Umm what to not say about people of "BIR"! I just loved the vibes around there specially during our 1 week stay (workation) in Paloma.
The landing site is almost 50m away from their property and it offers mind-boggling sunrise and sunset views.
Their hospitality was amazing as was their food. It's perfect for vegetarians who are in search of hygienic and yummy food (worth every penny).
You'll definitely love the atmosphere that this place offers. And thanks to the owner (Aunty ji nd Sumit bhaiya) for being such an amazing host.
And special thanks to Mohit bhaiya for always being there!
So I'll definitely suggest you to visit Paloma whenever you are in Bir.
It's a fantastic place..the location is just awesome..infact the best location in Bir, bang opp to the landing site. We stayed for 2N in room no. 103. We didnt feel like checking out,we wanted to stay more. The terrace has amazing views. U can witness the sunrise & best sunsets and also the paragliders landing.The owner Mr. SUMIT is a very nice & kind gentleman. Sushilaji serves authentic Indian food. Best is that it's a veg & vegan restaurant. The helper Mohit is young gentle & chirpy chap always ready to help. 10 stars to Paloma Bistro & guest house. 100% recommended.
We stayed here for 2 nights with family but it’s a best place one could have asked for.
Sunsets & sunrise are just magical.
Very homely vibe away from home.
They are currently serving Indian meals(Rice,roti, sabzi, kadhi, dal etc). I visited a couple of times and everything was served fresh and piping hot.
Definitely visit here, if you are missing home cooked meals or full indian luch/dinner meals.

I highly recommend this place. The restaurant is very calm, beautiful, the food was amazing and the attention too. Sumit cooked really good and he was very kindly.

This place made my trip best with its breath taking view best home cooked food and the owner of the guest house are very friendly they will do everything to make you feel like home and enjoy your time there soo great experience ...
It's also very near from landing point and bus stop where your bus will pick/drop you soo it's very convenient also 😊😊
Ate here at least half a dozen times during our stay and can highly recommend to all the vegans and vegetarians visiting Bir as the menu is 100% veg or vegan. Fantastic vegan breakfast options. We tried perhaps 15 dishes and drinks from the menu + cake. The Power Breakfast (tofu scramble, vegan bacon, seeded toast, hummus, little salad and slices watermelon) was a standout and I was really impressed with the scramble especially. They cook everything fresh, bake their own breads and cakes and almost everything was always available (rare). I'm in awe of how they do it out of such a tiny kitchen. The pricing is excellent for the quality and setting. Very friendly service.
Paloma is a great place to stay at in Bir. Sandeep and his brother Sumit are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food and freshly baked cakes are delicious. We were a group of 10 and we had a great stay. It is right next to the landing site. The road can get a little noisy at times, but the hospitality makes up for it.
Really grateful to Sandeep and Sumit for taking such good care of us. One person in the group had her birthday while we were there, and they even gave us a delicious vegan birthday cake complimentary!
Man , I've been their 5-6 times and this place dies not get old! A little back story- the guy who manages the cafe is pahadi but the chef is italian . And my God, she makes the tastiest italian dishes , along with mouth watering cakes and homemade breads. If you ever visit rhe place, don't forget to try their pasta, and red velvet cake made by her. The cafe could improve their menu , and their pizza, but over all a nice experience. They have rooftop seating with the prettiest view.
What a wonderful new place in Bir to eat and unwind. Their menu is awesome and so is the food. Some nice vegan and non dairy options as well. Veg bacon is brilliant! Highly recommended for pilots, locals and tourists. Thank you guys!
