A sudden plan to eat lunch buffet here didn't disappoint us. Friendly and courteous staff. Very gud spread of food varieties with almost no major complaints on taste. Had a sumptuous lunch buffet and strongly recommend for others too. Best part was everything was tricoloured today and kudos to the team for that effort!
Symphony, Ramada Chennai Egmore aims to be the kind of place that feels like stepping into a friends 'home. You'd be hard-pressed to find better service than what you'd get here, and that goes for the quality of your food too. Necessary Provisions is everything you'd want from a fine dining. Surreal lighting, dark walls, streaming sunlight, plants, gorgeous bakes, killer Kaapi, and juices on tap. It’s worth the visit. You should just try everything on buffet, and don't miss out on their Paper Dosa.
You should not miss the authentic Medu Vada – think crispy, fluffy vada topped with grated coconut sprinkles. Start with their for crispy yet fluffy, savoury lentil "donuts" served with side of chutneys. Soft and spongy, salty and sweet, this fluffy Idly is loaded with just the right amount of freshness, accompanied with hot Sambar, Coconut Chutney, Onion Tomato Chutney, Groundnuts Chutney gives you four different taste once you dip on each.
I will advice to go for the Idiyyappam, with fresh curd and sugar in place of curries. Idiyyappam will taste something completely different you have even imagined. The sweetness of the sugar is balanced out nicely by the zippiness of the yoghurt, making for an incredibly satisfying dish.
Don't leave without trying the traditional Paper Dosa, deliciously spiced mashed potato is encased within a paper thin, crispy rolled shell made extra fragrant by ghee, and served with turmeric-based sambar, onion tomato chutney, groundnuts chutney and coconut coriander chutney.
Another crowd favourite is the fragrant and spicy Chole Bhature — think white chickpeas douses within tangy north Indian curry which pairs amazingly well with soft Bhature.
Excellent food. More varieties. Rich ambience. Humble staffs. Happy dining at a reasonable price.
Must visit restaurant in town for food lovers.
The restaurant primarily offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner for the resident guests. The breakfast spread was good but not great given the price per person. Lunch buffet was relatively better with a good mix of different cuisines.
Vegetarian main course options specifically the Pista Pulao, Lentils and Paneer were very tasty. The fruit spread was wonderful too.
The North Indian non-vegetarian starter dishes need improvement. Another restaurant in the same hotel (Boardwalk) offers much better North Indian starters but they degrade the same in Symphony buffet.
When it comes to staff and service, it’s 10 on 10. They take care of your needs well and are very prompt and responsive all the time.
Nice buffet restaurant..it's a plan to go with family. Basically we enjoyed the staff service and ambiance of the restaurant. More choice in the counter...rates are affordable .

Service staff was excellent , friendly..
Like a visit for a lunch with my friends and family members....
Buffet spread so lovely for the lunch along with a live kitchen. It's a large buffet of veg on one side and non veg on other side, variety of salads, dessert selection etc.
Quality and taste of the food we enjoyed.
Service from the staff are excellent
We planned and went for dinner buffet here with my family. We are much happy with the staff service quality and their friendliness. Dinner was busy and we stood for a while and one a manager Raj...assisted us.
He briefed about the buffet food of veg and non veg with too many choice . I had a veg salad along with briyani was nice. Later had two naan with mutton gravy, end up with dessert.
Taste and quality of the food was excellent.

Very nice buffet lunch! They had plenty of items, right from Vegetarian food to non-veg items to intercontinental food to desserts and to Chinese varieties. Food was good.
Staff were humble, friendly and helpful. Their service was good.
They also arranged/provide food that was not part of the buffet (we asked for garlic/butter naan).
Probably, if you dine around buffet closing timing, chances are they may help pack special items that they served at your table.
Chicken and crispy fish fry that they served was tasty. The squid fry was soft and taste better.
Starter & soup was good, it had egg in it. They had three soft drinks.
Salads and the arrangements/deco was good.
Good for a larger gathering or parties. Small/set tables suitable for couple, family or friendly dining experience. Nice ambience and dining setup.
We had a large family get together here and the food was excellent. The selection of food was huge for the price, and yet all the dishes were amazing. Special highlights were the Mutton Dum biryani, Vanjaram fry, prawn curry. Vegetarian selection is also equally excellent with very high quality rasam. Kudos to the chef for maintaining high quality throughout the menu. However the service can be marginally improved as sometimes refills take longer to come in, but nothing really bad that takes away from the excellent experience overall.
Went there with family for lunch. The ambience was okay-ish but absolutely loved the food. The taste and choice of foods across the buffet was great. The polite staff there made our day more enjoyable. There was an infant too with us who also had a good time. The air conditioning could have been better and options for Non-Veg food should be increased. There were plenty of options for vegetarian food but only a handful of options for non vegetarian.
Went here for a team lunch after seeing the reviews - The ambiance was average but there food was tasty and worth every penny you pay !!!
The chef special mutton tandoori was too good we loved it

Much Appreciations to Aladdins Briyani - Ramada by Wyndham!
Had buffet here, amazing and huge spread, really value for money, they have everything starting from welcome drinks to starter, live counter, ice cream bar awesome.
Food was really delicious.
Took the nearbuy offer - set menu. Good food, decent ambience. A little slow on the delivery and waiters get a little confused and forget things. Otherwise, a pretty good deal.
Worth for the amount you pay for buffet, new experience good place for family lunch and dinner only if u can afford 1500 per head
Good experience for food and service provided by Khushi.
Food quality was good along with the quantity.
