After spending the evening at Besant Nagar, was really looking forward to have some good meal. Stopped at at Haven Sampoorna. It was definitely one of the best vegetarian food that i have ever had in my life. Not just the food the ambiance was also great. Everyone must definitely try it.
Perfect place for a family get together. Italian menu for the kids and Indian variety for the parents. Booking a table beforehand is highly recommended. Overall experience is good. It is must place to try if you are a veggie.
They serve the food with polite and good manner. We went to this restaurant with family. From starter to main dish everything is good. Worth for money. Good food, well maintained restaurant, great parking facilities. It is must visit restaurant.
Iam a regular customer of haven sampoorna. Good food and good ambiance. A must eat place for vegetarians. cantonese fried Babycorn is my favorite dish.
I ordered Spicy Mexican pasta . It's their signature dish. I absolutely loved it. It's one of the best kinds of pasta I have had. It had a layer of cheese and jalapenos which added to the taste even more. If you are in search of good pasta this is the one.
I ordered this from Uber eats. The falafel was so bad, pita was right though but so cold! The salad was dry, dips were average. I did not like it.
Good place for a classy food faster customer service than most other restaurants of this type recommend for all age groups and the cuisine is very delicious and flavorful

Been there twice now. My overall impression: Very Good. The decor is minimal but apt. The train that runs once in a while (it was not running during my second visit. I was told there is an issue with the track) next everyone nostalgic and excited in the restaurant.
One word of caution: if you go here, be prepared to wait. On both occasions we had to wait endlessly for our order. At the thought of complaining, I realised they had this spelt out in the menu - minimum preparation time of 20 to 40 minutes. So this is a place you will not visit in hurry unless you are there for lunch when I guess there is set Menu option.
The food quality is very good and presentation is top notch. Mexican bakes and Pastas are amazing. So are their soups and starters, well for the most part.
During the second visit we ordered and Paneer Tikka and the Paneer was not fresh. The garlic bread that accompanied the pasta was also not great. However, when I pointed this out to Mr Sanju he got me oven fresh and hot garlic bread which was out of the world. So a big thank you for Mr Sanju and his customer service.
The other thing I want to mention is even the mocktail take a long time in the making and is served only after repeated asks.
Overall I would whole heartedly recommend this place. Especially for the sheer options in vegetarian which can satisfy different palates.
It was saturday and raining. We happen to visit bessy beach and spotted this restaurant on 2nd avenue. As we are all hungry we decided to dine here. There was quiet a wait and we were told it will take 25 min. As it was raining we decided to wait. After a while we were ushered in. The ambiance was great and especially the music was awesome. All of felt we have come to the right place. The guys serving us were very friendly and helped us with the menu. we had soup and starter. As it was great a few decided to eat north Indian and the rest continental. Must say every dish was spot on and we really enjoyed the visit . It a good vegetarian hangout place with good varieties. Best part is its also very affordable .........
I had to dine in as it was a special day. My dads birthday. I asked for suggestions from my friends and this place stood out. Actually I wanted to go to 5 star hotel , but proximity and recommendations made me choose this place. I called and reserved a table for us. We went in by 8 pm and we were greeted well as we entered and the music was great. We ordered everything from mocktails , starter , mains and dessert. Everything was spot on. I was happy that we chose this place. The staff surprised us by sponsoring a cake and they played happy birthday song over the system. My dad was very happy and me too. I am planing to take my friends another day. Thank you Haven. Cheers

Update: As a good practice, I do wait for a day to see how the body accepts the food and provide an updated comment.
By far this has been one among the few places where my super sensitive stomach did not over react.

Fantastic food and service. We went here for my wife’s birthday lunch and she was very much impressed with the taste, ambience and the service.
Small restaurant with delicious veg food. Their interior setup needs to be improved as you can see few focus lights directly hitting your eyes. Parking is a challenge during weekends. We tried Lasagna and Alfredo pasta.

Fantastic food, great service and ambience. Love the view. So happy to see good Vegetarian restaurants in Besant nagar. Went there twice the last time I visited Chennai from the US! Loved it both the times. Food is top notch. Prices are up there too but I think it’s totally worth it. Went there the 1st time w family and the next time w my friend. We pretty much ordered everything from the menu. We are huge foodies and loved everyone ate. The kids loved it too. The portions are sumptuous. They have an amazing starter selection, the Indo-Chinese, the North Indian food and the deserts are amazing. The drinks too are great. Loved the Non-alcoholic beverage selections all the mock tails are great. The kids went bonkers over the dessert fondue. It was huge! Loved it. Would Highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go there the next time we visit Chennai. It’s a jewel in Besant nagar for sure. It’s 5* place for sure.
They accept all forms of payment. They don’t have a designated parking so you will have to find parking on the street. It’s located up the stairs in the corner complex. Lift is available but we took the stairs. The decor is beautiful. The staff are super sweet including the door’s man.
The food, service and ambience was simply amazing. One of the best places for Veg only option.

One of the best veg restaurant I have ever visited. All the items we tried taste so good. Must appreciate the staff behaviour. They were well trained. This restaurant is bit costly but still worth for it.
The food quality and services were top notch. Starters and main course were absolutely delicious. But, Ghewar (dessert)was not upto our expectations it was too watery and a bit hard.

Great place to have vegetarian food. We ordered malai broccoli, soy mushroom , paneer tikka angara and bread basket. All were delicious 😋
I booked Private dining for a birthday celebration. It costed me 3k but it was worth every rupee.
1. Full privacy, service was very good, not much interruption but did not feel like left out.
