I have been going to Adarsh restaurant for last 8 years and I am very happy with the quality and quantity of food served. Chicken & Sea food is too good along with freshly procured Chicken and fish. Veg options also great.

The Best Quality food in the Bicholim City
If not that, you can opt for the fish thali. They are one of the very few restaurants in Bicholim that serves the traditional Goan thali for lunch and dinner. The humble thali comprises of the usual – steamed rice, fish or prawn curry, fried fish, tisreo sukhem, kokum curry, dry prawn kismoor and a dessert. They even have a chicken thali, which is customised to your palette.
Bicholim is a relatively undiscovered area in Goa. The Village is beautiful and green. Adarsh is one small restaurant located near the main market of the village. It is a two floored restaurant with the first floor being a non ac section and the first being the ac, family room. We stepped into the family room. The waiter was relatively uninterested and told us to go sit at a table of our choosing. We ordered a simple fare, roti and chicken. We tried the Chicken A-la Adarsh. The dish that came wasn't appealing in any way. However, never judge a book by it's cover. The dish was truly amazing in taste. If anyone is near Bicholim, do stop at Adarsh restaurant for this dish.
Nice and cosy, adarsh reminds you of the old school fine dine. Tried their tomato soup, masala papad, veg crispy, and biryani. One of the few places that does not overload the food on salt. Balanced flavours and courteous staff. Worth a visit for a wholesome meal.
We reached very late so there was no crowd. The service was average but the food was very tasty. It was value for money. Special kingfisher thali is recommended.
Very good food , prices were reasonable too, their starters like veg crispy chilli chkn was good noodles were ok fish thali was quite delicious.service was fast inspite of shortage of staff.Ambience was good too
This is a wonderful place in bicholim, a very affordable option. Food quality & quantity both were too good. The service was very pleasing. We had a 2&1/2 year old kid with us & upon asking, the waiter made sure the kid was comfortable while eating. Usually crowded on weekends, but tables will be available after waiting for time.
They serve good fish thali. The restaurant is bit congested and even there is no enough parking. Hotel is on the highway and can be easily accessed.
The food is delicious. We always prefer it. Services are the best. Great for get together of family and friends.
