Ordered a mini mutton briyani combo with chicken leg fry. Was worth the penny. The seeraga samba briyani was excellent with mild spices and masala as usual. Quantity is perfect for one person.
Only let down was the mutton pieces in the briyani
The border parotta and nattukozhi curry are absolutely brilliant. They complement each other perfectly. The nattukozhi briyani is amazing too, but it could be better.

Biriyani was spicy and tasty. Parotta size is too small. Increase the parotta size. Rs116 for such small size parotta is unfair. Hope the management considers it. Taste was perfect. Loved it😋

first to start with Border parotta its a normal parotta nothing special but is soft. then we ordered Bun parotta it was too good. let us go in depth to the main dish Biriyani it just tasted superb were the meat is soft and tender.

If you are trying kalaki ask for plain kalaki with salna. Bcos they are adding too much onions which spoils the entire taste of kalaki and makes it uneatable.

Courtallam Border Rahmath Hotel started as a small eatery at Courtallam 40 years ago in 1972. It started with only serving tea and then adding parotta & chicken gravy to their menu. The main branch is located in Kerala- Tamil Nadu border and courtallam is known tourist spot for attracting large crowds and in overtime this place has become an iconic place in courtallam and there are people visiting courtallam just to taste the food from this place.
Great place to grab porotta and chicken in Chennai. The gravy is the highlight. They serve two kinds - there's the ordinary kulamb and there's another thick one with a hint of tamarind which I've never had before. The gun chicken is shaped like it's namesake and they use the country chicken (NattuKozhi) with less fat and great taste. I really loved the Picha potta Chicken which is basically fried spicy shredded chicken. Their Kalakki was also pretty good and different

Parotta parotta parotta is best dish in tamil nadu. Its actually famous in courtallam side but in chennai they have few branded outlets. To have very good parotta and with best sides for parotta i would highly recommended anyone to reach here. Their natth kozhi kolambu side is the one that i would crave for with the touch of coco oil. Gun chicken 🍗 is the best starter for chicken lover and its only available here with right amount of spice and blend. Tbh while am posting a review itself my saliva secretion is high 😝
We went 2times in 3weeks the parotta is damn good to have .Compared to all the places they sell at low place. Only a veg kurma is there for vegetations .Otherwise it is a place for non veg persons it is very cheap

2 months before I went to courtrallam, my father introduced me to this hotel. Suddenly today i saw the same hotel while surfing, i came immediately. The chicken porichay fry is awesome, the pepper flavour with country chicken is special here. Must try sidedish no main dish,☺️ . Try a different non veg hotel here.
The food over there was good actually we tried parota and plain motton briyani was good in taste and they have varities of omelets the prices are also reasonable and the atmosphere was also good over all better place for lunch with friends and family...

We visited this place for dinner and ordered parotta, pichi potta chicken and kothu parotta. Basically, the taste of the food is pretty decent but not as expected. The overall cleanliness of this place can be better. The hand wash area, the restrooms aren't clean / neat. Please grow up as we don't come here only for food. Lets look beyond food and try to offer better customer service in a healthy and clean environment. L

I loved the gun chicken. For Quantity and taste I give 4 star and for salna 1 star. Yummy food to fill your tummy. Thumbs down for people who go their for ambience, it's a place to have "suvaiyaana soru"
