All about variety. If you're stuck with a bunch of non compromising/indecisive folks, soul garden is your life saviour. Their extensive multi-cusined menu is designed to satisfy every member of your family.
The food is top notch and you just cannot go wrong with anything you order; the quality too is absolutely not compromised inspite of the wide ranging options, so go ahead and indulge.
The 196 degrees below provides you with a boundless dessert menu as well, and everything from the menu is lipsmacking. Dont miss out on the freak shakes!
Presentation is super appealing too.
They have both an indoor and an outdoor sitting, however the indoors is a really tiny place so I'd recommend making a reservation of sorts before going. The ambience is quite cool.
I'd say they charge a modest sum, but the quantity however could be increased a tad bit.
Theyve a separate outdoors for gatherings too, so this could be a good option if you're looking for one.
Italiano Sizzler : White,Red and pink pasta served with potato wedges and bread pieces and healthy vegetables. It was really really good and the pasta was pretty much tangy as well as tasty 🤩.
INR : 399
Paneer tikka : Served with tandoori salad and mint chutney. It was good but not upto the expected level .
INR : 399
Mexican cheesy fries : Crispy fries topped with mexican cheese sauce gratinated with more cheese🤤. It was damn good and a must try one ❤️😍 .
INR : 179
Tried the manchow soup to start of which had the perfect balance of spice and flavour soaked well in noodles. Next was the ultra low carb pizza milano, truly sumptuous having the right amount of tanginess. Felt really light which is not the case generally with Pizzas. Loved the ambience and seating which felt a lot trendy and modern. Overall had an amazing experience. Kudos to the Soul Garden team for creating such good eatery experience.
The place is well done and food we got was tasty, especially the Mexican buns with coffee. I wish their service was faster and they had all items on their menu available
Recently renovated place with lively ambience. Great choice of Indian, Med & Conti cuisine with healthy twists. Loved the sourdough pizza, salad bowls & their irresistible Indian platter! Tropical Mojito & Gelato in the dessert were also simply awesome & the overall experience was absolutely gratifying
Fantastic overall experience
Nice decorated, the place is not that much big but ambiance is really good , nice and testy food , nice chat verity ,papri chat, hummus & pita, nice service
It was a small, cozy place for a lazy sunday afternoon. The zucchini chips were fried well. The kids' Mac and cheese platter was yummy. The pizza was a thin crust one, and tastes good. The fries were the usual one you get anywhere. Overall, a good experience.
Excellent place, people and food!
Hey guys.... So yesterday we had been to Soul garden bistro at alwarpet. I must say... It's a really great place specially for those who like to explore different cusienes... They have Italian, Mediterranean,Chat, sandwich, pizza burger... I'm sure you will notice when you see their menu. I really loved the place specially the cushioned seats were really good. We started with the Cream of broccoli soup and Ratatouille... Really enjoyed both. And the. We ordered a cold mazze platter and a Mexican sizzler... The Mexican sizzler was a new experience.... You put all the topings and spread it on the tortilla and you add the Mexican rice and roll it up and eat it ! It was amazing.... I really loved it :)
So this place is super good for food and it is very pocket friendly as well :)
They had this cute and different way of giving the bill which I liked as well.
Thank you Soul garden bistro for an amazing evening and thank you Zomato... Will definitelv visit again :)
The place the music the atmosphere all were perfect the food is awesome there are various options
The food here was soulful. We have visited this place few times. We had ordered their thin crust pizza and they were delectable. The salad were as pure as the soul and were crunchy.
My go to comfort restaurant. I’ve been here countless times and the food is always top notch. They have a vast cuisine spanning dishes from burrito wraps to parathas to pastas. They also have a very decadent dessert menu.
The service is quick, and I’ve always have a good time and good food!
My personal favourites are the crispy lotus stem, pink sauce pasta and the burrito wrap! From the dessert menu the waffle and ice cream combo is a must try!
Overall 6/5 stars from me XD
Quiet ambience, good service and great food!!
It's a good pet friendly Bistro, with good quality vegetarian dishes. The menu has changed a bit, but is still quite good. The staff are quite enthusiastic and warm, and prices are on the higher side. The place is now starting to show it's age, with slightly worn furniture and minor degradation of the interior. Still a worthwhile place to visit overall
We ordered:
1 Mediterranean salad
1 Falafel with hummus
1 Pink sauce vodka pasta
1 Mix veg sabzi
2 butter roti
1 pudhina roti
All the food items were served with ample quantity and was worth the price. Definitely will visit again.
This place’s ambience is simple, neat and calm. They really have a wide range of menu right from continental to North Indian.
Service was good and friendly.

During my recent visit to Lyfe by Soul Garden Bistro in Alwarpet, I was disappointed to find that the establishment did not have many of the items I had hoped to try from their menu. This left me with a mixed impression of the overall dining experience.
To begin with, the ambience of the restaurant was pleasant and the decor was modern, creating a comfortable atmosphere for patrons. The staff members were polite however they could be more attentive.
The major letdown came when we went through the menu and found that several of the dishes we were excited to try were unavailable. It was quite disheartening. While it is understandable that restaurants may occasionally run out of certain ingredients, the absence of multiple menu items gave the impression of poor planning or management.
Despite the limited selection, we decided to make the best of the situation and ordered some of the available dishes viz. Churros With Chocolate Sauce, Soul Garden Multigrain Burger, Tomato and Basil Foccacia Sandwich, Lavash with hummus and Passion Fruit Mojito. Though we did think of ordering plain fries, once the churros was served we felt it would be an overkill and decided to cancel the fries and the same was communicated with the staff. However, eventually the fries were served as well.
The food that we did receive was pretty good in terms of taste and presentation. The sandwich and the burger were served with a small portion of salad and potato wedges. The wedges were very fresh and crisp and went well with the Thousand Island dip. The flavors were enjoyable, and the dishes were skillfully prepared.
The pricing at Lyfe by Soul Garden Bistro was reasonable for the quality of food provided. The menu, though limited during my visit, offered a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, catering to different dietary preferences.
In conclusion, while Lyfe by Soul Garden Bistro in Alwarpet was wonderful except the lack of availability of numerous items from the menu. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, and the restaurant will take steps to improve their inventory management and ensure a more consistent dining experience for their patrons.
Best restaurant in Alwarpet. Very peaceful. Food is great. Nice ambience.
Very interesting place with different menu, especially fully vegetarian.
Personally you have to visit this place like 3 or 4 times to try everything on their menu.
The sizzlers here are very good and would recommend.
Lotus root also was quite good. Everything else was definitely good and worth a try.
The tandoori paneer platter is something I would recommend as well.
Also they have a cafe, pastry shop just opposite to the restaurant. You can order from there as well. The Choco bun from there is my favorite. It was hot, soft and white tasty.
Definitely one of the interesting and must try vegetarian places in Chennai
Lovely place. Absolutely amazing food and the service is just as great . The staff are really friendly and hospitable. Their pizzas and burgers are a must try. Drinks and deserts are also great.
