Had ordered idli dosa and vada , all the items were good and the quantity of chutney and sambar was very good. Taste of sambar was awesome.
Soft fluffy white idis but a tad raw ..maybe the dough was not fermented ....tasty varieties of chutneys and sambar .... whole some but for Rs 32 for a set quality needs to be good enough
i love rava dosa of Shri Balaajee Bhavan very much ,taste is very nice hugenic food .idli sabhar ,uttapam also you can try .Nice infrastucture
Yesterday for lunch I went here ordered a ghee roast plain dosa which was amazing I loved it & As went at lunch time ordered a Meals too that was also Amazing 😉 more than Adyaar Ananda Bhavan and Sarvana Bhavan I love Shri Balaajee Bhavan Best Place to Dine in .

One of the best south Indian restaurants in Chennai, who care about a2b, Sangeetha And all which are just big chains and I bet u won't have the greatest of taste like places like these.
Another big thing is, they have so many varieties, which they serve at all times too.

A good vegetarian restaurant. Almost foods are in good taste. I mostly order vegetarian foods here. One of my favourite vegetarian restaurant.
The paneer biryani is my all time favourite.. no matter where I go .. this place has the best planner biryani ..and I love the quantity they serve as well .. it almost enough for two !

I tried all their branches,but this branch comes in first place whenever I think.
I visit particularly for their dish”Guntur Podi Idly”.
After pandemic, they removed some dishes from their menu. It is one among that.
I love their morning breakfast, mainly their Pongal, idly,vada and coffee.
For this items you ll get 2 chutneys, vadakari, sambhar and podi alongside.
Still they serving dishes in banana leaf is appreciable.
They write and display in-front of the entrance to know ,variety of vegetables they included in meal menus.
So,we can easily find, what is today’s special vegetable.
In dinner part, naans and South Indian dishes are highly recommended.
As the end, I went for lunch and picked South Indian special thali and North Indian thali each.
Still they didn’t give up their taste and quality.
Service staffs are friendly and some of them are very interactive which is another best part.
Overall nice place to eat South Indian cuisine.😀✌🏻
We went to have breakfast at 11:00 am, still we had all tiffin items. The taste was great, the service was good and the rate was affordable...

Good food, with vegan menu. Valet parking is the only option for four wheelers. During the peak hours it's too busy with wait hours. Food rates are considerably cheaper. Door delivered quickly on request 👌, it's a special mention. Though it's a AC restaurant, the ambience is a bit congested and very compact. Takeaways are a big hit here.
Went with friends for dinner, went to the AC section, it was neat, clean and super spacious. Good selection of dishes in the menu, we all ordered kothu veechu Parotta. It was very heavy, unable to finish it. Food was served hot and the taste was good too. The only thing is the location of Handwash! Let say i go for Handwash, and a bunch of ppl entering the AC section, the door will be locked on your side, trapping you until they enter, it was super crowded a queue formed soon just for the Handwash cuz there was only one basin! Apart from that, easy to locate, in the main road. And a good vegetarian restaurant!
We went there for Sunday breakfast @ 8:00an, it was full. They give Vada Curry as one of the side dish for tiffin items as a compliment as many hotels sell it as a billable item. Many people come here especially for the same

A moderate vegetarian hotel. It commands a good number of customers all the week days. All varieties of breakfast is good to taste. They maintain the standard of food for all these years. Morning 7.30 a.m. is an appropriate time for breakfast. Four different chutney they serve. All the four are good. The speciality is chilly podi with gingily oil !
The A.C.hall service for lunch and dinner is always crowded.The quick service is commendable in common dining hall as well in AC Hall. But, the vehicle parking needs attention.
If you love to have amazing South Indian Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner around Chinthamani, Anna Nagar then this place is a must try.. Their food has been amazing and they've maintained the same Quality all these years.. The food was great, service was exemplary, ambience is Ok...they need to better the place, especially the washrooms.
Parking is a blessing most of the time, but don't worry, they also have a Valet service. 😊✌🏻

We prefer Direct dining for vegetarian meals. Because, You get authentic unlimited Tamil Nadu meals when you dine in they serve you food in Banana leaf which I prefer.
You also get North Indian, Chinese and Tandoori vegetarian items in this restaurant.
Best veg restaurant around the area,,frankly being non veg lover I hate to say this,,,their veg menu is fine with both quantity and quality
