The hotel is located just opposite Bikaner junction railway station. Towards the platform one side. Overall satisfactory for a small town like Bikaner. The rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. We booked through an online website. Rooms were as described. Service is also good. Food can be ordered to the room. The food taste is more localised. Some may not like it.

Wonderful destination for food. Best days in bikaner.

Nice hotel. Walking distance from the railway station and the market. However you won't get disturbed as there is only one train. Room got upgraded by the management. So happy. Room well furnished and spacious. Thoughtfully provided a room heater as it was very cold at night. Food was well prepared. Breakfast is buffet while lunch and dinner is as per order. Normal is spicy. So one has to take care to specify preparation. Service is fast. Staff attentive. Charges are reasonable. Only point is that hot water in the toilet finishes quickly.

Located just opposite to Bikaner railway station. Room in the hotel are spacious and we'll maintained, washrooms are big and clean. Room service and staff behaviour is very good. Food is okay and they also have snacks menu.. Good ambience around.

Nice budget friendly hotel at prime location. We booked 3 Royal Rooms which were quite spacious. Rooms and toilet were neat and clean. Rooms are equipped with refrigerator. Tea/coffee maker, toiletries, shaving and dental kits all are provided in the room. They have a restaurant in their adjacent building. Restaurant service was quick (inspite of being crowded) and taste was good. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Booked stay here for a day. Details below : Location - Bang opposite the railway station & in the centre of the city. Quite close to Bada Bazaar & other famous sweet shops as well. Rooms & Amenities - Stayed in the Super Deluxe room. Spacious, clean & well maintained. Heater was available in the room as well. Newspaper delivered in the morning. Hotel Staff - Polite & helpful. Price - Pretty decent & worth it for the services provided. Overall, stay here is recommended.

Beautiful hotel and more so bang opposite to Bikaner Railway station. Good food and food arrangements too. Good service and Hospitality. One more experience I had, I forgot a pair of clothes in the room cupboard they called me and are sending it to my residence address . Hat's off guys. Best wishes for continuing your value added services.

We stayed at heeralal hotel. Location is best. Everything is nearby, railway station is in front.. junagarh fort is just 2 kms from here. The local namkeen market is just 500 m away. The reception staff is also very cooperative. The only problem is hotel food, it is not tasty, service is slow. Better to have meal outside

One of the best and original restaurant in the vicinity of Bikaner railway station. Not much expensive though, the quality is at par with good restaurants. I ordered a regular Indian thali, having almost every item which should be there in a regular Indian food. The seating capacity is good. Ambience is appriciable. The staff is great, humble and very welcoming. This is really a great option for travellers. The only downside I observed is just the surrounding (locality) of the restaurant.
