Had been here more than twice with family and friends....ambience is average only but the food is really good...so overall Experience was gud.....
The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of “Service Excellence” The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. The hotel staffs were extremely attentive to every detail and very professional. Overall the stay went great and everyone’s palette was satisfied with the “AMAZING” food. Thanks again for all your help and I am sure we group will be back again.

The rooms and ambience is great. This place has been constructed in a very large area with a lot of greenery.
The restaurant (Tea Pot) has a very great view.

Went for my brother's engagement here. Was seriously impressed by the ambience and the service by the staff. TOP NOTCH.they were fully dedicated to their service and didn't left a single loophole for complaint. The food was yummy and they had various options there.The ambience was really Cool.if you want to witness premium and luxury. You should definitely visit here once.
Amazing service. The staff is very professional. The breakfast is 10/10 - fresh juice bar, a spread of fresh food, relaxing environment and very considerate staff. The property is extremely Zen and a great place to relax. Nicely maintained eco friendly property with lot of natural scenic view inside . Rooms are quite spacious ,cleaned and well maintained. All the restaurants offered amazing variety of food.
We stayed at this hotel from October 20-22 this year. One of the prettiest hotel I have ever stayed in my last forty years of travel.
Very good decor, landscaping. Excellent rooms, excellent service, professional staff. Honestly I can not find any fault. All I can say to the Management, Keep it up.

Went to attend a wedding event. Everything was good. It was a nice experience. Satisfactory. Need to improve further to achieve true five star class.
Check in experience can be improved. Had to wait for a hour to complete it. Proactively can collect all the I'd proofs before coming to hotel.
I had a buffet lunch here. The food quality was awesome and the variety of foods can captivate anyone's mind and tongue. Bruschetta although became a bit soggy and desserts were not that much good. But the overall experience is good. The photo is taken while traveling the lawn side where this little lake is situated. The views were also great.
Everything else is picture perfect. Check in was smooth. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.
However one thing that really put me off was that my key card didn't work and there was no other option to reach the reception and mind you if you're planning to walk back to the reception it's a good 8 to 10 mins walk. It's not all feasible if your in a hurry to check out or catching a flight.
The check out process is also cumbersome and time taking
