Great food in the buffet.
Had gone there for 24th Christmas eve.
Lovely music and nice ambience.
We have enjoyed the food. Good spread. Excellent service. The ambience was good as well. The dessert spread was awesome. The buffet includes burmese dishes, shawarma, soups, salads, veg starters, curries, chicken, prawn, fish. Taste was good. Reasonable price compared to other star hotels. The service was too good. Vicky(vivek) was a nice guy, very prompt, energetic and helpful. He bought us mocktail as Valentine's day special which was not included in the buffet. They have arranged a cake for us as it was our marriage anniversary. Nice gesture. Would highly recommend Grok.
Love their breakfast buffets / the ROS omelette and masala chai are a must try. The service is fantastic right from the restaurant manager Vishal to every single staff member and management trainee.
The dinner buffet was a bit limited in terms of options - it was mostly Indian but ask the chef or restaurant manager for options and you won’t regret it. Loved their pastas and salads

Nothing like a leisurely brunch to bring in Sunday with a pleasing collection of all things delicious at Hyatt centric. If you are planning to head out for lunch in Goa on a Sunday the brunch option here is one I would recommend. Some of my favorites from the brunch are the Rawa dosa accompanied with mutton curry, Sushi’s, salads and the Chaat options ( I could actually add more to the list here ). They have a massive array of dishes available for you from South Indian food to North Indian, from asian delights to Lebanese must-haves. I would advise you to get here early, indulge in the best of culinary delights and then spend the rest of the time playing tennis, football or badminton. Yes, you are given access to their outdoor play area if you are here for the Brunch ( Do not miss out on it).
From the Spaghetti, Sushi’s, Rava dosa with mutton curry, Biryani, Avocado & Tender coconut salad, Crab and melon salad to white chocolate berry tart - A beautiful Sunday on all fronts.
Sundays should be sun-kissed, immersed in delicious food and dusted in sugar. What better way to do it than to visit GROK for their immersive brunch fair :)
Grok at Hyatt Centric, Candolim is the right place to enjoy a relaxed meals. Beautiful ambience, well spaced seating. AC / Non AC to choose. Well selected menu. Has buffet for inhouse guests. For diners it's Ala Carte. Service is excellent. Steward Shivani served with excellence. Each dish a delicacy. Loved and enjoyed the evening relaxing over the meal.
The ambiance was good, but the food portions were very less. The other local restaurants have better options and more portions than this. Overall the food was decent.
They provide good tatse food but with limited menu in buffet. My opinion is to increase menu options
While the food and ambience was amazing, what made dining here better was the incomparable hospitality from its staff. The menu recommendations were on point and the staff were well informed and very warm. Kiran, Sachin, Srishti, Vishal and Chef Sukhen were brilliant. Their in-house special coconut dessert is to die for! Definitely unlike anything I've ever had before (10/10).
Excellent food. Buffet serve could be better. When one comes to Goa, most of them prefer sea food. So sea food which includes crab, prawns can be added to the buffet.
