The ambience we have got here is quite good. It's totally dark though so not good for great pictures and selfies but definitely a flash works. We have a separate section for laser tag fans. Talking about the food, they have started indian cuisines a few months back and it's good. The other Chinese starters are good as well. The ambience and the music background is perfectly suited for hookah lovers.
The staff service is very pleasant. They organise various celebrations on special days like friendship's day, V day etc so it's worth going during those days. :)
And we have some funky props there to try on, it does make great pictures!!

As the name sounds, the restaurant delivers. If you want to hangout with your friends to ‘Chill’ and to taste something delicious ‘Ummm’ along with a ‘Chillum’ on a hookah, I recommend this place. For a little more details please continue reading:-
Food:- I mainly prefer this restaurant to enjoy dinner. They serve Indian, Continental and Chinese cuisines mainly. The taste of the foods were very satisfying for my pallets. For starters, Veg Cheese Spring Rolls were too good for us (I wonder why they don’t make a non-veg variety of it). Further on we chose to try their Crispy Chilly Babycorn, which also met our expectations as well. Eventually final plate of Veg Noodles (Hakka) came in to put our mouth at rest for then. Depending on my experience I can say that the restaurant serves good quality food but there is sufficient space to improve. #must_try:- Veg Cheese Spring Rollswere too good for us (I wonder why they don’t make a non-veg variety of it). Beverages and Hookah:- Yes, this restaurant serves hookah. I have tried the Brain freezer with ice base, which turned out to be a great flavor as per my concern. If it ever comes to your choice then you can ask them to serve you in a long neck hookah, that tastes better (I don’t know why). Beverages go hand in hand whenever someone is taking a hookah. I am a fan of coffee so, I ordered a cappuccino which balanced the feel of my mouth and throat pretty well against the chilled smoke I was in-taking. In the colds Black currant was a legitimate choice for me I was not disappointed. The main problem is that we have struggled to choose beverages along with our hookah, hence they are having very limited numbers. #must_try:- Brain freezer with ice base.
Service: Friendly staffs obviously, they recommend us that Hookah by which we were very pleased. So, if you are struggling about what to choose u can surely ask them for recommendation.
Ambience:- It’s only limited to indoors. There are two zones, one for Hookah and other is non hookah zone. The Hookah zone is quite bigger than the other, consist of big couches mainly intended for groups. A mild blue light is adding a plus point in their decor. They play mainly loud music with lots of bass and with a projection of the video, but you can ask them to turn it down a little bit I am sure. Chairs tables are also present there, but rarely used until the couches are filled with customers. The main addition to their ambience that they have a game called Laser Tag (Google it). They are claiming they are the first one in Bhubaneswar. So, is there is something that is the only one and the first one in your city you at least want to try it out once. The more friends you got the more fun you will get in this game. They will describe it to you and yes, they charge extra for it. A good news for the selfie clickers, they are having a lot of stuffs like masks, small placards etc. you can use without any restrictions.
Expense: The expense is pretty much normal for this kind of restaurants. If you want to consider hookah in your dine then you may have to bear around 700. And without the hookah it may reduce down to 400-500.
Overall: At the end of all I can say this place is very good for hanging out with friends, if everyone is willing to contribute, then the expense is no problem at all. But, I suggest to go there for dinner and if your group is big enough, try the Laser Tag.
#Extras: They have conducted a holi celebration in their restaurant with music and comedy where they served us with a ‘THANDAI’ drink. That was too good I must say. This restaurant has reached in the top three restaurants in Patia according to Red FM.
Great place, great food. The ambience of the place is awesome, people are great and the food is delicious. I love the sitting arrangement they have. Everything in this place is so in place and welcoming.

Decent place with nice ambience. Seats are really nice. However it's too costly. Not at all VFM. Service is not up to mark. Nice place to hangout if you have loads of cash.

Walking through the front door,we saw this big certificate "the most aaraamdayak restaurant" and well....true it is.Big comfy couches and big tables..We ordered chicken omelette,schezwan noodles and kit-kat shake.The food was okay though.Service was late and we waited quiet a long time for our food to arrive and again for our bill.
Overall,average place to visit when u have ample time to spend.
Nice ambience, food quality was fair. Had a nice experience. It has arrangements for big group sittings and is very spacious. Nice place to hangout with friends.

The ambience was good but the couches and the hookah area were torn which was quite disappointing....the staff were missing although no on was there.....plus the staff was not aware of all the dishes....the food was ok nothing special...the stroganoff did not taste like a stroganoff...hookah was also good.l but the flavour was very mild......a good place to go but nothing special

Chill Ummm is an awesome place to hangout with friends. Serving you with a varieties of snacks and wide range of hookah, this place provides the perfect ambience to youngsters to have fun. Added to it, there's more way to have fun over here. You have a lot of interesting games to play and has the perfect corners to click selfies. Overall its a very very nice place to come over and enjoy.

Awesome food and hookah.... U can even talk to chef to know the preparation and customise the way you want to. Very good Staffs and service. Ambience is something u will enjoy a lot. They don't serve alcohol. One of the best dining experiences in Bhubaneswar I have ever had.
Went there twice actually :p. It's a nice place if you want to go with your gang. Music is good. Did not try the food yet. It's near my college so it's totally a youth area. so expect the youth vibe. ^. ^
I would rather give it a 3 and a half star...the place is cool but the service is bit sloppy....you have to shout 3-4 times to the waiter to get some water at the most...atmosphere is good but the place can be way more improved....couldn't understand one thing they are projecting one music video and playing another which is a huge let down sometimes
Very good environment to hangout with friends. Lighting feels pretty premium. This is good for college kids but not suitable for families. Worth your money.
