Pretty fancy, has a sweet seating area. The drinks are eye appealing, slightly at the costly end and the alcohol isn't that hard but its great if you just want to go chill one afternoon and catch up with your friends. Peaceful, the food is great too! I loved the overall vibe and presentation. Ps. My friend and I spend half our time staring at other's drinks and ordering the same since it was so so good looking.

Kommune was our first option for the weekend outing. Seeing the variety of food menu, we went there. Unfortunately, because of the absence of the chef, we had either pasta or paneer biriyani to eat. Thus we changed the place.
Later, we came in for drinks. I loved the ambience. We chose the rooftop. Music was great. Good time to chill. Match screenings is a treat to watch!

Went for their newly introduced Sunday terrace brunch. They have a unlimited starters and alcohol package which is basically a sundowner 5pm to 10pm. Definitely worth the money paid, if you can drink that is!

KOMMUNE, simply amazing the way its been. Tranquil interiors, soothing atmosphere, tasty and yummy food. The hospitality is very good. My brother, who is a local, took us to this place. The DJ was on point for the music. Mr. Balaji and the servers were attentive. The food and drinks were amazing. If I was staying longer in Chennai, I would definitely go back.

Went on a Wednesday eve. Enjoyed live performance and they also screened match. Food was good. We didn't feel anything to be bad. Try minced chicken stuff, seemed to be different. Felt price to be slightly high.
It was Shridhar and Indu who made the evening more lively. We enjoyed the moment thoroughly. Place was not crowded and the staffs were welcoming.
Mock tails are good and other beverages were also satisfactory was the comment from my friend who travelled from Bangalore.

Perfect for groups. Has a rooftop space at 5th level. The staffs are extremely courteous. Live screening is available. Food served is exceptionally good. Their Buttermilk fried chicken and Honey Chilly Lotus stem is a must try.

Great place to chill out. The lower floor has sofa seating and the higher floor has straight back chairs. The happy hour offer of draft beer was worth it. The snacks were also good especially their kafir lime and lemongrass chicken, minced chicken stuffed onion rings, and the honey chilli lotus stem. The staff was courteous. Toilets were extremely clean.

Great food and good ambience! Definitely a must go place with friends. Me and my friends were there on the eve of ICC world cup and enjoyed the match with the delicious food and drinks. Very nice customer service. All the staff were very courteous and welcoming from the start till end. A must go place for foodies.
We booked it under Zomato carnival and paid only 50% off the bill. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed the drinks as well. This is the 2nd time I am coming to this place, the first time was when the place was newly opened and i loved the ambience and interiors back then it was really interesting to see how the place had changed

The place looks very clean and modern with a very edgy design! They believe in breaking barriers and bringing people closer! This is why you would find the seats to be so close to one another. Something quiet interesting about this arrangement would be how the cutlery is placed - right below your table, for easy access.
Coming to food, I loved the Avocado Fries the best! It is indeed a great twist to the classic recipe. It was served warm and felt very fresh and crisp. It tasted delicious with the Tartar Dip that came along! Obviously nothing can go wrong with avocados. Sadly, these fries leave behind a bad after taste! So sip on some beer and move on!
The Peppery Prawns also screamed some brilliant flavours in the mouth but the prawns seemed to be a bit overcooked! Perfect level of spices though!
The Kafir and Lemongrass Chicken Tikka was pretty flavoursome. I absolutely loved this one. Tasted delicious with the Mint Chutney! A classic combo and a personal favourite.
For the Main Course, we opted for Shrimp Khow Suey, a scrumptious Burmese delicacy. I was impressed by what came in. But, I like my noodles, curry and other condiments served separately! Nevertheless, the shrimp was well cooked and delicious. The lemongrass flavour was a bit overpowering though!
The Karambu drink was like a mix of emotions for my tastebuds. It was so soothing for the heat though. It is a blend of sugarcane juice, ginger, lime and coriander. Quite interesting actually! This was something very different and would be an acquired tasted for many!
For dessert, we chose Chocolate Decadence. This was mind-blowing. I was high on chocolate rather than alcohol! It was a super dense with a rich layer of mousse over a spongy cake base. I loved this one to bits. However, I felt the thickness of the cake layer could be increased to compliment the flavour of the mousse.
Overall, it was a great experience! Amazing service by Mohit and team.
