I rarely visit for parcel to this hotel. The mutton paya is really good and worth for money. The paya is better than branded hotels around it ....

We had the egg dosa in there & packed a parcel of egg chicken fried rice. This is the first time I had egg dosa. It was delicious, served with ample servings of sambhar & chutney. I will try the chicken dosa available here some other time. The egg chicken fried rice was the usual Chinese fare- nothing extra special. Overall a good place. It is pocket friendly.
This is one of the great place if you received looking for a budget restaurant near satyabhama college, it have all variety of food, specially Dal fry , Manchurian, Gobi 65,egg masala and biryanies..It have both AC and non AC facility..Good place to try..😃😃

Breakfast - Mutton Paya and Appam comes at a reasonable cost and good quality. Tried several times and disappointed me. I do not know about lunch ad dinner.
The fried rice here tastes some what different and in many dishes the chicken pieces will be some what crispy which is some what different in taste when compared to other restaurants. It's not too bad place to have. Many people who comes here either will be TSC employees which is just beside it or Sathyabama university students who stays in hostels. Because it's not that much worth for people who stays in other places to come here oly for this restaurant😅
I usually get only takeaways from here , fish masala , mutton masala , pepper paya are best here. Try it . Rest are average only............

Me and my friend where searching for a Non-Veg breakfast early in the morning. We searched online and found Topcity is the only one near Sholinganallur. We saw the review was really bad. But still as there is no non-veg breakfast before 11 AM. Me and friend straight away. Which is about 3 km from my office. We reach the hotel. As other said
*The ambience was not good. But was okay.
*We ordered Appam and Paya. Got it in another 2- 5 minutes. Appam was not hot. But it was good. But the Paya was really hot and it tasted really good. Mutton leg was cooked well. It was really soft.
*Mutton lovers will surely like it.
We thought of tasting another dish. So we ordered Egg Dosa.
That was one of the Best egg dosa I have ever tasted in our life.
The dosa was full of egg, pepper, chilly powder and to addto that there where some curry leaves. They smells really good.
The service is also good.
Finally we had coke and finished our breakfast
We had 4 appam, 2 paya, 2 egg dosa and 2 coke
The total came to 360 rs for 2 people is a reasonable cost cost for Nonveg-Breakfast in chennai. That too you do not get them on all the hotels before 11 AM.
People who want to have Paya and chicken curry in the morning can surely go for Top city. To my knowledge all are good for that cost.

one of the low priced good restaurants in the city. almost all the foods tastes good. spicy and worthy. its good for frequent visits with friends but not really nice for family dining

Buffet cost around 500 per person. Food was okay. Could be better. Seat was not comfy. Ambience was good. Buffet items could have more variety. Overall it can be said as Okay.
A nice vist and we had a great time. Since am not good on eating 😋 it's not worthy for me haha 😂, worth for foodies and food freaks because there are a lot to eat 😋. Had a lot of options to have. All food are really good. Kaadai fry and crab 🦀 are the best I say. People who serving the food are really naive and they will make sure to make us comfortable. We stunned with the items actually. After seeing the items itself my stomach got half full.
Went to buffet with my team and it is worth for money. Services were cool and respectable. They charged around 500 per head. When it comes to non-veg buffet , starters are limited and tasty. They served one chiken, one mutton and one fish variety. Among them fish 🐟 is too good 👍. Main course is fine but not to except for the prize. There is a bit delay in services.

We had Madurai Mappillai Virundhu, a special Grand Lunch, today. It has a total of 38 dishes served for one person at a price of Rs 599. The same can be shared between two persons at the priceof Rs 799. Mainly Chicken dishes, Mutton Dishes, Fish Dishes, Crab masala, Kadai Roast, Egg dishes, Paratta, Briyani, White Rice, Sambar, Rasam, Chenna, Payasam, Butter Milk, Ice Cream etc.. Taste was Good. Good variety of dishes. Ambience was Good. Hospitality was very Good. Overall a Must Experience!!
We are a team of 11 and went for buffet on a week day. I must say it's a value for money.
Price: Veg is 499 and non veg is 599 without GST.
Food: both veg and non veg starters are good.. except two dishes rest all are great.. main course section also has good varieties to try. And the desserts section is also great.. perfectly cooked.
Ambience: seems to be good.
Service is bit slow but not annoying.
Finally a thumbs up for rasavid. We enjoyed our day here.. we hope to come again.
Parcelled their Hyderabadi biriyani once, hell spicy for a Chennai biriyani lover. Quantity is decent and tastes well.
Tried Tandoori chicken, masala is really good and tastes well. Fingers were not filled with orange color though, preparation was good.
They also serve Bamboo Biriyani and Pot biriyani on pre-orders, yet to try these.
Person in cash counter 'Francis' was so friendly enough to explain on menu offered and about the food prepared.
Special Mappillai Virundhu is served with loads of variety. Taste is decent but quite pricey - 599 + tax!
Its a nice place for team lunches. Limited menu with 30 dishes both veg and non veg. Not a buffet, but some curries, parota and rice items are unlimited. They could add some more starters for this price range. Taste wise, its average, some non veg gravies are extraordinary. Good ambience and good service. But not worth for 399.

2nd time, we went for a la carte. Not much choices were available. Anything on the buffet only are available. But then, the quality is the same... So no worries. Had Hyderabadi Chicken 65. Was very good. Worth a try.
My 3rd visit! Good food! Tried Buffet and good for the money paid!
