour.The desserts needs a bit of improvement but however the starters and main course will excite your taste buds.

Ambience is the attraction. Food is nothing too overwhelming so for food I would have given a 3 rating. We had ordered buffalo wings , lasagne brownie shake and a litchi based mocktail. All the items were decent only except the litchi drink. It was too sweet with some spices thrown in and had a strange flavouring agent added to it. Although the drink tried to balance sweet n spicy but failed miserably.
This is my most favourite place ❤️ I have been To upre for more than 15-20 times, thats how much I love this place .. Be it the ambience , food quality , the crowd or anything at all.. there’s simply nothing I can fault about this place .. they simply serve the best galauti kebab in town.. the service is fast and good.. it’s a clean place ..one thing about this place I love the most is you won’t find cheap crowd here..

It's a happening place to spend time with friends. It has a dedicated space for family dining on the 4th floor and they serve hookah and alcoholic drinks on the roof top. They also have a dedicated space for private parties and b'day bash. Sufficient parking space is also available. Do reserve the table beforehand in case of weekends as they host Karaoke and DJ very frequently.
Great place to hangout with friends. Ambience is top notch and so is the food. Crazy atmosphere during weekends with DJ and dance floor being the cynosure. Certainly enjoyed my time here. Service is prompt .
During an official visit to Bhubaneshwar, I discovered the vibrant side of Odisha thanks to a recommendation from a local friend, which led me to this remarkable bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a lively atmosphere in the city.

We visited the place during Christmas and it was a bit dark the outdoor seating area doesn’t give the vibe anymore. We just had cold coffee which was average and a kit kat shake which was good but I have had way better shakes.
Amazing atmosphere on Sunday evening. Food is very tasty but the drinks and the hookahs are on the costliest side. Service is quick and staffs are very good. Overall good experience. Recommend for night out but not for family.
Oopre Kitchen and Bar🍷: It is a great place to dine and unwind. The ambience is fully western and exudes a cool and vibrant vibe, which sets the tone for a fun and relaxed dining experience.
Despite the crowds, the restaurant manages it very well, which is a testament to their excellent service. the food was excellent, particularly the patties in the veg burger and American chicken cheese burger, which were juicy and delicious. Although the pizza could have been better, it was still great.
One downside was the Masala cold drink. Nonetheless, this does not detract from the overall quality of my experience at the restaurant. Overall, it is a great place to explore and fun 😊.

A good place with very good crowd too. Music was very loud. Food was on average side not that great but the ambiance and atmosphere was great. Go around 8-9 pm for good crowd and music
