I have been here twice and have LOVED the ambiance, food, and service every time. The food is original and delicious. The waiters are fantastic and very well informed. The young chef is friendly and a master cook who has always taken the time to chat about his menu with us and make recommendations. As a vegetarian it is not always easy to eat out in Goa but The Pavilion cafe served my favorite vegetarian meal yet - delectable paneer tikkas with Cheese naan. There is also a unique dish which that literally pops in your mouth; a twist to the traditional Veg tempura. Prices are reasonable and I will absolutely be returning as they always have a new dish or two.
