Paneer Tikka was actually good ,well marinated and soft and flavorful however the restaurant missed out on taking care of special request for no butter ,had that been taken care they would have earned a 5

I was filtering biryani options and found this restaurant. After reading reviews, i ordered Veg biryani (friends eat Veg) but it was good. It was served with Raita. Rice was okay,i wont say it was of very high quality but normal one. Veggies were there.
But i am still looking for more options from this restaurant.
My first concern is why Delhi don't have Gourmet Food Bowl?? Would like to share my experience for December ' 2018 when on an official visit I was in Chandigarh for 2 days and in 2 days I must have tasted the starters, Spicy chicken kurgi tikka & chicken korma & chicken boneless biryani which was out of this World....too YUMMMMMMM. I would like to go to Chandigarh every weekend to just enjoy the most delicious food they offer.
During my Official visit to chandigarh city . i came across Gourmet Food Bowl and from the varities of Biryani they offer, i tried Chicken biryani trust me people it was the best Biryani i ever had in my life.

Being a Chef and all time Biryani Lover, it's not easy to get the authentic flavors from any Biryani and in Chandigarh, it's really tough to find a Biryani with those flavors which only Slow Dum method can give. But only Dum won't work if you don't use the right amount of spices according to which Biryani you're making.
And these guys actually knows, how to play with right on right time of cooking and spices. Gourmet Food Bowl have perfect range of Biryanis. I must recommend their "Daawat-E-Khas" Biryanis and trust me, you won't regret. Chettinad Chicken Biryani is a must to try as well Kachche Gosht ki Biryani. Don't forget to order their Firni as this is one of the best firni i ever had, loaded with lots of nuts.
They have just launched their extended menu with starters and main course which I've not tried yet but i'm sure that they will maintain the quality and flavors in those dishes also. I'll try that menu soon too for sure.
This is a great and best place to order food and if you want to have the best briyani . order it know from here . you can add this place in your "must try foods "

Savouring the delicious blend of flavors in, CHETTINAD CHICKEN BIRYANI it was nothing but the true feeling of contentment by @gourmetfoodbowl . It was a tour full of spiciness embedded by affluence of coconut milk, along with spin of aromatic spices like Curry Leaves, cardamom seeds and what not. And to top it all it had CURD, and, MIRCHI KA SALAN. .

Also to mention PHIRNI was astoundingly appetizing with the distinct effect of sweetness to it. And it was luscious and perfect way to end the flavorsome biryani

Appreciating gourmet food bowl for delivering this delicious surprise, the 'chettinad chicken biryani' straight from their kitchen. The experience was just amazing, so delighted by this beautiful present.
The biryani was amazingly flavourful, loaded with dry fruits and fully cooked chicken, and all the indian spices and condiments for flavour. The chicken was soft, juicy and full spiced. It was really royal to taste, one could experience the flavours in every bite.
It was served with spicy salan and curd as the sides. Accompanied with that there was phirni, that too was incredible in texture and taste. It was sweet and the flavour of elaichi was prominent, raisins and almonds were also in it which made it even more tasty. .
@gourmetfoodbowl has a wide range of biryanis in the tricity. My experience was incredible with them. The quantity served and the quality presented is totally worth everything. To experience the royal indian taste and the savoury variety one must try this place.

Had Chettinad chicken Biryani with curd, mirchi ka salan. Also, had phirni from this delivery only food joint. They have a wide range of biryanis to offer along with accompaniments. Other than that they also offer starters(veg./non veg.), Main course dishes, roti, wraps, combos as well. The pricing may be on a higher side but the quality they provide is worth it. I totally loved the biryani as it was full of flavours, aroma with presentation on point. Also, the phirni was thick, creamy with nuts and kesar.

Chettinad chicken biryani, which was flavorful,had very nice flavor of black pepper, chicken wasproperly cooked, was tender.
All the masalaswere balanced. And also, they use whole spicesand some dry fruits as well in the biryani

Which was creamysmooth had dry fruits in it, but i think if themeetha was little bit less then it would havebeen a 5/5 phirni.
This is a special outlet that specializes in just Biryani. The food here is delivered through different delivery outlets and is prepared by a very renowned chef. I tried their biryani and phirni. The biryani as accompanied with Raita which instantly made me give it bonus points. This is because I can’t have Biryani without raita, yes Salan is good but nothing beats Biryani with raita.
I loved the Biryani flavor. The rice was well cooked and the flavors of authentic biryani were intact. I loved the preparation as well as the presentation. The phirni was extremely delicious as well. I loved the whole experience and am looking forward to have the same again.
I had ordered one special veg biryani and it was delivered within reasonable time.
The biryani and Raita was packed in seprate plastic boxes properly and phirni(Free with biryani). The biryani was delivered hot and Raita, phirni cold. The package contains two plastic forks and napkins.
The biryani was appealing to the eyes. The biryani contains big pieces of paneer, and peas, chopped onions and garnished with coriander. The biryani was appetizing, delicious and pleasant to eat. Phirni was also tasty & Raita was normal.

Very delicious food..1 star can be deducted for the sitting place..not at all for the family I would say.. but it is one of the best restaurants that serve best biryani in Chandigarh food quantity is very good and also the packing
