Visited on a recommendation from a friend and totally loved the experience. The place serves an eclectic collection of desserts including Carrot Cakes, Tiramisu, Ganache Cakes and more along with a good number of boulangerie products.
My personal favourite was their Carrot Cake which came with just the right amount of frosting and cinnamon in the midst. Tiramisu was great too but came a little bit expensive. Would love to try more of their selection soon

Undeniably the best tiramisu I have ever had. Whoever made it really knows what they're doing.
This is a quit place with nice lighting.Green Matcha with Almond milk taken which was good and the way of preparing was nice. Must visit. Peaceful. Vegetarian options should be more. Overall,individuals will like it with their family members.

Valrhona Chocolate Raspberries Sticky Cake @kanelscandinavianbakery
If you could gauge by the pic of how goeey, sticky and rich this cake is, you'd probably rush to Kanel right away; and you must because it gets sold out by early evening every single day!!
The rich, creamy & goeey cake engulfs your tongue in a chocolatey embrace just refusing to let go; and if you're a Chocolate junkie, this is a sure Foodgasm!
And just before the chocolate taste gets overwhelming on your palate, the Tart Raspberries add a fair bit of acidity pushing you for another bite of this incredibly delicious cake!
By the time you figure out how the flavors work; the addiction sets in making it nearly impossible to stop taking spoonfuls one after the other!
It was only a nudge from my friend mentioning the weight gain that I stopped, BUT not before polishing off a second slice during this Chocolate induced trance eating!!
As for the addiction, I did drive back to Kanel twice; even though it meant a long detour BUT couldn't get my hands on this again! You'd be lucky to find this after 5 PM.
Then why wait? Dessert for Breakfast?
The products from this place are of European standards. 10 out of 10. Nice to see the Chandigarh bakery businesses evolving, it was long overdue - if we compare it to other Indian cities. Lets hope this place stays true to its form and isn't serving butter chicken Crossaints 6 months down the line.
A little pricey, BUT TOTALLY WORTH IT! TRY THE TIRAMISU IT WAS LIKE TAKING A BITE OF A CLOUD!!
This place was recommended by two of my pals. Needless to say, I had a fabulous experience.
Recently tried out their lovely, moist Carrot cake slice. It was super yumm. I even got myself one slice for takeaway. The soft, moderately sweet carrot cake was very well complimented with a cream cheese and lemon icing.
The owners are very humble and are aware of what they are offering to their customers.
I shall definitely visit them over soon for their Tiramisu.
Such a cute little perfect Scandinavian bakery. Loved the authentic kanelbullars (in Swedish) or cinnamon buns. It’s a must try for all Indians, they are so famous in Sweden. The vibe is also very Scandinavian/Swedish with the candle decor at the entrance. Must try place for ‘fika’ lovers (if you know, you know)
