The food and drinks they serve are served with pure honey. And that makes them different. I have tried their strawberry slush, cold coffee, some chocolate ball. I had a nice experience.

Honey Hut, Sector 22, Chandigarh
.
This place is all about Honey and everything made with Honey.
In a very crowded market, where you don't get place to even stand, I will introduce you to a place, which will not only give you a nice ambiance, seating and amazing food at a very reasonable price.
This place is Pure Love.

We ordered the following:
1. 4 Aloo Tikki Burgers
2. 2 Honey Cappuccinos
3. 2 Honey iceberg
4. 2 Brownies
5. 1 Apple Pie
6. 1 Walnut Pie

This place was amazing in all terms:
Quality- Superb
Quantity- Amazing
Cost - Very Reasonable
Ambiance - Very Good

I will overall rate this place 4/5.

Ever since I have eaten food in this small restaurant, I am in love with it. I have always loved their fruit punch. It's amazing. I have also tried sandwiches, cold coffee etc. which also tasted fine. The best part of Honey Hut is that they put honey in their preparations which is a healthy choice for all of us. Though it blends in really well that honey stays untraceable.

Many years ago, while strolling down The Mall at Shimla, I came across a fascinating looking café that I had not seen in my previous trips to the Queen of Hills. My fascination for honey made me step inside "Honey Hut" and I was impressed with their well-done and cozy interiors.

The selection of tea and coffee on their menu had me hooked. Along with a green tea, interestingly called Monte Cristo, we also ordered Masala Idli, which was supposed to be prepared with their signature honey-based dressing. The idlis covered with a rich sauce, veggies and topped generously with peanuts made for a delectable snack. Monte Cristo was a steaming cup of their organic green tea, with loads of ginger julienned into it. Their signature honey also came along in a cute little dispenser, that I could use to pour over anything as per my taste. Sippng the warming tea, as we gazed down the valley, was a perfect Shimla moment. To cut a long story short, I fell in love with the café!

Imagine my excitement, when I chanced upon Honey Hut in Chandigarh, a stone's throw away from the famous rehri market of Sector 22. Ever since, I have visited this café numerous times, definitely every time we have hit the rehri market but at times, also because "it has been so long"!

Ironically for them, despite being located in the prime of the city, the place is not exactly brimming with customers. I would attribute it to the weekend flea market that almost chokes the passage to the café or may be just that the people visiting the surrounding market won't exactly be appreciative of their unique menu.

So the last Saturday, I jostled my way through the flea market to Honey Hut (as it has been so long!) and settled with my wife and kids on our favorite corner sofa. This time, we decided to go beyond the regular Masala Idli and Monte Cristo, and ordered their pasta, along with Kashmiri Kahwa for me and cappuccino for my wife.

There's are shelves on the sides showcasing Honey Hut's line of cosmetics, soaps, tea and honey packs. The few that I've tried were good, if not exceptional.

The mixed sauce pasta was supposed to be a light snack for us, but as we had the first bite, the taste buds were in ecstasy. The creaminess of the pasta, with the uniqueness of their dressing and the perfectly cooked penne, had us polishing off the plate in no time. Though the quantity of the vegetables could have made the pasta even better, yet the pasta was delectable enough to order another serving, this time we asked for a white sauce (my preference).

The Kahwa came with their signature honey dispenser. It again turned out to be a fabulous choice, as the flavor, full of spices, as well as generous flakes of almonds, made it a regal and invigorating drink in the cold weather. Wife's cappuccino was also relished by her, though I didn't get to taste it myself.

The white sauce pasta, needless to say, was equally good, actually better because of the sauce of my choice, though my wife called me biased. So much so that we even forgot to click a picture of the food as it arrived both the times. We ate more than our capacity and definitely more than what we had planned.

Eating here doesn't burn a hole in the pocket, though at the same time, it can in no way be called cheap.

The staff here is courteous, though not very enterprising or outgoing. I wish that they smile more often and try to market their awesome menu somewhat better.

All in all, if you ignore the surroundings of Honey Hut, it makes for a perfect place to snack on during evenings. I'll keep coming back here to try more on their elaborate menu. I would definitely like to see more people visiting this place, because Honey Hut truly deserves it for their quality and variety.

I expected much from this place after hearing it's name. Ordered Honey Lemon Paneer and Honey Chilly Caulliflower. Taste was not that good as expected. Items are bit overpriced.

In the middle of the face of sector 22 market, which has some undoubtedly maddening crowd of people and hawkers selling clothes right on the road, you can least expect a place like Honey Hut.

While I always thought it is just an outlet of Khadi Ashram which sells honey and related stuff, it was fellow foodie friend Anupam Goel  who reviewed this place and I realized they have a cafe similar to the one in Shimla (minus the aesthetics of Himalayas).

So when you enter this tiny cafe, it is actually like you are simply cut off from the noisy market and entered into a lounge with two or three small tables. The serving staff is warm and pleasant and the place is utterly comfortable.

I wonder why didn't CCD and Barista realize that this market needed a good coffee joint more than any other market of Chandigarh. But of course we don't need them any more since we have this cute little cafe.

Honey Hut claims to serve all the desserts and delicacies made up of honey only and that too eggless. It is very hard to believe that these sinful desserts are eggless and sugarless since they show no sign of blandness and they satiate the sweet tooth very well. Plus, they don't fall heavy on heart. The place also serves snacks and refreshments with the hot and cold beverages, but I can never get enough of their hot cakes and hence I never had enough appetite at the end for anything else.

They also have a honey dispenser to add more to your desserts (or may be salted refreshments), but then its hardly needed since desserts are already too sweet.

Value for money, a good place to relax and take a break and indeed a lovely place for hot and fresh muffins.

I have been visiting Honey Hut from last 6 years. All the cakes on each occasion is coming from Honey Hut. The cakes do taste different and one can make out that the cakes are made using Honey. I had tasted other items also, the taste is good. The place is situated in most busiest market of Chandigarh and you can shop and look for snacks. They sell honey and other items also. Honey is much better than any honey available in Market. One test is that thier Honey do not freeze in winter

Awesome place to have a coffee, prices are high but the snacks and beverages are really good. One of the best coffee is served here, most of the eatables are served with honey and you have option to use honey instead of sugar, so it's really great for people who are health conscious.

Honey Hut is Unique Concept First of its Kind Store in Chandigarh. Honey Hut claims to serve all the desserts and delicacies made up of honey instead of sugar. It is a small space shop situated in noisy market but overall ambiance is not bad. They offers a wide range of honey-based products ranging from honey neem soap, honey tulsi, honey face wash to raw honey. If you are honey lover, a visit to the lovely place called Honey Hut is highly recommended.
