Have to wait lil long preparing time was late then usual rest everything was fine staff was polite hope next time I don't have to face same problem as they promised.
One of the best outlets from the franchise. We have had many, many visits to this place and their quality and taste has been consistent. I feel they could do a bit more to offer better priced combos. I do receive offers now and then but still...Anyway, tasty chicken, zingers, buckets, wings et al. Family like the place and that's that.
Kfc s my fav..when compared to cfc; hfc; marrybrown nd mc Donalds...my fav food in kfc is burger😋..I love it🤩🤩good maintenance and ambiance😊whenever I go mall I'll choose kfc only when compare to the other shops
Used to be a KFC fan up until all those negative reviews started piling up.... however, I have nothing against this outlet in Ampa Skywalk Mall. One of the few restaurants within the mall that haven't been closed down due to lack of business.

Ordered Triple treat. Since it was late night.. I was given crispy chicken instead of grilled chicken.
Nothing to tell about the taste. Just amazing.

Great strips. great delivery. I'd recommend people to greet some greens before you take a dig at these tender fried chicken. Very nap dap and mo' co'. Cheers to everyone!
The area is very large as well as spacious. The decoration of the walls and tables are very attractive. The food is good anyways. Nice place to chill and gossips as it is spacious.
Favourite outlet of ours. Never disappoints in both quality and appeal. Nice ambience and good seating. Easy to order both at the place as well as for take-away's.
My order was incomplete.. Gave a single meal instead of two while deducting money for two.. While later zomato ppl credited the amount instead..
A real good experience with regards to ambiance, safety and cleanliness. I was checked with my temperature & also given hand sanitiser.
I ordered 5-in-1 Classic Zinger Box & 5-in-1 Rice bowl.
These were too good for two people to have it as a sumptuous meal. Total cost was ₹428.
We were treated really well. There were safety markers in between the tables.
Food was served hot and when it comes to taste, nothing could beat KFC. You can go fir shopping or movie as this is in Skywalk mall.
If you’re a burger lover, you shouldn’t miss it.
- Ambience is awesome to dine with friends, family and partner. Nice decorations and well Maintained. Probably one of the best ever kfc outlets in chennai.
- Only thing, just the staffs should give more privacy to customers, becoz sometimes they just ask the service review and rating in between while eating. Atleast they should be asking for it at the end of the meal. Anyhow that's not a big deal friendly service though.
- Besides Ambience and Service, KFC never failed to make great chicken varieties, just seems the food quantity becomes less than before. Taste wise #Sogood !

Good service. Staff was patient to explain and I suggest. The music, quality and cleanliness also good. Ambience was nice. A good place to hangout with friends for a chat.
Good food, nice ambience and decor it's a very nice place to grab a bite and to hangout with friends or even throw a party.
A heaven for chicken lovers.. yummy food.. it has a great ambience. U can take a lot of photos there now since they have improved their ambience. Need more people who can take orders. Only one counter takes orders.
Overall a great experience for short lunch or snacking.

Yaa its good to have a cup of coke along with some chikken wings when watching CSK match in big screen tv near by..
Waiting time is high for people who has ordered for takeaway.. Restaurant is not crowed but still delayed.
Although the taste and ambience is good. The bill was not generated but the items in the bill were given for dining. Don't know if it's a one time occurence or multiple time occurence. Apart from that everything else is fine.
