This cute little place in the middle of chetpet was recommended by a friend of mine and it was a perfect setting for a mid week get together with friends.
Being one of the very few Asian places in the area, the feel was very Tibetian with paintings of The Buddha brandishing almost all the walls. The ambience was soothing, but the music should have suited the ambience more. I would not recommend late 2000s hindi music for a place like this.
Started off with the starters and the paneer Afghani was to die for. The water chestnut steamed momos was brilliant.
Tried a couple more starters which were okayish and the main course Cantonese noodles with Hong Kong sauce was spicy and extremely filling
A fine place with good food and good ambience.
I went to this restaurant with the @eazydiner offer of 50% on food. The interior is great and the service also is really good. Ordered mushroom soup and it was good although i don't like mushroom. In starters had something called dragon Manchurian and it was tasty. In main course, got fried rice and it was very bland and had to change the dish. Special mention to the welcome drink.

asia aroma is a chinese and thai restaurant located next to grand sweets restaurant on spurtank road in chetpet. the ambience was good and decent with black and white interiors and some wall paintings and a tv to watch. the thai style of preparation was felt and seen in every dish that was delivered on the table. we ordered the following drinks. pink lemonade, lemon grass ice tea and kong mojito. all the drinks were refreshing and tasted good. for starters we ordered afgani paneer tikka, chilly milly kabab, pok bung tod which is deep fried green spinach tossed with garlic and pepper sauce, khana tod nombay which is deep fried broccoli in apricot sauce, crispy chilly pepper corn, water chestnut momo panfried. all the starters tasted good except the kebab which was a bit salty. the paneer was so soft and well marinated with spices. for soups we ordered hunai and spicy iceberg lettuce soup. they tasted truly thai in taste with adequate amount of asian spices. for mains we ordered tofu baos, paneer rogan josh, masala kulcha and sizzling rice. the highlight of the lunch were thr desserts fried ice cream, banana patties with icecream, dates pancake with vanilla icecream. all werr too good and very rich in taste. on the whole a nice afternoon spent with friends over a lunch session. definitely recommend to friends and family if u like asian food

I liked all the dish that was served .. Special mention to the Khama Tod Nombay ( Deep fried broccoli with apricot sauce), Pak Bang Tod (Deep fried Palak with garlic sauce), Afghani paneer tikka 😍.. They serve Bau’s as well .. The stuffed kulcha had its own taste 😍❤️ Almost all the dishes had the Asian spices ..

• Kong Mojito: A mixed Harb loaded with ginger...
Starter:
• Tofu Bao's: fresh and soft tofu in a sweet and salty bun topped with mayonnaise.. wonderful to taste and very light to have.
• Chilli Milli Kebabs: Northern style veg kebabs smashed potatoes with veggies and some indian spices.. crispy out side soft inside...
• Pak Bung Tod: Deep fried spinach tossed with finely chopped Garlic and Onion... Totally crispy to have...(little bit oily though) but taste the best.. it comes under my must try food.
• Khana Tod Nombay: Broccoli tossed in apricot sauce a bit sweet and spicy combination.. it will be crunchy..
• Afghani Paneer Tikka: Cream stuffed restaurant made soft paneer tikka.. taste the best
• Water Chestnut Pan Fried Momos: Very soft and tasty moms
• Sizzling Rice: A full platter of streaming fried rice with season veggies and topped with peanut
• Stuffed Kulcha was nice and spicy and Paneer Rogan Josh was very creamy with a bit tomato sauce

Asia Aroma is a specialty restaurant serving Thai,Chinese and Indian dishes.It is situated in the main road of Chetpet and is done up in monochromatic shades of black and white with grey thrown in for good measure.
They do serve some interesting mocktails and I chose the Lemon grass Iced Tea which was packed with the natural flavour of lemon grass and was very refreshing,I tried the Spicy,Ice Berg lettuce soup which was loaded with crunchy veggies in a flavourful broth.
The concourse of starters followed which included Deep fried Spinach tossed in garlic pepper sauce, Broccoli florets in apricot sauce,a creamy Afghani Paneer Tikka which was literally melt in the mouth and Crispy Corn and Chilly Mili Kababs.All the starters were good especially the Thai ones and not to forget the Pan fried Water chestnut momos which were a hit.We also tried the Tofu stuffed Baos ,they were really good too.
The main course items we tried were Masala Kulcha, Paneer Rogan Josh and Sizzling Tofu Rice.Everything was good especially the Kulchas were soft and the filling delicious,
From their dessert menu,we tried the date pancake and banana pancake with ice cream and the piece de resistance- the deep fried ice cream.It is a one biter and the contrast of the cold ice cream and the warm exterior is a taste sensation.
The service is smooth and friendly and the varied menu has enough options to warrant a repeat visit.
This veg asian cuisine restaurant serves some excellent varieties of starters😍👌....but everything is oily🙄...and try their lemon drinks which was so good....for mains the bread varieties was good but the paneer masala was very creamy😶....the BAO was so good🤤....desserts were average🙄 but other than that the soups, starters, and drinks were the best👌👍

