Taste: 5/5
Ambiance: 5/5

Overall: 4.5/5
I went to this restaurant with my friends on the weekend evening. The ambiance was quiet and very good. I really like it. We started with drink named old Madras (not sure). It is premixed one. It is very smooth, never tasted very good mixing anywhere.
One more thing I liked in this restaurant is they will drive you home if you request.
we had a chicken soup. which was very tasty.
For starter chicken tikka was good, fish fry was average.
For the main course, we have ordered butter naan. Beef fry and Kadai chicken was delicious.
Finally tried mint lime sweet soda.
Totally we will visit again.
Overall I really enjoyed the experience, I might give 5 stars if the price is a little lower.
Decided on this place to catch-up with friends on a weekday evening mainly because it was pretty close to all our workplaces.
The rooftop ambience is beautiful. The service is amazing!
We skipped the soup and ordered for mushroom cheese kebabs. I don't particularly like mushrooms or kebabs but I did like the starter.
For the main course we did butter naan & rumali roti with paneer butter masala. Everything tastes good. So I would call it value for money despite prices being on the higher side.
However, the rumali rotis are huge and I would suggest you go with lower numbers to start with.
We were very full as we had ordered a little more than necessary. So we skipped dessert.
For vegetarians, the options are very limited. But the staples taste good and yes you have a rooftop place in the centre of the city. So, why not just check it out? :)
Tandoori chicken , chicken tikka and the butter chicken are not to be missed ! Been here on many occasions and they have managed to maintain the food and service standards . Love the location as well !
Great little place on the 5th floor of hotel ranjit , the terrace kebab place called the pinnacle. Lively place with open on the sides and serves some mind blowing kebabs that go well with drinks.
We ordered the :
Chicken platter which comes with three different preparation of tandoori style chicken which was very good and yumm. Also come with peanut based sauce and mint chutney.
Gobi 65: Gobi fried in spicy south indian sauce with curry leaves and garlic bit and crunch on the side. It was super yumm.
Mushroom masala : we ordered mushroom for the main and the gravy was semi spicy and super good . The mushroom was well cooked and its a must order. And it goes well with rumali roti.
Am one of the regulars over here.Anything In Malabar Style is my all time favourite and the cheese mushroom kebabs. The Taste and quality of the food has never been compromised since the very beginning.
Amazing place to chill with friends in the hustle bustle of chennai. good ambience, good food decently priced and friendly staff and especially Mr.Balan the captain who was really helpful and meeting all our needs.. will definitely come back soon...
The highlight of the place is the waitstaff, open air seating and sumptuous food. Once you've been to the restaurant a couple of times, one can feel that the restaurant over years has been built on strong ethics and sound knowledge. They belt out Frank Sinatra in the restaurant. Their staff are experienced and are even smiling and they know their job. The food is very good. But slightly on the expensive side. But it's all okay considering the experience they provide. Just to clarify, this isnt the hip and happening roof top restaurant that one would imagine. It's more laid back. So if you're wanting to grab some drinks with some good food and unwind with family or friends, look nowhere else.
One of the very few places serving proteins in liquid form 😀 thanks to the Supreme Court ruling
The place was crowded but the food was good specially the tandoori aloo and paneer kebab as starters
The weather was muggy which couldn't be helped but the ice cold beer was what the doctor ordered if you didn't have a cold or even if you had one 😀
The service was efficient, portion sizes reasonable and food hot
The size of their rotis and nans are at least 50% more than the usual in case you didn't know
Our quartet of hungry men after ice cold beers and dark rum polished off the roti and garlic nan accompanied by aloo mutter masala (Potato and Peas) and mixed vegetable curry in 5 minutes flat
The restaurant pales in comparison to the Crystal Bar for that X factor ergo 3.5

Chicken varuval (3/5)
Description :
Nilgiri trail cocktail pitcher (4.5/5)
4 large vodka shots mixed with cucumber, ginger, honey, mint n lemon.
Served chilled in a 1 litre vodka bottle.
Came up to 5 full glasses.. sufficient for 2 of us.. priced at 1250 per pitcher it was so VFM n pure bliss
Chicken varuval (3/5)
Cost around 390/plate.. decent taste .. regular quantity.. felt little over priced..at least they can improve the quantity..
Service by Mr.Rajini was great
Ambience was brilliant being an open air roof top bar, even for a summer evening, it was very breezy.. felt amazing..
VFM +++ ( for drink)
+ ( For food)
Family friendly +++ ( best place to have a drink and some good food with family )
Ambience +++
Service ++++
Verdict : if quantity is improved surely the best of its kind in Chennai.. still worth it..

One of the good place for Late night hang out with friends, Roof top restobar.
Spending money for the menu are worth
Enjoy with new atmosphere with friends
This is a roof top place located in hotel Ranjith. A good place to hangout with friends for a couple of drinks. The place serves delicious tandoor items. The chicken tikka here is my favourite . Staffs are friendly and service is good.
Might get a little hot during summers, it’s obvious being a roof top

Excellent rooftop dining. Love the ambiance and the service is excellent. The people are very friendly and helpful. The food is very good especially the beef items and the tandoori. Tangri kabab is the best
Great service, relaxed staff, nice cold beers, decent food, reasonably priced. The Pinnacle Rooftop Bar and Restaurannt is pretty much the only thing that can seperate Chennai's repressed and otherwise dead social life from that of North Korea's.
Pretty good North Indian food. Roof top terrace is nice
Everything is good. Be sure to order the Malabar chicken. 1 star less because they don't serve bar snacks.
The place was good. Nice ambience and service.
The cocktails weren't potent enough.
