We can get potato chips anywhere in Chennai. But this chips something different and more tasty. They have many varieties of potato chips. Salt, Chilli, mint, etc., Hot samosas are their speciality. U can get Adhirasam, kadalai burfi and somany sbacks items. Worth for money.
A place where you can get great paniyaram with plate full of sambar and chutney. 4 piece of paniyaram is priced for ₹28. Apart from that this place also has tea, coffee, bajji, boli, samosa, sweets, chips and bakery items.
The shop is not convenient, yet the products peak in quality and the food is savored. The price ranges above a moderate level, so you can't expect it to be cheaper than other shops that offer the same. The takeaway is that food, which includes most sweets and snacks, is good, and the north Indian chaat is quite good and enchanting as well.

Great fresh chips and snacks. Though we go there for their chips and savouries, I have heard that their sweets are great as well. I am happy to recommend this place.
Ganga hot chips has been in Adyar for over 18 years. Mr Surya, the owner always ensures that the food quality and hygiene is maintained at peak, very affordable and tasty food.
All the food items here are amazing, their chips, snacks like Samosa, Poli etc are hot selling cakes!

They could improve their hygiene. Food is left open on the counter and I observed random customers not staff handling pagodas and bolis with their naked hands.
I am an out-of town visitor to Chennai and regularly get their Nendrangai chips. This time around I was introduced to their one of a kind mini onion samosa which is distinct. Another regular customer recommended their badushah and mini jangari which were fresh and tasty.
Look forward to trying more sweets and savories.
Ganga chips is our favorite go-to place for chips. We go there atleast once a month. They have several kinds of chips, traditional Indian sweets and savories, and bakery items here. I usually go to get the usual stuff the kids like. But I occasionally indulge in their mini samosas and their coconut biscuits. Tastes real good. The service is good. Parking is street parking. I take my kids there whenever it unavoidable. And the staff is so nice to them. They are fast and efficient. Literally no wait times in the afternoons.
Very delicious South Indian Savouries available. Taste and price wise good competitor for any big brands in Chennai. Freshly made banana chips are highly recommended.
