AWESOME! is what this place can be called. This resort simply exceeded my expectations in all parameters, Receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming, then the rooms were well maintained and very clean. The F& B staff is very courteous and accomodating. The Manager Daryl is extremely professional and would attend to all and extend help in every possible way. Its definitely worth more than every penny you pay!Kudos to their management n team .Keep up the good work!
Decent and clean accommodation near Candolim beach. Rooms and restrooms are spacious and beds are clean. Bus stop is 200 metres away and the beach is 500 metres away to the guest house. The employees are courteous and they have restaurant too where food is available. The General Manager was very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay and budget friendly hotel.
Its pretty good hotel on cheap rate and its very near by Candolim beach this is the big plus advantage, only the Candolim beach is very clean and clear as compared to other beaches.
1) About the staff they are very familiar and good service.
2) Only one negative part as i feel that room sizes is very small
3) food is good
4) Market is very near by hotel
5) Rental bike charges is very less on this area.

I have booked it via MMT and I found booking says 1 guest, immediately I contacted MMT they told it's due to OYO policy which also allow single guest, finally they suggested to do similar booking with 2 guests and share with them then they will cancel the first one, but it costs me 500-600 loss.
OYO 7401 Xavier is very cooperative and nice to their Guest as we reached there quite early they provided common washrooms to get Refresh till the room is getting ready, it's 👍 for them.
Candolim Beach has many entry points, one of the entry points it walkable ( 5 min max ) , very calm beach and nice & clean beach & limited number of tourist makes that place very awesome.
I found the price bit costly I got a deal close to 4000 INR for 2 nights (in actual it was close to 5300), but still I feel the fair price for this property should be 1500 /- night as the rooms was classic category only.
Pool table is there which is a good thing.
We didn't have food there, though breakfast was complementary for us.
Distance from Panjim Bus stand is approx 11 kms.
Excellent stay !! Hotel really close to Candolim beach. I just woke up in the morning and walked to beach within 5 mins from my room. The GM was more than helpful with his way of helping me find and plan my tours in Goa.

Rooms are very decent for a family vacation. Prices are so reasonable. You will get a family room for 4 at just 1.5k, very near to Candolim beach. You can have all fun at the beach, all day.
The property is a just few footsteps away from Candolim beach. You can wakeup and go walking right to the beach.
Candolim beach is more peaceful, less crowded and scenic compared to the other beaches in North Goa.
The property has just started operating after covid and they are yet to start the restaurant services but the rooms are very hygienic and away from noisy traffic.
Very good Oyo collection O 46765 xavier beach resort hotel. Staffs are very friendly. It is very near to Candolim beach and Candolim market walkable distance.Lots of quality resturants are near by. We stayed here continuously for 5 night with my family. Very nice stay. Improvement required in inside resturant as very limited food and breakfast is being provided.
One of the best and economical place in goa great food and nice place to stay although building looks old but interior is great . Will be visiting next time for sure . Must try is goan fish dish in this resort. Host is very great and helpful
Very nice hotel rooms and the staff was very polite especially Mr Teja who was great and very co operative.Nice stay for 5 days. Rooms were neat and clean. No problem at all.
