I just loved the Rooms, Absolutely Services were too Good and the location wasn't difficult enough to find. I Would give a 5 star rating for the services offered to us and the restaurant services as well. The waiters were very polite to us and didn't refuse to help us again and again 😂 The Decoration and ambiance was also very relaxed and mesmerising to me. I just simply enjoyed my 2 precious days and two precious nights over here

1 km to the calungute beach and it's totally a market area outside the hotel lane. Rooms need more lighting bcz present lighting makes room dull n depressing , give clothe curtain instead of blinds as they are heavy n do not function properly. Otherwise food is good , services is awesome... breakfast has many items .

It was our first experience staying at the hotel. The hotel atmosphere and ambience are good. Rooms are also better, not premium but much better and average. While making a booking, we were asked to pay 50% the total booking amount and remaining at the checkout. Upon arrival, we had a pleasant welcome by the team. We were offered a welcome drink. But the later part of welcome was unpleasant. When we arrived at the hotel, before check-in, we were asked to pay the complete balance amount. We told them that one of your resource from the reservation team, with whom we have been coordinating, have asked to pay the remaining at the check-out time. But the person at reception was telling us this is our process. Without complete payment, we don't allow check-in. This was really a frustrating situation for us. After explaining, we were allowed to check in. The reservation team is available in the hotel 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. Ours was a late check-in, so we couldn't get in touch with the reservation person due to the non-availability of respective resources, or else the issue would have resolved immediately. Car parking is available, but it is a little away, approx. 10 min of walking distance from the hotel. Hotel rooms are good. Rooms were cleaned, spacious room for two persons. It has a small balcony attached to a view of the swimming pool. The hotel has a swimming pool, we enjoyed it but then the pool had broken flooring, at a few patches the tiles are broken. It led to a serve cut on my foot. When informed, the pool manager, he was sorry, but he said he couldn't help. Flooring is broken is broken, nothing can be done. Other members in the pool told us that a similar incident happened yesterday with other guests here. Despite all this, I could not see people over there to understand the gravity of such situations and take any corrective or preventive actions. Every day morning, breakfast is really good. We also had our lunch in the hotel. The food served was fresh, tasty, and good quality. Thanks to the cooking team. The hotel is situated at a prominent location and has Baga and Culangute Beach in proximity of 10 min. Rooms were getting cleaned daily. Overall, this place is better to stay. I would suggest and encourage the hotel team to improvise more and maintain the property.

Rooms are neat and spacious. The breakfast menu was vast and taste was also good.

Great rooms, excellent service, hospitable staff and delicious food. You cannot go wrong booking here!