Their concept of keeping black as their base colour for their whole restaurant was super ... right from their tables to their cutlery everything was black ..
went on a day when few of their workers were leaving home for Diwali .. Manager was kind enough to get us to the table and take our orders .. As we had a small kid with us we asked them for a phulka which wasn’t in their menu but even then they prepared one for the kid ..
Coming to the food : our order was sweet corn soup and man chow soup .. both of them tasted very good (4/5)
Starters : masala Papad(3/5). honey sweet potato(4.5/5) vegetable balls manchurian(5/5). I loved
Their manchurian .. the Sause and the flavour were on point .. I recommend everyone to try it ..
Main course : lo mein noodles (4/5) : It tasted like the noodles were hand made. I love the flavour of it ..
Butter Roti and Dal fry :(5/5) I would say I tasted the best and the most thick and flavourful dhaba style daal fry in Chennai
Dum biriyani :(3.5/5) it tasted good but found a little bit oily ...

Good food, good service. Quantity was reasonable as well. Worth eating once, after that you can decide whether to revisit or not. They have decent ambience and parking facility is available as well.
Nice restaurant with a variety of Asian and Indian food. Flavors are excellent and the quality of food is high. Gets busy after 8. Attentive staff.
Food was excellent..Service,Ambience,food hits a five star..The momos were extremely soft ,served piping hot and taste gud..The cashew cauliflower starter was yummy..Paneer Tikka was out of the world.

After some research on vegitarian restaurant landed up at Asian Aroma for lunch didn't regret making this decision, wonderful and calm ambience. By the time we reached place was not crowded and we were asked to choose our own table. We choose a table with road view and got seated there. Food was very tasty served with the lightening speed service.
Food was really awesome. Unexpected after Flower Drum this is one who is gonna make people happy for Thai n Chinese Food, as well tandoori Lover's can enjoy Indian Breads with wow starter's.. Panner Tikka was yummy....
I usually find dining in restaurants a chore. My family prefers North Indian over other stuff, whereas I am open to experimentation. I wanted to give them a lil' break from the usual.
In Asian Aroma, I had gone through all their courses from soup, starters, north Indian, Chinese and desert. I felt so good after eating the food. It was the right portion sizes, their signature dish has got to be the water chestnut starter.
All in all it was a pleasant experience and the cost came to about 600 per head, which was quite reasonable.
The best food I had in recent times. We tried both Chinese and Tandoori and it was just awesome especially starters. I'll say this is the must try restaurant. Ambience was good, service was excellent, staff were very friendly. This restaurant deserves full points.

Asian aroma this place deserves its name title, this is a pure veg restaurants which serves pure Chinese and Indian food. Been started couple of days back this one grabbed my attention. I was bit hesitated to visit this place since it’s a veg place. After trying their food I was so damn happy, this veg place just satisfied my food carving with their delicious food.
Coming to the location this place is located in chetpet right next to icekraft, quite easy to find it with Google maps.
Ambiance of the place pretty neat, seating arrangements were too good and it was comfortable.

Finely minced veggies which perfectly cooked and server with hot pepper soup, it’s was so good.
water chestnuts dimsum:
Been the big fan of dimsum this gave me a pleasant feel, still it’s not the best one which I had till now. I personally felt outer layer was little thick, still with chestnuts it was good.
Boa’s :

one the best boa I ever had till now, it’s was so soft and juicy, they were too generous with the stuffing, I was able to sense the water-chest nut till the last bite. it was mild and sweet, they have sweetened the water-chest nut with honey. loved it
panner tikka:
Must try food here 😁, one of the best panner tikka I ever had, they have marinated it we’ll even they had a cashew nut stuff. wow it’s went so well. panner was so soft and fluffy loved it. Never miss it 😍
Main course:
Loosani Amristar panner tikka:
Again hats off to the chef for serving us the mouth watering panner, gravy was so rich and flavorful loved the way they presented it too. it went so well with butter roti and garlic nan.
Desserts:
Darsan with ice cream:
This one is corn based chips dulcified with honey and they serve it with vanilla ice-cream, I recommend you to wait for a while till the whole ice-cream melts and mix it with darsan. You will love it for sure
Fried ice cream:
Outer layer was perfectly cooked it was crispy, it’s was so perfect. Loved it
Overall I can rate them 4/5
I've been here for the first time with some colleagues and I really enjoy the food. Very kind staff and amazing food.
Food is really good. People there ask our requirements & suggest food. They have good knowledge about food too. Good ambience.
