I dropped in here on a friend's recommendation and picked up a cake for her birthday. It had all the ingredients for a perfect cake - a recognisable essence, richness, moist and sweetness. We all just loved it
Love love love their orange chocolate chip cake!! Its a must try!! Its so difficult to stop yourself once u start digging into it! I especially love the chocolate chips they use in this.

Yummy cakes! Chiffon cake being one of my favourites. Highly recommended! Mud cake, fruit cake, chocolate praline and red velvet cakes are also good.
When it comes to cakes - especially without cream, Sweet Nothings is the place one can hit without any second thoughts. I am in love with their dry cakes - banana walnut, date walnut, cinnamon to name a few and sugar is nicely balanced. Cream cakes are good too with nice presentation: fruit cake, chocolate cake, pineapple upside down, Red velvet. Quality is never compromised and you will always get a fresh one. Must visit and do try cake slices if you have a sweet tooth!
Opening a bakery quite near older ones is a daring activity. Instead of the high end focus of neighbors, this outlet has quietly picked up the drag on price points. The selection of eggless dry cakes is much better than other neighboring places, and at about a third less cost. I have rarely come back without either the orange/chocolate/walnut/banana bar cakes. This isn't a fancy place, but it provides great option for places to pick your daily staples for guilt-reduced teatime snacking!

Sweet nothings is one such bakery, which has nothing else but sweet things!
They serve everything from cookies to cakes of all kinds, however, they haven't displayed their items nicely. Since the secret of desserts' temptation doesn't lie in its taste, but its appearance and presentation, they need to pull up a bit on that part.
Unlike most of the other bakeries which serve dry cakes in packs, they not only provide the dry cakes in packed version but also serve slices of those cakes, warmed up to perfection. The dry cakes are a bit hard and it was pretty surprising to have an average experience of dry cakes at Sweet Nothings, because this place is known for them.
Even among the pastries, the red velvet was bit disappointing because it was nothing more than a hard slice of cake covered in coconut and layered with stale cream. The only saving grace is chiffon based pastries.
However the best part about this place is that the counter staff is quite courteous and if you are getting your slices served right there, you are served like an esteemed guest.
The place was quite good in earlier times, but it is definitely losing its sheen.
Nice small place with tasty cakes. I usually get my breads from here, much better than the over priced crumbly bread sold at Nik Bakers. Good attentive service.

A Small bakery outlet in Sector 8 , not really known as much others are . This place is good , economical and yes they have the BEST DRY cakes in whole chandigarh . In case you want the dry ones , this is highly recommended
Customer friendly, reasonable bakery to get and order egg as well as eggless cakes. Simple but nice. Check out the cake below we ordered for a birthday.

Sweet Nothings appears to be a simple Outlet but the Cakes are awesome, much better as compared to other high street flashy overpriced shops. Their Price is genuine, the cakes are always fresh we have been using it for our Team's Birthday Parties for over 3 years now. Cherry on cake is the ever smiling attendants always ready to help in customising your experience.
Forget the brand hegemony and try this at least one . I personally recommend you to try their Dry cake. It was a Nice experience.
I bought 3 cakes from there for birthday and all cakes were delicious and Fabolous in taste as it is famous in chandigarh for its cakes.
